It is a traveler, and there is no traveler faster than that. It is also praised in the Sutra Collection. In the Brahma's Questions, it is said that it should not be said that only the dull-witted should practice, and the sharp-witted should not. Because the practices of generosity and so on of the Bodhisattvas who dwell from the first to the tenth bhumis will arise, and it is not the case that the rest are not practiced at all. This is clear. Moreover, in the first turning of the wheel, it was simultaneously taught that all dharmas such as the skandhas are truly established, thereby teaching the selflessness of persons; in the second turning of the wheel, it was simultaneously taught that all dharmas are not truly established, thereby teaching the selflessness of dharmas; in the third turning of the wheel, the difference between the imputed being unestablished and the dependent and perfectly established being truly established was distinguished and taught. Regarding these three turnings of the wheel, both Mahayana and Hinayana agree that the first is provisional, while regarding the latter two turnings of the wheel, the Mind-Only school considers the last to be definitive, and the Madhyamaka school considers the middle one to be definitive. Therefore, here, for the time being, the tenets of the causal vehicle will be left as they are. As it is said in the Moon Lamp Sutra: "The realms of the world are all empty and pure, whatever sutras I have taught, the words and syllables are different but the meaning is the same, it is not possible to say all dharmas completely, if one becomes familiar with one meaning, then all of them will become familiar." Also, as it is said in the Sutra of No Arising: "If one does not completely know the nature of dharmas, one will not attain enlightenment through the supreme word." Therefore, although the inconceivable meaning spoken of in the definitive sutras and the great yoga meaning is not exhausted by the terminology of the path, it is necessary to gradually guide ordinary people, so it should be understood that whatever intention is spoken of, there is no contradiction in terms of meaning. As it is said in the Lankavatara Sutra: "The so-called learned one is skilled in meaning, not skilled in words." And so on. The tenets spoken of merely from the perspective of terminology are drawn by a wise painter. Regarding the difference in taking bodies, from the second to the tenth bhumis respectively are: the wheel-turning king of the four continents, Indra, Santusita, Tushita, Nirmanarati, Paranirmitavasavartin, and from the three pure lands onwards.

The lord of the first thousandfold world is Brahma, the lord of the second thousandfold world is Mahabrahma, and the lord of the third great thousandfold world is able to assume the birth of the great powerful son of the gods. That lord of the ten bhūmis is from the Avataṃsaka Sūtra: Those who abide in this become the lords of the three realms. It is said that if one takes birth as their king for the sake of other sentient beings, it is said in that way from the point of view of being effective. It is not necessarily the case that all who become their kings are bodhisattvas abiding on those bhūmis, because some are ordinary individuals who have accumulated great merit, as it says in the Suhrllekha: Even if one becomes a universal monarch, one will again become a slave of saṃsāra. Some are done by manifestations of the Tathāgata, such as the universal monarch Mandhata, as has been said before. In general, from the first bhūmi onwards, one has obtained power over life, so there is no self-characteristic of birth, death, old age, and sickness, but if it changes in that way for the sake of sentient beings, it is the way of teaching, as it says in the Uttaratantra: The noble ones have completely abandoned death, sickness, and the suffering of old age, they are born by the power of karma and afflictions. Because they do not have these, therefore they do not have these. Because of seeing exactly as it is, even though they have transcended birth and so on, they show birth, death, sickness, and old age as the nature of compassion. Thus, the order of learning reaches the ultimate, and there is nothing to learn, which is the path of no learning. Without non-abiding in equanimity, etc. The eighteen unshared dharmas of the Victorious Ones, the ten powers and the four fearlessnesses, all manifest are Buddhas. Thus, the six pāramitās are the common path of all the Victorious Ones, the view is not deluded, and the conduct is also extremely pure, going to the extremely pure Akaniṣṭha realm. Thus, the view of wisdom is completely pure, and the path of the six pāramitās, where the practice of means is completely pure, is the common path that accomplishes the three kāyas of the Buddha of fruition. As it says in the Abhisambodhi of Vairocana: Also, by means such as giving, one fully enjoys the perfect fruit of great enjoyment in the form kāya, the field, and the retinue, etc., so the Blessed One does not abide in nirvāṇa.
