ན་པོ་མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །ཞེས་འདོད་གསོལ་སྦྱར་ལ། རྩ་སྔགས་འབའ་ཞིག་གིས་སྲེག་རྫས་འབུལ། སྐབས་ཅི་རིགས་པར་འདོད་དོན་གོང་བཞིན་གསོལ། རྫས་རྫོགས་ནས་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལས་ཟླ་བ་ཆུ་ཤེལ་ལྟ་བུའི་འོད་ཟེར་བྱུང་བ་རང་ལ་ཕོག་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང་ཤེས་བྱའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱང་། ས་དང་ལམ་གྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ནས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་ལ་ཞེས་གོས་ཟུང་དང་། བཛྲ་ཏམ་བུ་ལས་སོ་རྩི་ཕུལ། དེ་རྗེས། ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་པུཥྤེ་སོགས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད། ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིངྟ་ཁཱ་ཧིས་གཏོར་མ་དང་། མ་ཧཱ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི ཞེས་སྨན་དང་མ་ཧཱ་རཀྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི ཞེས་རཀྟ་འཕུལ། ཧཱུྃ། མི་གནས་མི་དམིགས་ཆོས་སྐུར་དག་པ་ལས བདུད་འདུལ་ (༣༣༦)ཁྲོ་བོ་མཆོག་གི་སྐུར་སྤྲུལ་པ ཐུགས་རྗེའི་གཟི་ལྡན་གདུག་པ་ཐབས་ཀྱིས་འདུལ སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་དང་མཉམ་པར་སྦྱོར་ལ་བསྟོད ཅེས་བསྟོད། སྤྲོ་ན་ལས་གཞུང་གི་དཀྱུས་ལྟར་མཆོད་བསྟོད་བྱ། དེ་རྗེས་ལས་གཞུང་ལྟར་ཚོགས་ཕུལ་རྗེས། དགང་བླུགས་གསུམ་ཕུལ་ནས། ཧཱུྃ། བྱིན་རླབས་ཀུན་གྱི་རྩ་བ་བླ་མ་ནི དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ་ཕྱིར་དཔལ་ཆེན་རོལ་པའི་ལྷ རྣམ་ཐར་སྒོ་གསུམ་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནས རང་བཞིན་ཡོངས་གྲུབ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་དངོས ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ ས་བཅུ་ལམ་ལྔ་དབང་བཅུ་ཕྱི་ནང་གཉིས རིག་འཛིན་བཞི་དང་སྐུ་ལྔ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ གྲུབ་ཆེན་བརྒྱད་དང་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་པ་བཞི འཁོར་བའི་རང་བཞིན་གློ་བུར་སྒྲིབ་པ་གཉིས ཀུན་གཞིའི་ཁམས་ལ་བག་ལ་ཉལ་གྱི་ཚུལ ཤིན་ཏུ་རྣམ་དག་རྣམ་ཀུན་མཆོག་ལྡན་གྱི དངོས་གྲུབ་དམ་པ་དེང་འདིར་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ རྩ་སྔགས་མཐར། དྷརྨཱ་ཀཱ་ཡ སམྦྷོ་ཀཱ་ཡ ནིརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཕལ་ཧཱུྃ ཞེས་དངོས་གྲུབ་བླང་། བཟླས་པ་བྱེད་ན། ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གནས་གསུམ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་དམར་མཐིང་གསུམ་འཕྲོས། རང་གི་གནས་གསུམ་དུ་ཐིམ་པས་མཆོག་ཐུན་གྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བདེ་བླག་ཏུ་ཐོབ་པ་གྱུར་པར་བསམས་ (༣༣༧)ལ། རྩ་སྔགས་མཐར། དྷརྨཱ་ཀཱ་ཡ སམྦྷོ་ཀཱ་ཡ ནིརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ ཅེས་ཅི་རིགས་བཟླ། སླར་ཡང་གཏང་རག་གི་མཆོད་བསྟོད་བགྱིས་ནས མ་འབྱོར་པ་དང་སོགས་ཀྱི་མཐར་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པས་ནོངས་པ་བཟོད་པར་གསོལ། ཨོཾ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་སོགས་ཀྱིས་གཤེགས་གསོལ་དང་། དམ་ཚིག་པ་རང་ལ་བསྟིམ།

祈请赐予殊胜成就！如此祈愿后，仅以根本咒供养焚烧物。根据不同情况，如上祈求所愿之事。供品圆满后，观想诸佛尊身发出如水晶月亮般的光芒照耀自身，从而清净烦恼障和所知障，圆满地和道的功德，获得大手印的殊胜成就。之后，献上丝绸和金刚槟榔等。然后念诵：嗡 ཤྲཱི་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，ॐ श्री वज्र हेरुक अर्घं प्रतीच्छ ये स्वाहा，oṃ śrī vajra heruka arghaṃ pratīccha ye svāhā，嗡，吉祥金刚黑汝嘎，供品，接受，梭哈！）同样以鲜花等供养。嗡 ཤྲཱི་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིངྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི ཞེས་གཏོར་མ་དང་། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：，，，）嗡 ཤྲཱི་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིངྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི，ॐ श्री वज्र हेरुक सपरिवार महाबलिन्त खा हि，oṃ śrī vajra heruka sapārivāra mahābalinta khā hi，嗡，吉祥金刚黑汝嘎，连同眷属，大供食，吃！和 མ་ཧཱ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི ཞེས་སྨན་དང་། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：，，，）महापञ्चामृत खा हि，mahāpañcāmṛta khā hi，大五甘露，吃！念诵此句供药，以及 མ་ཧཱ་རཀྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི ཞེས་རཀྟ་འཕུལ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：，，，）महारक्त खा हि，mahārakta khā hi，大红，吃！念诵此句供血。ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ཧཱུྃ།，हुँ，hūṃ，吽！）不住不著，于法身中清净，化现为降伏魔军的忿怒尊之身，具足慈悲光辉，以方便调伏刚强之众，与诸佛无别，我赞叹您！如此赞颂。若有时间，可如仪轨中所述进行供养赞颂。之后，如仪轨中所述献上会供，献上三甘露。ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ཧཱུྃ།，हुँ，hūṃ，吽！）加持之根本乃上师，为赐成就而化现大乐天尊，从解脱三门意之坛城中，自性圆成菩提心之物，祈请赐予大手印之殊胜成就！十地五道十自在内外二者，四持明者五身五智慧，八大成就者四种事业，轮回自性，二障骤起，于阿赖耶识中沉睡之状态，祈请于今赐予极度清净、具足一切殊胜之殊胜成就！根本咒语后加念：དྷརྨཱ་ཀཱ་ཡ སམྦྷོ་ཀཱ་ཡ ནིརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཕལ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：དྷརྨཱ་ཀཱ་ཡ སམྦྷོ་ཀཱ་ཡ ནིརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཕལ་ཧཱུྃ།，धर्मकाय सम्भोगकाय निर्माणकाय चित्तसिद्धि फल हुं，dharmakāya sambhogakāya nirmāṇakāya cittasiddhi phala huṃ，法身，报身，化身，心成就，果，吽！）如此获得成就。若念诵，观想诸佛尊三处发出白红蓝三色光芒，融入自身三处，从而轻易获得共同和殊胜成就。根本咒语后加念：དྷརྨཱ་ཀཱ་ཡ སམྦྷོ་ཀཱ་ཡ ནིརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：དྷརྨཱ་ཀཱ་ཡ སམྦྷོ་ཀཱ་ཡ ནིརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ།，धर्मकाय सम्भोगकाय निर्माणकाय चित्तसिद्धि फल हुं，dharmakāya sambhogakāya nirmāṇakāya cittasiddhi phala huṃ，法身，报身，化身，心成就，果，吽！）根据情况念诵。再次进行酬谢供养赞颂，在“未及之处”等之后，以百字明祈求宽恕过失。念诵“嗡，您以有情”等，迎请诸佛返回，并将誓言尊融入自身。

Grant the supreme siddhi! Thus, make a request with longing. Offer the burnt offerings with only the root mantra. In any appropriate situation, request the desired purpose as before. When the offerings are complete, rays of light like crystal moons emanate from the bodies of all the deities and strike you, purifying the obscurations of afflictions and knowledge. Think that you have perfected the qualities of the grounds and paths and attained the supreme siddhi of the great seal. Then, offer silk cloths and betel nuts, saying "To that..." After that: Oṃ śrī vajra heruka arghaṃ pratīccha ye svāhā. Similarly, make offerings with flowers, etc. Oṃ śrī vajra heruka sapārivāra mahābalinta khāhi for the torma, and mahāpañcāmṛta khāhi for the medicine, and mahārakta khāhi for the rakta. Hūṃ! From the purity of the dharmakāya, which neither abides nor is fixated, emanates the form of the supreme wrathful one who subdues the maras. Possessing the splendor of compassion, he subdues the wicked with skillful means. I praise you who are united with all the Buddhas! Thus, praise. If you have time, perform the offering and praise according to the context of the action manual. After that, offer the tsok as in the action manual. Then, offer the three fillings. Hūṃ! The root of all blessings is the lama, the great lord who plays for the sake of granting siddhis. From the mandala of the three doors of liberation, the essence of the spontaneously perfected bodhicitta, grant the supreme siddhi of the great seal! The ten grounds, the five paths, the ten powers, the outer and inner two, the four vidyādharas, the five bodies, the five wisdoms, the eight great siddhas, and the four kinds of activities, the nature of samsara, the two adventitious obscurations, the state of latency in the ālaya-dhātu, grant the supreme siddhi that is utterly pure and possesses all perfections today! At the end of the root mantra: Dharmakāya sambhogakāya nirmāṇakāya cittasiddhi phala hūṃ. Thus, receive the siddhi. If you are reciting, rays of white, red, and blue light emanate from the three places of all the deities. Think that they dissolve into your own three places, and you easily attain the common and supreme siddhis. At the end of the root mantra: Dharmakāya sambhogakāya nirmāṇakāya cittasiddhi phala hūṃ. Recite as much as you can. Again, make an offering of thanksgiving and praise. At the end of "what is not available," etc., ask for forgiveness of faults with the hundred-syllable mantra. Recite "Oṃ, you sentient beings," etc., and request the deities to depart, and dissolve the samayasattva into yourself.
