祈愿瑜伽士我等供养者眷属等的，心与心所，因果错乱所生的疾病、邪魔、衰损、恐惧，以及内外地水火风敌害冲突的缘起，八大和十六大怖畏，以及诅咒、降伏、恶兆等一切，祈请遣除并转变，成办事业。吽！从西北傲慢者调伏之坛城中，法界解脱智慧金刚黑汝嘎，降伏我慢的大英雄，薄伽梵大吉祥傲慢者总调伏，以及世间总调伏的三十部队主尊等，祈请从世间供赞之神（138）众法界中降临。享用此仇敌邪魔血肉朵玛，瑜伽士我等供养者眷属等的，心与心所，因果错乱所生的疾病、邪魔、衰损、恐惧，以及内外地水火风敌害冲突的缘起，八大和十六大怖畏，以及诅咒、降伏、恶兆等一切，祈请遣除并转变，成办事业。吽！薄伽梵傲慢者总调伏，身色蓝黑色，忿怒且威猛，右边三面紫黑色怒视，左边三面褐黑色龇牙，头发竖立如火焰燃烧，九眼怒目圆睁，鼻孔呼出世间黑风，双耳响起三千世界雷鸣之声，胡须如火焰般燃烧，咬牙切齿斩断三界之根。九只手中的左右第一只手，以金刚杵搅动颅碗血而供养，右边的下面八只手中，拿着已诛杀八大傲慢神祇的，连同命根头颅，（139）吽！左边的下面八只手中，在八大龙王的颅器中，盛满傲慢者的心血而供养。英雄的八种装束圆满于身，八足以伸屈抛掷之姿，镇压三界之主四魔。大母三界总调伏母，一面二手，身色蓝黑色，高举金刚杵，手捧颅碗，以无二智慧之事业，使世间傲慢者如奴仆般役使，役使鬼神八部众，从根斩断仇敌邪魔的恶毒，祈请成办遣除衰损、恐惧、诅咒的事业。吽！依从威严之教令而行事业的，大自在天大天神，一面二手，身色蓝色，右手持钺刀，左手持托巴，以及天女乌摩德维。

Grant that the minds and mental events of us yogis, patrons, and retinues, along with the causes and results of confusion, may eliminate and transform all diseases, evil spirits, decline, fear, and the origins of internal and external elemental conflicts, the eight and sixteen great fears, and all curses, subjugations, bad omens, and accomplish the activities. Hūṃ! From the mandala of subduing the arrogant in the northwest, may the wisdom vajra heruka, liberated in the realm of reality, the great hero who destroys pride, the Bhagavan, the great glorious one who subdues all the arrogant, and the thirty troop leaders who subdue the entirety of existence, arise from the realm of the assembly of worldly worshiped deities (138). Enjoy this flesh and blood torma of enemies and obstructors, may the minds and mental events of us yogis, patrons, and retinues, along with the causes and results of confusion, eliminate and transform all diseases, evil spirits, decline, fear, and the origins of internal and external elemental conflicts, the eight and sixteen great fears, and all curses, subjugations, bad omens, and accomplish the activities. Hūṃ! The Bhagavan who subdues all the arrogant, his body is dark blue-black, wrathful and fierce, the three faces on the right are purplish-black and glaring, the three faces on the left are brownish-black and gnashing his teeth, his hair is upright like blazing flames, his nine eyes are glaring with hatred, from his nostrils emanates the black wind of existence, from his ears resounds the thunder of the three thousand worlds, his beard and mustache blaze like fire, gnashing his teeth he severs the root of the three realms. With the first right and left hands of the nine hands, he stirs and offers the blood of the skull cup with a vajra, in the lower eight hands on the right, he holds the life-force heads of the eight arrogant deities he has slain, (139) Hūṃ! In the lower eight hands on the left, in the skull cups of the eight great nāgas, he fills and offers the heart's blood of the arrogant ones. The eight ornaments of a hero are complete on his body, with eight feet in a posture of stretching, contracting, and throwing, he suppresses the four māras, the lords of the three realms. The great mother, the general subduer of the three realms, with one face and two hands, her body is dark blue-black, brandishing a vajra and holding a skull cup, through the activity of non-dual wisdom, she makes the arrogant of the world serve like slaves, she employs the eight classes of gods and demons, she cuts off the malice of enemies and obstructors from the root, may she accomplish the activity of eliminating decline, fear, curses. Hūṃ! The great god, the great powerful one, who performs activities according to the command of glory, with one face and two hands, his body is blue, his right hand holds a curved knife, his left hand holds a skull cup, and the goddess Uma Devi.
