束缚，欲望如火般坠入深渊，难忍的痛苦如雨般降临，如此痛苦极其难忍(537)，罪恶的业力猛烈燃烧，意识感官的幼苗被烧焦，幻化的身体难以忍受，慈悲的怙主您能忍受吗？我愚昧无知，业力深重，罪大恶极，因业力而生于三界轮回，既已出生便后悔，对业力感到厌倦，厌倦后悔也无法改变业力，业力的力量如同河流，业力如洪水怎能立即阻挡？一切果报皆由自身业力所生，被业力的猛烈红风所驱赶，我于往昔无数劫中，在轮回的黑暗监狱中徘徊，慈悲怙主您的慈悲加持，净化了业力与烦恼的障碍，如今如母亲般慈爱的足下安住，如太阳般光芒四射，如月亮般明亮清澈，慈悲的容颜百看不厌，从无始以来被无明的白内障所蒙蔽，因水泡般的眼睛而无法看见，众生的怙主您如今身在何处？业(538)力深重极其难忍，极其恐惧，毛骨悚然，极度害怕，发出恳切悲痛的哀嚎，发出可怜贫困的哭声，慈悲怙主您难道不怜悯此时的我吗？何时死亡来临，身心分离之时，与亲朋好友分离，被阎罗带走，那时世间亲人无法依靠，因业力独自被带走，那时我没有救护，不要拖延时间，现在就用慈悲的眼睛看着我，像我一样被业力折磨的众生，从无始以来就错误地执着，未能从三界轮回中解脱，无数劫中，无数次转生，有形的身体无数次毁灭，若将血肉骨骼堆积起来，与世界的大小相等，若将脓血堆积起来，如大海一般，因业力未尽，听闻思考无法穷尽，三界轮回，生死相续，所造的业(539)都毫无意义地浪费了，无数次的转生中，仅仅一次转生的业力，若能为了无上菩提而精进修持，那就足够了。

Bound, desire falls into the abyss like fire, unbearable suffering descends like rain, such suffering is extremely unbearable (537), the powerful karmic force of sin burns fiercely, the sprout of consciousness and senses is scorched, if the illusory body cannot bear it, can the compassionate protector bear it? I am foolish and ignorant, with heavy karma and great sins, born into the three realms of samsara due to karma, having been born, I regret it, I am tired of karma, tired and regretful, but there is no way to change karma, the power of karma is like a river, how can the flood of karma be stopped immediately? All fruition comes from one's own karma, driven by the fierce red wind of karma, I have wandered in the dark prison of samsara for countless eons in the past, by the blessing of your compassion, compassionate protector, purifying all the obscurations of karma and afflictions, now I dwell at the feet of the mother-like loving one, the compassionate face that shines like the sun and is as clear as the moon is never tiring to look at, from beginningless time, blinded by the cataract of ignorance, unable to see with blister-like eyes, where are you now, protector of beings? The heavy karma (538) is extremely unbearable, extremely frightened, with goosebumps, extremely afraid, uttering earnest and painful cries, uttering the cries of the miserable and poor, compassionate protector, do you not have compassion for me at this time? When death comes, when body and mind separate, separated from dear friends and relatives, taken away by Yama, at that time worldly relatives cannot be relied upon, taken away alone due to karma, at that time I have no protection, do not delay, look at me now with compassionate eyes, beings like me who are tormented by karma, from beginningless time have been wrongly attached, unable to be liberated from the three realms of samsara, in countless eons, countless rebirths, the tangible body has been destroyed countless times, if flesh and bones were piled up, it would be equal to the size of the world, if pus and blood were piled up, it would be like a great ocean, because the karma is not exhausted, hearing and thinking cannot be exhausted, the three realms revolve, the cycle of birth and death continues, the deeds (539) done are all wasted meaninglessly, in countless rebirths, if the karma of just one rebirth, could be diligently practiced for the sake of unsurpassed enlightenment, that would be enough.

既然所造之业有其意义，意义之源已入涅槃，业力强盛烦恼炽盛，故取血肉之躯流转轮回，难忍痛苦堕入有之牢狱，如此难忍剧烈之痛苦，皆由自身之业所生。大悲恳请断绝业力之流，恳请遣除烦恼业力之风。无明邪妄之业若如此强盛，于无知黑暗中恒常漂泊，难道不会以智慧明灯之光芒照耀吗？恶业之果报若无法忍受，难道大悲不会行持事业吗？若已堕入颠倒之悬崖，难道不会以慈悲之手迅速拉起吗？若被三毒难忍之病所折磨，难道不会以善巧慈悲之药来医治吗？若业之果报痛苦之火燃烧，难道不会降下慈悲清凉之雨吗？若已沉溺于痛苦轮回之泥潭，难道不会以善巧慈悲之铁钩来牵引吗？于三界轮回之处勤奋修习，何时方能获得自身之果报？圣者之慈悲有何需求毫无意义，若任由自身业力放纵，高呼慈悲又有何用？勇士您拥有慈悲之力，往昔因缘之业力若仍强盛，请勿漠视懈怠，从内心深处垂视，慈悲之怙主！如是祈请后，金刚萨埵应允赐予清净，于自他融为一体之状态中，安住并清净障碍之要诀。此举能令罪业彻底清净，甚至能从根源上摧毁无间罪业。萨玛雅！第三，观之虚空忏悔修法。嗡！轮回涅槃之作者菩提心，无基无根大圆满之义，于不可言说、超离心识之大境界中，无有毁誓与忏悔之导师，唯有原始守护之明点，舍弃与取舍皆已解脱，坦然自在。自生任运法身，如是证悟即为忏悔之王。如是念诵，心意安住于法界。啊阿哈夏萨玛，于空性中念诵六字真言，所有罪业皆为世俗显现，如擦拭镜面之尘垢般行持。清净意之障碍，圆满誓言。萨玛雅！第四，深层忏悔总忏悔。 吽！ 垂念上师金刚持， 垂视眷属

Since the deeds done have meaning, and the source of meaning has entered Nirvana, and since the power of karma is strong and the afflictions are intense, I take a body of flesh and blood and wander in samsara, enduring unbearable suffering and falling into the prison of existence. All such unbearable and intense suffering arises from my own actions. Great compassion, please cut off the stream of karma, please reverse the wind of afflictive karma. If the karma of ignorance and delusion is so strong that I constantly wander in the darkness of unknowing, will you not send forth the rays of the light of wisdom? If the ripening of evil deeds is unbearable, will great compassion not perform its work? If I have fallen into the abyss of perversion, will you not quickly grasp my hand with compassion? If I am tormented by the unbearable disease of the three poisons, will you not heal me with the medicine of skillful compassion? If the fire of suffering, the ripening of karma, is blazing, will you not send down a stream of cool rain of compassion? If I have sunk into the swamp of suffering samsara, will you not draw me out with the skillful hook of compassion? Having diligently practiced in the realms of the three realms of samsara, when will I obtain the fruit of my own efforts? What need is there for the compassion of the noble ones? It is meaningless. If I allow my own karma to run wild, what is the use of shouting for compassion? Hero, you possess the power of compassion, and if the karma of past connections is still strong, please do not be indifferent or lazy, but look upon me from the depths of your heart, Lord of Compassion! Having prayed in this way, Vajrasattva promised to grant purification, and in the state of merging self and other as one, abide and purify the key points of obscurations. This act completely purifies sins and even destroys the root of the five heinous crimes. Samaya! Third, the practice of confession and meditation in the expanse of view. Ah! Bodhicitta, the creator of samsara and nirvana, the meaning of the Great Perfection, without basis or root, in the great realm beyond words and beyond mind, there is no teacher of broken vows and confession, only the single essential thigle of primordial protection, liberation from abandonment and acceptance, naturally free. The self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished Dharmakaya, such realization is the king of confession. Reciting thus, the mind abides in the Dharmadhatu. A a ha sha sa ma. Reciting the six-syllable mantra in emptiness, all sins are merely conventional appearances, acting like wiping dust from a mirror. Purifying the obscurations of the mind, fulfilling the vows. Samaya! Fourth, the general confession of profound purification. Homage! Be mindful, teacher Vajradhara, look upon the retinue.
