There was no giving away. In the great scholar's chamber of Yartö Dapuk Drak, a hundred offerings and a hundred gatherings were held, offering small thangkas and silk-made sky ornaments of mandalas. Also commissioned to hold a hundred offerings at Dakpo Tramo Drak, and sent silk scarves. Offered tea to about sixty monks practicing the Lamrim, about eighty Tashi Dechenpas, thirty Tangpochewas, about thirty Chenye Gontö, about two hundred Dargyelingpas, two each, and eight and a half stars of offerings, along with dedications. Offered to Sakya Gongma Rinpoche objects of devotion as vows, inner treasures, Vajradhara (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रधर, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajradhara, literal meaning: Diamond Holder), Nairātmyā (Tibetan: བདག་མེད་མ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नैरात्म्य, Sanskrit Romanization: Nairātmyā, literal meaning: Selfless Mother), and three exquisite thangkas surrounded by the Lamdre lineage lamas such as Dombi Heruka, and inner treasures. Presented the great abbot with a set of fine clothes and a treasury. To Dorje Drak, Chakzam Tulku, Palri Tulku, Tsona Gön Tse, Kongpo Götsang, Lhalung Tulku, Nyidrak Tulku, and other lamas, offered body, speech, and mind supports, robes, khatas, vajra bells, and other items as appropriate. For the purpose of offering and aspiration, symbolic offerings were prepared, as well as the necessary items for the two-day pure Tekchok Ling Guru Wrathful and Peaceful ritual. As public goods, eleven-tiered victory banners made from five kinds of leather and models of two true wooden chariots were made. One tangka was offered to each person. Every year, the Nyingma Illusion ritual is held for two days, including a fixed fund, a stone's worth of money, and a symbolic abbot offering. About twenty goats and sheep were redeemed, and the lives of over a thousand fish were ransomed. (475) Some coral, incense, and crystal were also sent to Mon to redeem beehives. In front of the precious remains, clouds of offerings were arranged day and night without interruption. Occasionally, they were bathed with fragrant water, and sprinkled with powders of six good medicines and nectar pills. To prevent moisture, they were wrapped in salt. When the remains were placed, there was no ugliness in the flesh of the body, but rather it was even more radiant, and the color of the skin was dark and shiny, like rainbows circling on crystal, with bright colors that could not be described in one color, presenting a wonderful sight. From the monks of Palri Monastery to the faithful residing in the monastery and those in exile...

Due to the exceedingly large number of people coming to pay their respects, the precious remains were piled high with khatas like clouds of offerings, and the gatherings for tsok and the receiving of empowerments continued without interruption. Because the patron of the teachings was unparalleled, all the situations from various places were reported to the side of Kyong Dege Rinpoche, but due to circumstances, there was no power to immediately appear before him. However, due to the power of karma and virtuous aspirations, it reached the ears of the three mother, son, and sister, and the land owner Yum (mother) herself presided over a small gathering of monks, arranging one hundred offerings each day, along with offerings, performing them in the mandala of Lama Chopa, and receiving offerings and empowerments, etc., with great splendor and hundreds of tsoks for consecutive days. They also encouraged Dege Namgyal Dratsang and other monasteries to perform Lama Chopa and many tsoks with financial support. In order to establish the annual practice of the Vajrakilaya sadhana puja in Gyarong Monastery, they donated thirty khals (a Tibetan unit of volume) of grain worth of land, and in Rigdzin Phelgyeling, they established a permanent fund for the sadhana puja attended by 476 vidyadharas (rigdzins), donating money and good land. They built a copper-gold stupa of arrow height, and a cast statue of Rinpoche himself of great height. In order for the supreme incarnation to appear quickly and for the great purpose of benefiting the teachings and beings to be accomplished, according to the divination of the entrance of a holy being into the womb, they made three hand-sized copper-gold Vajrasattva statues. They made five thousand Vajrasattva thangkas with upper and lower borders. The three dignitaries personally made three thousand clay statues from medicinal clay, and offered six sets of twenty-five tea sets to the monks of the monastery to eliminate smallpox. They offered forty sets of tea and recited three million Tara mantras. In the meantime, they seemed to have completed countless Mahakala prayers. It is said that the disciples from Lhodrak (southern Bhutan) and Tsang (central Tibet) wanted to bring Rinpoche's remains to their respective places. The monks of Palyul Monastery also unanimously requested to do so, or else to keep them in this monastery and not send them elsewhere, each of which was true in its own way. Many tantras and the sutras of the Ratnakuta Sutra say that even a small part of the relics of a qualified spiritual friend can bring immeasurable benefits, let alone the remains of Rinpoche himself.
