It is said that Uji Nyakting Dzin Sangpo had Dorje Lekpa build it as a servant. But in fact, the inscription on the stone tablet shows that it was built with the great financial support of Nyangban, such as Bande Dzin Nyingje and Shosha Che, so it is no different from the general monastery of Runang, and it is of the same era. It is said that the guardian deity resides manifestly and has great blessings, but it has become somewhat weak. In the early days, Gyalwa Longchenpa renovated it. This time, I myself gilded and consecrated the appearance of the main hall, the Eight Close Sons, the Two Wrathful Ones, and all the temples on the left and right sides, and offered about ten pieces of fine silk for the upper garments, lower skirts, robes, robes, heavenly covers, banners, ornaments, flags, earrings, etc. A new torma box was built, which was filled with permanent tormas made of crystal, which was very rich. A pilgrimage guide was written. (443) meals were offered to the monks. A torma empowerment of the guardian deity was held. Five taels of silver were donated as a fund for the memorial Dharma assembly of the Omniscient One (Longchenpa). A two-day consecration ceremony was held, as well as fire pujas, tsok offerings, offerings, and extensive prayer ceremonies. Katshal Gatsangba repeatedly pleaded, mainly in the old temple of Runang, a two-day consecration ceremony was held, and offerings, thrones, and curtains were arranged. Exquisite gold and copper mandalas and offering cups were offered. Seven fire pujas were held for the Eight Herukas and Vajrakilaya, the protectors of the Great Assembly Hall. Copper coins were distributed to the Sangha, three meals were provided, and three times attended the tsok. Fine silks were offered to the pillars. A large Thonthima banner and thirty taels of silver were donated as a fund for the tenth day of the Monkey Month. An empowerment of the Peaceful and Wrathful Deities was performed. Most of the people in the lower part of Maldro in Gongkar Dzong, led by the Dzongpon, received a collective empowerment in the assembly hall. I dreamed that someone said that in this place, Jetsun Milarepa once sat in front of me and sang a doha, and seventy-three years have passed since then. There were very many beggars, and they seemed to never be satisfied, but I believed in the compassionate stories in the Jataka tales and did not disappoint them. The Gotshang Tulku of Gyala came specifically and offered body, speech, and mind supports, six loads and five packages of high-quality tea, seven buckets of butter, and a large amount of Kongpo felt, and performed a longevity ritual.

The empowerment of the peaceful and wrathful Heruka of the Kama lineage of tantras. Many explanations were given about the generation and completion stages. A bridge was built over the river in front of Dzongsar. (444) Or, for a plan that seems impossible to build, if one accomplishes it with human effort and perseverance, it will surely succeed. Generating such wisdom, a contribution of fifty silver sangs was made. For purification, tormas were offered, and prayers were made to transform them into sustenance for many sentient beings. In all the Hinayana and Mahayana canons of the Buddha, the consumption of meat is prohibited. In this land of Tibet, even those who boast of being great monks compete for wealth, horses, livestock, and glory. They claim to know the scriptures but do not consider the consequences of their actions. They claim to have realized emptiness but have great sectarian bias towards others. This bias is likely born from conceptual thoughts. For the bodhisattvas such as Avalokiteśvara, the deity of impartial compassion, everything seems difficult. With compassion that is attached to dharma and sentient beings, even the understanding of the state of Brahma is not generated, and they cannot even bear the prick of a needle on themselves. Stabbing a knife into the heart of a fat sheep is like seeking an opportunity in non-Buddhist religions to destroy the teachings of the Buddha. This was widely discussed, and a request was made to continue the tradition of killing. The Rinpoche also agreed to this, and great joy arose in rejoicing. In short, if the laws of the country collapse, the happiness and well-being of sentient beings will not remain. Even if this is true, the one who holds the robes of a religious leader, like a doctor treating an illness with bloodletting, if he does not associate with the influence of compassion, then Lord Nagarjuna said: Your monks, Brahmins, gods, And guests, parents, consorts, (445) For the sake of attendants, do not commit evil deeds. There is no escape from the ripening of hell. These words were also spoken to the rulers. To the two Rinpoches, the special empowerments of Nyingtig Yabzhi, Rigdzin Yongdu, Thirteen Instructions, and Longchen Nyingtig were given. As well as the Nyingma Gyubum, the Seven Treasures of Kunchen, the Three Chariot Teachings, and placing one's own root and commentary of the Truthful Names at the crown of the head. Praying with the truth of the Dharma, in which all the teachings are united in the lineage of the Buddha's intention, and which is the unambiguous nature of reality in the meaning of completion.
