In short, all instructions and subsequent teachings arise solely from the function of one's own mind. Therefore, one should practice the excellent aspiration of a Bodhisattva. As it is said, at that time, connecting with the near attainment that makes the mind capable, and the dependent arising that realizes the nature of phenomena as illusory. The oral transmission translation of "The Secret Key Point" from "The Vast Expanse, Pure Heart Treasure Box" of "The Great Perfection, Gathering of Teachings" by Karma Lingpa, the secret key point descends, and its appearance as a growing tree, the symbols appearing in the book, are called the words of the wise Bharamara, which cannot be finished writing even in the time it takes to drink three cups of tea, and are not letters created by conceptual thought, so do not cling to words but take their meaning (31). The practice room is also the pure land of Akanishta. Do not think of assembly halls and dharma gatherings. If you think of them, attachment and aversion will blaze like fire. There is a danger of burning enlightenment alive. The meditation cushion is the place of self-nature emanation. Do not separate busyness from national affairs. If you separate them, the fruits of practice will be sold as merchandise. The blessings of the dakinis will vanish. The Chöd drum subdues the mind of ghosts and spirits. Do not think of cymbals and musical instruments. The activity of throwing tormas is approaching. There is a danger of diminishing the qualities of the path's signs. The human thigh-bone flute has pleasant changing tones. Do not think of conch shells and Chinese flutes. Like seeing a mirage of a wild animal. There is a danger of spending a lifetime in empty prayers. The arrangement of the dwelling place is complete in the body. Do not spin prayer wheels on your feet! Success and failure both reside on the bed. There is a danger of making an act that cuts off hope. Do not meet with people during retreat. A virtuous friend is rarer than gold! A bad friend will blow virtuous deeds into the wind. Request the vase empowerment for the emptiness of mind's appearances. Do not gossip during session breaks. Carrying outside talk inside is wild conceptual thought. If you keep your mouth shut, the qualities of non-thought will arise. Practice the secret empowerment in the clear emptiness of mind. If you want to practice, first learn loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. If you know that, the protective circle is unbreakable. The great obstacle is intentionally within yourself. Not knowing and not being able to, the kindness is very great! In the blissful (32) emptiness of mind, take the path of prajna empowerment as your guide. Humming and writing letters are too much work. New conceptual thoughts of the eight worldly dharmas are constantly arising.

Ema! Build a stone wall at the gate, and fully grasp the power of words for rig stong (རིག་སྟོང་, awareness-emptiness). The posture of the body should be as stable as a mountain, and even the illusory body should focus on mindfulness. For thoughts, there is no coming and going. The nature of mind should also focus on mindfulness, and the objects of the six senses should not be indulged. Feelings should also focus on mindfulness, and no adjustments are needed on the natural state. The nature of reality should also focus on mindfulness, and in equanimity, there is no motivation to create sin. Non-virtue should also be completely abandoned. The nature of reality is free from the four extremes of elaboration, and grasping and being grasped should also be completely abandoned. Do not be attached to appearances, they will be purified into the Dharmakaya. Thoughts should also be completely abandoned, as samsara and nirvana have no inherent existence, and dualistic grasping should also be completely abandoned. Strive to abide in equanimity day and night. The illusion of desire is a foot, and vipassana (insight) is its practice companion. The illusion of action is a foot, the illusion of mind is a foot, and its essence is clear and bright. The illusion of wisdom is a foot, and in the realm beyond thought, all qualities will manifest. Generate the ungenerated virtue, and in the union of shamatha and vipassana, through impartial training, increase what has already been generated. Cut off the root of thoughts in its own place, and do not generate non-virtue from the outside. If arising and liberation are simultaneous (33), what has already arisen will also be abandoned in its own place. Generate certainty in the true meaning, and the power of faith comes from this. Whether meditating or not, remember, this is the power of mindfulness. Like a river, continuous and uninterrupted, this is the power of samadhi. There is no rejection or establishment there, this is the power of great diligence. Realize the bottomless abyss, this is the special power of wisdom. Appearances are the pure and vast Buddha-fields, and vastness is the power of faith. The three times of past, present, and future are also of one taste, and birth, abiding, and cessation are nowhere to be found, this is the power of mindfulness. On the edge of existence and non-existence, freedom from elaboration arises, the power of samadhi abides in differentiation. The essence of meditation has no decrease or increase, and freedom from laziness is the power of diligence. The co-emergent essence is beyond expression, the great power of self-arisen wisdom. On the great path of accumulation and union, qualities manifest in various forms, collapsing into impartial great equality, the wisdom free from elaboration, the non-conceptual samadhi, are the limbs of enlightenment.
