From the arising of confused causes and results, arise diseases, evil spirits, damage, decay, and the causes of conflict between internal and external elements, enemies, and demons. The eight great and sixteen great fears, as well as curses, pegs, evil words, droughts, and bad omens, all these, please accomplish the activity of averting and transforming. Hūṃ! Homage to the supreme Heruka! Right white, left red, center blue face. Vajra, garuda, and phurba on the right. Skull cup, field, and amulet on the left. The mothers of existence subdue with four feet. The four corners and eight directions suppress. The four skies and bliss realms merge into one. One head, five faces, existence is clear. Vajra, bell, bell-rope, and skull cup, nectar, and wealth base are held. With various changing sounds and colors, in non-duality, bliss unites with the father. Hūṃ! Various (983) Oṃ! The daughter of existence with various colors is the eternal queen, glorious nine-headed mother. Great sovereign of the four continents and the earth. Controlling Mount Meru and the ocean, lightning mother clouds. The thunder of the sky, the black pulverizer of the earth. Holding various uncertain hand symbols. Some hold mirrors, skull cups, dry and wet substances. The seven mothers of calculation, the three secret mothers. Leading foxes, dogs, wolves, and owls in play. Caṇḍikā and the mother Cāmuṇḍā. The three Roka sisters hold skull cups filled with blood. The sisters of Rogtī, the four mistresses of defilement. From the eastern direction, the face of a tiger demon with a peg. The white light cuts off the lineage of the enemy. From the southern direction, the face of a zombie demon bear. The yellow razor extracts the enemy's life essence. From the western direction, the face of a Kong demon bull. The red one holds a short club and smashes the skull. From the northern direction, the face of a Drog demon crocodile. The blue one pierces the enemy's head and body with an enemy arrow. The four-faced mother, the seven mothers, the four sisters, etc. The mistress of curses and evil words arises from space. Enjoy this offering of flesh and blood to the enemies and obstacles. May the yogis, ourselves, the patrons, and retinue, avert and transform all diseases, evil spirits, damage, decay, and the causes of conflict between internal and external elements, enemies, and demons, which arise from the confusion of mind and mental events, causes and results. Hūṃ! From the palace of the skull cup of the vidyādharas in the southwest, the powerful wrathful vidyādhara of wisdom who has passed away, the great mudrā of maturation and longevity, the spontaneously accomplished vidyādhara, the accomplished vidyādharas, etc.

Gate-keeping heroes and heroines, arise from the expanse! Enjoy this blood and flesh offering to enemies and obstructors. For us yogis, patrons, and retinues, from the confusion of mind, mental factors, cause, and result, may the arising diseases, evil spirits, damages, fears, and the conditions of external and internal elemental enemies and obstructors raging, the eight and sixteen great fears, and all curses, hexes, bad omens of drought, be averted and transformed. Accomplish the activity! Hūṃ! Mindfulness and other pure dharmas, all the abandonment and realization of the five paths and ten bhūmis, Vajra, Ratna, Padma, and crossed Vajra (985) Oṃ, forms with the aspects of manifesting enlightenment in the four families. Hūṃ! Garab Dorje, the teacher Nāgārjuna, Brābhahasti, Dhana Sanskrita, Vimalamitra, Rombuguhya, Śāntigarbha, and the eight accomplished vidyādharas, melting softly, magnificent in great robes and precious bone ornaments, arising from curses, the form of wrathful sages, clapping hands, with the sounds of ja, bhyo, phaṭ, summoning and destroying oath-breakers, enemies, and obstructors, and transferring consciousness to the dharmadhātu. Enjoy this blood and flesh offering to enemies and obstructors. For us yogis, patrons, and retinues, from the confusion of mind, mental factors, cause, and result, may the arising diseases, evil spirits, damages, fears, and the conditions of external and internal elemental enemies and obstructors raging, the eight and sixteen great fears, and all curses, hexes, bad omens of drought, be averted and transformed. Hūṃ! Messengers emanated from body, speech, and mind, heroes and heroines of the four families, with activity colors, the right hand holding its own symbol, the left holding a skull cup of blood, ruling the twenty-four lands (986), field-protecting heroines born from mantras, and the naturally co-emergent mothers and retinues, precious bone ornaments, silk banners fluttering. The sound of cymbals and bells, kuru kuru, with the gestures of the heroines, subdue existence and appearance. Enjoy this blood and flesh offering to enemies and obstructors. For us yogis, patrons, and retinues, from the confusion of mind, mental factors, cause, and result, may the arising diseases, evil spirits, damages, fears, and the conditions of external and internal elemental enemies and obstructors raging, the eight and sixteen great fears, and all curses, hexes, bad omens of drought, be averted and transformed.
