Hele pervades the demons of the east, the single-haired dakini demoness, teeth chattering, the demon of the copulating belly, the rock-shattering drunken demoness, the black, unsmiling demon of the west, the vajra-fanged demoness. The northern demon with hair tied up, the demoness with wrathful wrinkles of karma. In the depths of the vast ocean, in the pit of the doorless iron city, reside ninety million kotis of Yamas. Strongly urging and cursing, the three thousand worlds revel in flesh and blood, clearly manifesting. Now revel in the enemy's flesh and blood! Get drunk and drink in a thousand bloods! Now revel in the enemy's blood! Strongly urging and proceeding, heaven and earth, mountains and rivers reverse and shine, Mount Meru strikes with a vajra, inflict fierce curses on enemies who break vows, extract the citta from the enemy's belly. The net of diseases of the three thousand worlds dissolves.

May the oath-breaking enemies be afflicted with plagues, may the illusions of appearances and existence be burned by fire, may the decline, fear, and curses be pacified, and may the activities of repelling and subduing be accomplished. Hūṃ, from the mandala of the western moon, may the realized wisdom Padma Heruka desire (957) oṃ. He is the great hero who subdues desire, arising from the mandala of the speech of Padmasambhava. May the enemies and obstacles enjoy this offering of flesh and blood, may the yogis, myself, and the retinue of offerings, from the confusion of cause and effect of mind and mental factors, may the diseases, demons, decline, fear, and the causes of conflict between internal and external elements, the eight and sixteen great fears, and the curses, evil spells, droughts, evil omens, etc., be repelled and transformed. Hūṃ, from the burning mandala of the red and black moon, Hayagriva, the deity who subdues arrogance, the body color is red like a burning flame, the burning hand holds fierce weapons, the fierce feet trample the Naga clans as a seat, the burning clothes show as the adornment of the body, the majestic elephant hide is the clothing of the body, the pure human skin is the clothing of speech, the tiger skin, walking bravely, is the clothing of the heart, bracelets and arm rings, black snakes suppressing power, Vajra wings, fierce suppression (958) clothing, the Garuda bird burns and devours dragons and poisonous things, bared teeth and throat sounds suppress the demonic armies, the horse's neighing on the head resounds, urging the emptiness of evil realms towards the meaning of wisdom, the wisdom mothers and dakinis are sent as messengers, small anger burns the pores, sharp teeth cut off the root of birth and death, the eyes turn back and enslave the three realms, may the enemies and obstacles enjoy this offering of flesh and blood, may the yogis, myself, and the retinue of offerings, from the confusion of cause and effect of mind and mental factors, may the diseases, demons, decline, fear, and the causes of conflict between internal and external elements, the eight and sixteen great fears, and the curses, evil spells, droughts, evil omens, etc., be repelled and transformed.
