Since the torma must be visualized as the deity, one should not transfer, take, change positions, etc., during the intervals of approach and accomplishment. Therefore, arrange it that way from the beginning and distinguish it with special attention. When performing great accomplishments and fulfilling confessions, etc., that are related to mandalas, it is said that they should be arranged in piles in the directions of the mandala. The scripture says, "At the time of great accomplishment, in the directions of the great mandala, arrange them in piles." This indicates that, as previously stated in the context of medicine and alcohol, the number of tormas is equal to the number of deities, referring to situations where there are many. Because in the nectar offering cloud of this very scripture, it says, "The arrangement of medicine, alcohol, and torma, if the torma and nectar are equal to the number of deities, then arrange each torma and each nectar alternately, arranging them in piles, in front of the blood." As it is said, place the torma on the right and the nectar on the left, arranging them so that they do not touch each other. Place the blood in front of them, making three piles. Similarly (155), the hundredfold medicine, alcohol, and torma for fulfilling confessions should also be arranged in the same way. In front of these, on the altar, place the inner offerings, such as the flowers of the five senses, the incense of great incense, the light of great beeswax, the perfume mixed with bile, and the food of great meat, or some use vajra perfume food, and there also appears the offering of perfumed water, because this scripture speaks of selection and hanging, so there is no difference. These are naturally formed offerings that are not processed, the nature of the five meats and five nectars, and through the combination of causes and conditions, the making, arrangement, and placement are done in a pleasing manner, which are called wonderful offerings or offerings transformed by conditions, as stated in the supreme practical red instruction booklet of this scripture. In front of it, arrange the common outer offerings such as the offering water and flowers mentioned above, distinguishing them, and do not mix them with the inner offerings. This indicates that one should also be careful not to spill the residue of medicine and alcohol on the outer offerings. For such tormas, cover the shape of the torma with red silk, or according to the colors of the respective deities, as convenient in front.

Tea for the torma offering. In short, one must arrange a vast array of worldly splendors, such as dharma banners, meat, butter, and roasted barley flour. As it says in this very text: "A canopy adorned with silk banners, a pinnacle of jewels, emblems of tigers and leopards, and ornaments of light; food such as meat, butter, and roasted barley flour; and beverages such as camphor and oil. In short, adorn and display beautifully with whatever offerings are available." As it says in the pure seven branches of the "Bhadrakalpika Sutra": "With offerings that are supremely excellent and extraordinarily arranged, I make offerings to those victorious ones." Therefore, if one arranges one's own mental appearances beautifully (156), then the objects of offering will also arise from one's own abilities. Thus, merely arranging them brings merit. As the text says: "Just arranging them in this way will satisfy the guests." Fifth, the actual blessing is: the practice instructions of this very text, and the methods of Mahayoga, and as exemplified by the Great Accomplishment Eight Teachings, in the vast rituals that emphasize the generation stage, one blesses by visualizing the five meats and five nectars in vessels such as the bhāṇḍa, separating them through melting and refining. However, since this is the method of Anuyoga, which emphasizes profundity, one blesses the container and its contents as the nature of torma through the view of the completion stage. Moreover, in the "Wisdom Drop" it says: "The syllable 'bha' (བྷ,Bha,bha, being) is spoken as 'being,' the syllable 'lim' (ལིཾ,Lim,lim, absorption) is shown as 'absorption.'" As it is said, the purification of the term 'bali' (བ་ལི,Bali, bali, offering) for torma is: outwardly, it is the union of the two faculties; inwardly, it is the meeting of the white and red bodhicitta; secretly, it is the great manifestation of wisdom, inseparable from bliss and emptiness, from which one blesses all of existence and its contents as the nature of torma. If one merely clings to the torma that has been arranged, thinking it is self-sufficient, then one will not accomplish anything. As it says in this very text: "Even if one arranges tormas made from millions of loads of Magadha, not even one guest will be satisfied. If one arranges a torma the size of a sesame seed, and blesses and offers it with immeasurable visualization, then countless guests will be satisfied. Just as Mañjuśrīmitra (འཇམ་དཔལ་བཤེས་གཉེན,梵文:Mañjuśrīmitra) and Vimalamitra (བི་མ་ལ་མི་ཏྲ,梵文:Vimalamitra) each performed their practices in Vaiśālī, therefore visualize
