Fences, etc., are easy to use, debts are entangled, and there is only meat, etc., liberated from diseases and harms, etc., so manifest wishes are fulfilled, so for these aspects, efforts should be made from all aspects. Similarly, add the giving of Dharma, the direct teachings of individual liberation, not doing any evil, etc. Fearless giving is also not impossible, as Shantideva said: Flowers mixed with perfume are scattered, I saw the fires of hell extinguished, suddenly felt satisfied, and thought, what is this? May all beings in hell see the lotus hand. As it is said. Great wisdom Bodhisattvas are good at accumulating good dharmas, because of the difference in wishes, so they can achieve it as it is. As it is said. In the vows of the Ratnagotravibhāga, it is said: Giving should be done at all times. As it is. Therefore, if the nature of offerings is also summarized into the path of the six perfections, then it is the perfection of giving. As the Ratnasambhava Sutra says: All times and places are great places for giving. This is obvious. Also, saying that roasted barley flour cannot be scattered during the intermediate state is also an obstacle to one's own and others' good deeds. The intermediate state being with flesh and blood that existed in the past, with complete faculties, without hindrance, seen by the like-minded divine eye, will not regress, that is the Gandharva. This is obvious, and if you don't want it, then the name and meaning of Gandharva near-dweller will also become false. In general, the Ratnakuta Sutra says: All dharmas are causes and conditions, completely abiding at the peak of intention. If there is no mindfulness, then apart from hungry ghosts, offering to the six realms of pitiable beings is itself a surprising thing. Fourth, listening: Not like a self-born Buddha, entering the path at will, and because of that dependent arising, it is contrary to benefiting others, but relying on a good teacher to listen to the Dharma, and proclaiming what one has heard to others, therefore, among the beings to be tamed in the first turning of the wheel, they are called listeners or Shravakas. All the dharmas of the Great and Small Vehicles must be listened to by relying on a good teacher, as the Compendium says: Good disciples are respectful to the teacher, they should always rely on wise teachers. Why? Because the qualities of wisdom arise from that. As it is said. So how should one listen? The faults of the vessel,

ub. Zhabs Dol. Three like poison, and similarly, six impurities should be removed. As it says in the 'Commentary on Intelligence': Pride and disbelief, not seeking profound meaning, outward distraction and inward gathering, weariness of listening are impurities. Thus, the pride arising from lineage, appearance, and wealth, disbelief when associating with the lama, not seeking profound meaning in the words and meanings of the Dharma, the mind being distracted outwards, and gathering the mind of contempt for the path of truth inwards, to counteract these, joy (797), reverence, and supreme faith are the proximate causes. Having removed the obscurations of afflictions, transcending impurities, manifesting and entering for the benefit of beings, the wisdom of certainty reaches the other shore. Whoever is endowed with virtues, listen to him. Thus, mindfulness should be closely established. As it is said in the 'Chapter on Abiding', regard the lama as a doctor, the Dharma as medicine, oneself as a patient, and diligently care for oneself like a nurse, generating four kinds of awareness and listening. Furthermore, the Dharma spoken by the teacher, in the form of Ali, visualize oneself appearing as Noble Manjushri, Vajrapani, Tara, etc., dissolving into the heart, this is the key point. The benefits of listening to the Dharma in this way are immeasurable. As Gyalwa Long said: Even beings who hear the sound of the Dharma drum are liberated from the lower realms, what need is there to mention those who listen? As it is said, it can reduce the obstacles in one's own mind stream, generate regret for mistaken actions of acceptance and rejection, generate renunciation and detachment, understand the path of the two truths, sow the seeds of liberation and omniscience in one's own continuum, and remember these in the bardo. Thus, even fierce and cruel beings such as Yakshas, mountain dwellers, demons who breathe fire from their hair, and kings such as Ashoka, Ajatashatru, Angulimala, etc., relied on hearing the true Dharma to turn away from great misdeeds and turn towards the path of liberation. And some people, when gathered before themselves in the state of the five perfections, say: I have heard this Dharma once before, now I do not need it. Just like a wine seller who thinks that the wine he has drunk before is enough, they only keep this thought in mind without contemplating the words and meanings of the Dharma.
