Having subdued the actions for one's own benefit and entered into the actions for the benefit of others, the Bodhisattva father and mother, two sets of eight deities, likewise the assembly of ten wrathful deities, father and mother. The Vajra Goddess, namely the sixteen lineage mothers, and the Lord of the Assembly, the master of the assembly, namely the great glorious one endowed with five lineages, and the ten wrathful kings, father and mother, who purify the ten non-virtuous places. Outwardly, the thirty-two places, and the heroes of the twenty-four lands, each with a consort of their own lineage, each with a Yogini name, are the embodiment of action mudra. Furthermore, inwardly, the heroes are those who have completely transformed the channels of the great city of the Vajra body, such as the crown of Jalandhara, and the Yoginis are those who have completely transformed the elements. The empty form, the union of appearance and emptiness, method and wisdom, is the great mudra that appears as a deity. Secretly, these are also condensed into the ten places of Heruka, and the representation of the nature of the ten bhumis is the Dharma mudra. The gate through which the compassion of the complete mandala enters the object is the four immeasurables, and its nature, the four aspects of activity, is the four gatekeepers with the samaya mudra. Furthermore, all the many deity assemblies emanated from wisdom are those who have samaya and those who follow samaya, loving them like mothers and cherishing them like sisters, etc. Taking hold of the distinction between good and bad, true and false, and following the samaya, in the special outer places, practicing the non-duality of the place and the one who possesses the place, and inwardly, the heroes and dakini yoginis who gather the elements and tastes of the individual channel places of the Vajra body into one (566), etc. In short, because they are endowed with the ornament of being unobstructed in all ways, they are the objects of compassion of those who are the authoritative, valid, and Vajra samaya holders, so please consider this. Having said this, by the kindness of the compassion of the Buddhas, the lineage of unbroken blood is bound. We, who hold the nature of the lineage of each deity upon whom the flower falls, for the benefit of all beings, generate the mind of enlightenment in the two aspects of conventional aspiration and entry, and in the ultimate Vajra yoga of mantra. Although we gradually enter the teachings, in order to proceed to the state of the unsurpassed great enlightenment, which is the fruit to be attained, we will spread the teachings.

It is the sea. Among the three pitakas of the vehicle that guides the arising of all phenomena, the meaning of the first turning of the wheel is to rely on the learning of individual liberation discipline, to restrain the misdeeds of one's own mind, and to rely on the path of the four truths; the meaning of the intermediate and final turning of the wheel is to add the discipline of accumulating virtuous dharmas and benefiting sentient beings on top of that, to become the aspiring and engaging bodhisattva, and to learn the places of higher concentration and wisdom, which are the three trainings. Similarly, there is also the vehicle of ascetic lineage, the Kriya, Charya, and Yoga tantras, which are the three outer tantras, with their own vows and samayas in places such as bathing and cleansing. In particular, the vehicle of empowerment methods, the outer generation stage of Anuttara Yoga, Mahayoga, the inner meaning Anuyoga, and the secret Great Perfection Atiyoga, enter into the meaning of the generation and completion stages of the Great Perfection. All of these are abandoned by the Shravakas, transformed by the Bodhisattvas, and transformed into the path by the Mantras, so they subdue the multitude of afflictions, hence they are the Vinaya. All of these ultimately are the uncommon samaya nature of the Vajrayana, the transformation of things, the increase of qualities. (567) All that needs to be negated is also the great mudra of the body, the inexpressible Nada of speech, and the four joys of the mind, which are practiced together in freedom from elaboration, hence it is the supreme of samayas. All the actions of the secret mantras are indestructible and possess seven qualities, hence it is the Vajra. Its nature is not like the samaya, which has the idea of what should and should not be done, but it is difficult to transcend at any time, hence it is the vow. It is to be strived for for the sake of constant meaning. Furthermore, the twenty-five vows, etc., clearly explained in the fifth and sixth chapters, are summarized by the five families and the fourteen root downfalls, and in general and in particular, the so-called superior vows, etc., are all prohibited. The vows that are accepted and promised to be diligently practiced in the past or future, under the limitation of years, months, days, and times, do not let them be diminished, violated, or broken, etc., and do not let them be in a state where they cannot be restored, this is the vow that has been made. Even if one is deluded by the devil and deviates from the right path, and has no intention of turning away at all, one will still postpone it to the future, and there is still time.

Due to falling under the control of laziness, not becoming emptiness, having weak abilities and potential, not possessing mindful awareness, and falling under the control of recklessness such as drinking and sleeping, not diligently practicing bodhicitta and the generation and completion stages, and having lax vows of protection, being negligent in practice, etc., due to feeling, becoming a slave to afflictions, and not feeling, that is, becoming a slave to ignorance, violating the teacher's teachings, the Sugata's teachings, and the root downfalls of nirvana, and violating the vows proclaimed by the Vajra Master. In this way, any yogi who disrespects the Vajra Master, etc., commits all the root downfalls, is completely defeated by (568) kinds of faults, and should not meet those who have broken their vows even for a moment, nor should they drink water from the same place. This arises from the authoritative words of the Victorious One, but without realizing such faults, in front of those without vows, generally the four secrets, in the middle the four secrets, etc., revealing secrets that should be kept secret, making it difficult to distinguish, destroying the embankment of the ocean of vows, and because there is no divine eye and the wisdom of individual knowledge, not realizing the situation of becoming faulty directly or indirectly, mixing the assembly wheel with those who have broken their vows, for those who have broken their vows, not having the thought of returning from sin, and for those places that were once gurus, not restoring the state of broken vows, and explaining the profound secret Dharma to those who are said to be unsuitable vessels in the tantras, in short, not fearing breakage, and associating with the faults of breakage, etc., associating with people who have broken their vows, or the faults of those who have broken their vows, among the five shadows, the most serious is being stained by the great fault of the impurity of breakage, relying on this, the happiness and merit of this life diminish, life is short, and there are many diseases, etc., faults and long-term obstacles, becoming obstacles to the eight great accomplishments and supreme accomplishments, deeply regretting this, confessing and repenting with a strong sense of remorse, you who possess great compassion, with compassion that does not require service, please consider us.
