Achievement is near. Or the thief's faith is firm. Achievement is near for those who practice it. Logicians who analyze and examine. Achievement is said to be far from them. So it is said. Therefore, there is a great difference between the samadhi of those who read, hear, and think, which is based on the analytical meditation of the Sutra system, and the mental focus of those who renounce and meditate, which is based on the ascetic's settling meditation of the Tantra system. Establishing one's own system as reasonable and refuting others only becomes a cause for accumulating obscurations based on the Dharma. Also, some say that arguing about the superiority or inferiority of views is for the benefit of sentient beings and is permitted by the Buddhas, and that the former Khenpos also said so. However, this is not the way to refute others. It is said that there is no fault in merely debating which reasoning is closer to the definitive meaning. As for the former, it is also said to be a cause of deterioration due to the acceptance and rejection of the Great Vehicle. As it is said: "Only through faith can one enter, This analysis is only a name, Whoever meditates is devoid of truth." And the Tantra says: "Holding onto the side of a philosophical system, Whoever reviles others, Is an obscuration within obscurations, For them, the fruit of virtue is absent. If transferred, they will experience suffering, This is the same as the deeds of immediate retribution." And the root downfall of secret mantra is also transferred. The teacher Bhavila said: "In one's own or another's philosophical system, Reviling the Dharma is the sixth." Therefore, even if it is a well-spoken treatise of non-Buddhists, the Buddhas have blessed it, and the emanation has spoken it, prophesying with ability, what need is there to slander these teachings that are spoken by individuals with faculties (279) who appear as such in the scriptures and commentaries. Therefore, faults such as these are extremely difficult to endure, so do not create the time of bad migrations with the partisanship of clinging. I shall rejoice with folded hands. The second is: Those who have moderate faculties should meditate on all external and internal vessels and contents, their own body, aggregates, elements, sense bases, etc., as the single mandala of peaceful and wrathful deities, and without moving from the state of the three doors and the three mandalas, they should practice.

All defilements are purified. The third is: the yogi of inferior faculties, or the ordinary Sangha who are unable to integrate the realization of suchness into their minds, confess through remorse and lamentation in order to purify the sins and obscurations of themselves and all sentient beings who are the object of their confession. There are three aspects to this: the manner in which karma is purified, the distinction of the object of focus. If this name is analyzed, it is found to be very grand, so even those of middling faculties are not suitable to be called so, but it is so called due to the common parlance of the world. The actual confession and vows. The first is said to have four aspects: purification through realization, purification through confession, purification through antidotes, and purification through experience. The first is: through the wisdom of realizing selflessness, if one realizes that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana appear but are in fact unreal, then the fruits of karma cannot harm one. As the Sambhuta Tantra says: "Killing Brahmins daily, committing the five heinous crimes, enjoying the fruits of thieves' deeds, one is liberated by this path, not stained by sin, and far from the faults of existence." However, this is a statement with a hidden meaning, and it is spoken with reference to the yogi who realizes the equality of self and others, happiness and suffering, samsara and nirvana. Such yogis are as rare as stars in the daytime in this world, so one should not despise the unfailing law of karma and its effects, and those foolish people who cover up their careless actions with the name of emptiness, it is too much to comment on this statement, and it must be considered that the burden of ripening cannot be transferred to others. The second is that by confessing through the completion of the four powers, even the karma of the five heinous crimes can be purified. As it is said: "Because obscurations are merely conventional, if the realization of the vast city of liberation is not integrated into one's being, then engaging in secret mantra practices according to the literal meaning is no different from being far away and imagining, except for the appearance of being correct. If one confesses diligently, there is no doubt that one will be purified." However, if one does not immediately counteract with such a special antidote, then even if one's own karma does not immediately ripen, it will never be wasted. As the Sutra of One Hundred Karmas says: "The karmas of sentient beings, even after hundreds of kalpas,
