For Ra Sharwa. Even without the habits of offering and offerer, It is to wash away the stains of sudden misdeeds. From the unconditioned, primordially enlightened self-nature, (264) Manifests the cloud of Samantabhadra's radiant display. In the mandala free from the four extremes of elaboration, When offering, all peaceful and wrathful deities smile. This is a new song of experience for the occasion. Third, the limb of confession has two parts: Vajrasattva meditation and recitation, and the confession of Narag Dongtrug. The first part has four: visualizing the deity, performing the recitation, performing confession and vows, and introducing the basis to be purified and the means of purification. The first is: In the tantras, it says: The Bodhisattva without beginning or end is the great secret of Vajrasattva, Samantabhadra is the lord of all dharmas, and is the lord of Vajra Pride. And its definition is: Vajra is said to be indivisible, Bodhisattva is the lord of the three realms. The sutras say there are three ways to meditate: the outer generation stage corresponds to Maha Yoga, visualizing on the crown of the head; the inner meaning Anu Yoga corresponds to visualizing in one's own body; the secret Great Perfection Ati Yoga corresponds to visualizing as the nature of appearance and sound Vajrasattva. Here, combined with the oral instructions, it is said to meditate like the former. Among them, there are three types: corresponding to the Father Tantra, generating with the three Vajra rituals; corresponding to the Mother Tantra, generating with the five manifest enlightenments; corresponding to the Non-Dual Tantra, generating as union. Here it is said to generate like the former. Among them, there are also two types: explaining the purification and combination of the three Vajra rituals, and fully generating the four limbs. The first is: Straighten your body upright and visualize the five-pronged vajra on top of your head, this is the practice of mind. Marked with the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽), this is the purification of speech. From that (Hūṃ letter) rays of light emanate, gather, and the deity is completely perfected, this is the purification of body. The second part has four: generating the Samaya wheel together with the mantra garland, inviting the wisdom wheel (265) to enter, bestowing empowerment, and performing offerings and praises. The key point of the oral instruction is: the essence is the root guru, appearing as Vajrasattva, therefore it has the characteristic of swift blessing. Those who understand the key points express verbally by combining the object and recitation, just as it is not explained in detail in the oral transmission. One abides in an ordinary state, and on the lotus and moon seat above the crown of the head, there is a five-pronged vajra, etc.

Recite and practice as in the complete assembly ritual of the four branches. The support thus generated is the object of confessing obscurations, or the main deity, so it is very important to be clear and distinct. As stated in the Teaching on the Four Truths: The Blessed One said: Maitreya, if you have four qualities, all the sinful deeds you have done and accumulated will be purified and completely cleansed. What are the four? The power of the support, the power of regret, the power of applying the antidote, and the power of restraining yourself from doing it again. As it is said that all kinds of confession must have four powers, as just mentioned, is the power of the support. The power of regretting and regretting all the sins and transgressions committed in the past. Reciting the hundred-syllable mantra clearly and accurately is the power of applying the antidote. The thought of not committing sins even if it costs your life is the power of restraint or reversal. Secondly, there are three things to do in recitation: reciting special praises, clarifying the object of meditation, and explaining the meaning of the mantra. The first is: As it is said in the Abhidharma: Where vows are broken, this method should be given. And in the Flower Garland Sutra: Meditate on the Vajrasattva of the Guru, by the power of the self-generated hundred syllables, the two obscurations will be purified. Thus, there is no deeper way to make up for broken vows than this. Heroes and yoginis, this is the secret mantra of all. Thus, the Abhidharma says that it is also the essence of all heroes and yoginis. There are three aspects to the second: confession through the body, confession through speech, and confession through mind. The first is: As mentioned earlier, the generation stage should be practiced very clearly, and the practitioners should circumambulate the mandala with hand gestures and dances. The second is: The sound of the hundred-syllable mantra should be recited in unison, and the number of recitations, such as hundreds or thousands, should be recorded by the Vajra Master. The third is: The mind should not be distracted or mixed with the unspecified, and the bright mantra garland in the heart of Vajrasattva should be visualized, radiating light like a string of stars, touching the hearts of all the Sugatas in the ten directions, pleasing them with the offering of bliss and emptiness, making up for broken vows, and their
