It is said that there are Va, all of which indicate that the king is a Bodhisattva lineage, characterized by his own victory without harming others. The second part has seven aspects. First is the Wheel Jewel, which is capable of ruling the three thousand worlds or the four continents. It has five virtues. In the Extensive Play Sutra, it says: Its material is made of gold from the Jambudvipa River, and its size is... The first bhumi Bodhisattva resides in Jambudvipa, the second bhumi Bodhisattva resides in the four continents, the third bhumi Bodhisattva resides in Indra, etc., and so on, the tenth bhumi Bodhisattva is able to manifest as the lord of the three thousand great thousand worlds, the son of the gods, and the great Ishvara, thereby benefiting sentient beings, hence it is called that. However, not all such kings are Bodhisattvas; ordinary people can also do it by accumulating great merit. Its size is five hundred, its color is as beautiful as the sun, and it travels in the sky at a speed of one hundred thousand yojanas without being obstructed by the sun. When the king goes to any place, such as a continent, the Wheel Jewel also travels in the sky. By its power, the king and the four armies can also travel in the sky. The king can hear all the things he cannot hear with its help. Without any command, it can make the king, ministers, and all companions offer everything they want. That is what is said. Second, the Elephant Jewel has eight virtues: intelligence, obedience to commands, well-formed seven limbs, possessing the strength of a thousand elephants, difficult to tame, like Indra's elephant, merely smelling the scent can cause ordinary elephants' brains to rupture, defeating enemy armies, being able to fight in water, on land, and in the air, being able to circle Jambudvipa in one day, its color turning ash-white, and even being able to be wrapped with thread. When the king rides it, it goes to wherever the king wants to go without being urged. The head is adorned with gold ornaments and covered with a gold net. Third, the Horse Jewel also has eight virtues: its color is very beautiful, like a peacock's neck; majestic and beautiful, its shape is perfect; when commanded, it can circle Jambudvipa three times in one day; its body has no diseases; it has auspicious characteristics such as a jewel crest.

Sixth, regarding the precious householder or the precious minister, selectively speaking, there are four qualities: Vajra (diamond), agate, coral, pearl, and precious wealth such as gold and silver, even without effort, are abundant and inexhaustible. Whatever the king commands is kept in mind. The minister understands the king's thoughts, and even without being instructed, he accomplishes tasks and possesses righteous conduct. He does not need to be superior to other attendants due to afflictions, and he does not harm others except for the king's benefit.
