Playing the lute and singing beautiful songs from the mouth, the fragrance to be smelled is the fragrance of the beautiful fragrant water filling the vajra incense stick bowl, all objects suitable for experiencing with the sense of taste are held in the vajra lotus bowl filled with the essence of a hundred flavors, and all tactile sensations that can be covered by the senses are expanded into the nature of holding priceless divine garments suitable as vajra touch mother's sky ornaments. Completely purify all ordinary appearances and attachments. This is not just the joy of arising a goddess from the heart, but from the power of illusory samadhi, all appearances and sounds are viewed as the essence of that. Second, offering the supreme mandala through the union of bliss and emptiness, join the two palms at the heart, like a lotus just blooming. Accompanied by beautiful melodies. Hum, all pleasing forms of the vessel and contents of existence. After reciting this verse, accompanied by the lotus rotation, the left hand makes the upward giving mudra at the heart, and in the palm, the right hand's giving mudra is placed face down on it, showing the mirror mudra. Recite: Om Vajra Rupa Pratichha Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾཱ་བཛྲ་རཱུ་པ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र रूप प्रतिच्छ हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: om vajra rupa praticcha hum, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Form, Receive, Hum) And shake the bell. Regarding this, the great omniscient Fifth Dalai Lama said: The left hand (252) vajra fist facing inward, on top of it, the right palm facing upward is placed, which is the mirror mudra. Thus he said. As previously stated, there is no mistake with the previous ritual, and everyone agrees, so it can be trusted. The others appear in various ways, so it is a matter for investigation. Similarly, for Vajra Sound Mother, both hands make vajra fists upward, making the mudra of playing the lute, the left hand slowly extends outward, and the right hand slowly pulls inward, and recite Shabda. For Vajra Fragrance Mother, the left hand vajra fist extends backward, the right hand makes the mudra of applying fragrance, and recite Gandhe. For Vajra Taste Mother, both hands vajra fists upward, at the same time extending the palms mudra, and recite Ra Sa. For Vajra Touch Mother, both hands vajra fists make the gesture of offering divine garments, and recite Parshe. Third, regarding the offering of the seven royal emblems, there are three points, citing the source, etc.

Those respective merits, the manner of offering. First, in the Ornament of the Sutras, it says: Bodhisattvas are always, in the householder wheel-turning kings, being born in all lifetimes, they work for the benefit of sentient beings. As it is said, when such a wheel-turning king appears in the world, due to the king's exceedingly excellent power of merit, the seven precious things suitable for the king's rule appear. Regarding this, when the wheel-turning king himself, together with his retinue of consorts, bathes on the fifteenth fasting day and abides in Uposatha, a precious wheel of the gods appears from the eastern sky, possessing a thousand spokes and a rim, all made of gold, not made by a craftsman, appearing at a height of about seven tala trees, as stated in the Extensive Play Sutra. In other sutras, it is said to be given by Indra, and in some, it is said to arise spontaneously from within Mount Meru due to the power of merit, etc., with slightly different explanations (253). In any case, at that time, the king thought: I will become a wheel-turning king through the power of past merit, and merely by stretching out his hands, the wheel appeared directly in his hands. The king said: Alas! Precious wheel, may you be victorious in whatever tradition of the past noble ones. After saying this, he threw it into the sky, and the wheel rose again into the sky above, going to the east according to the tradition of the past wheel-turning kings. After that, the wheel-turning king proceeded with the fourfold army, subduing all the vassal kings of the eastern realm, becoming subjects who would do whatever was asked and submitting to his rule. Similarly, in other continents such as the south, he proceeded as before, and the act of the small kings submitting was caused by the power of the wheel, therefore he is known as the wheel-turning king. Furthermore, in the Treasury and other texts, there are mentions of silver wheel-turning kings, copper wheel-turning kings, and iron wheel-turning kings, whose manner of proceeding is the same as before, but due to the difference in material, they rule over three continents, two continents, one continent, and so on.
