Like the appearance of waves, the way of liberation without acceptance or rejection is even better than before. In the Dharma-nature Bodhi, which cannot be meditated upon, there is no meditation or object of meditation. If you leave the unmeditated nature as it is, it is meditation, The meaning is that everything is accomplished, and the nature of no birth. If you recognize the conceptual marks as they are, All the thoughts that move in the mind, Without straying from the state of no birth, No matter how you think, you know it is meditation, No matter how you stay without meditating, there is no distraction. So it is said. Moreover, according to the order of the senses, the methods of grasping and measuring the objects of consciousness are different, and they are divided into three philosophical schools. In what way are there three ways of measuring with the order of mind? The Mind Division appears as the talent of play, The Space Division is the ornament of self-appearance, The Instruction Division is the form of emptiness without appearance. There is no other Dharma apart from one's own mind, so the Mind Division abides by being liberated from the extreme of what is to be abandoned. All phenomena have no other place to go than the space of Dharma-nature Samantabhadri, so the Space Division is liberated from the extreme of antidote and is free from action. Abiding in the nature of suchness, the profound Instruction Division is liberated from both extremes of acceptance and rejection. This is the source of the three great divisions, from the Great Arrangement. For those with intention, it is the Mind Division, For those with emptiness, it is the Space Division, For those with gradual diligence, it is the Instruction Division. So it is said. Among them, the first is that the tenets are different, the disciples are uncertain, the cause and effect are before and after, the cause and condition are diligent, the two truths, the precepts, and other internal and external meanings of acceptance and rejection, or the six perfections and the generation and completion stages, etc., have not been liberated from the dualistic grasping of holding them as real, and the self-nature still has a conventional part, so it is different from the meaning of no self-nature. Whoever is in the pure, vast, and equal wisdom, the Dharma-nature free from elaboration, the Bodhi mind that is one and not different, in the ultimate nature, transcends the realm of good and evil, acceptance and rejection, and abides in gathering, is called the Mind Division. From the *All-Creating King Tantra*: The nature of mind is the nature of Bodhi mind, there is no view or meditation, there is no action to be practiced, there is no fruit to be achieved, there is no path to be traveled, there is no mandala to be generated, there is no recitation or completion stage, there is no empowerment, there is no vow to be kept, originally.

In the spontaneously perfect Dharma-nature, sudden gradual effort, cause and effect, have transcended the Dharma. If so, what is the difference between this and the nihilistic views of the Tirthikas? Those who hold nihilistic views, in the primordial state, do not ascertain the way of being of the nature, nor the ripening of cause and effect in the path, nor the conduct in the apparent state. They rely on the evil tenets fabricated by the mind of speculation and desire, and enter into a state of perversion. Here, the wisdom of the self-arisen nature, like the sky, is free from the extremes of elaboration. When nothing is established, the contradictory substance of cause and effect is directly shown to be beyond good and evil, merit and demerit. The words of the noble Nagarjuna in the Ratnavali say: Actions of sin and merit have passed away, possessing the meaning of profound liberation, not diminished by fear in the wrong place, neither by other Tirthikas nor by oneself. If you do not wish it, then the Dharmadhatu that you desire, as a phenomenon, is compounded, and therefore not liberated from the three times, the three realms, and the two parts of good and evil, and therefore contradicts the intention of the Mother Prajnaparamita. If you assert that there is good and evil in the nature in the definitive sense, then what else would you compare it to other than the Samkhya school? Thus, virtue is what is done well, producing white ripening; sin is what is done wrongly, producing black ripening; and the Dharmadhatu is neither of these two, so the way of liberation from good and evil is also in the Tantra of Perfect Union: It distinguishes the two parts of sin and merit, the wise should abandon these two. As it is said, it arises from all the Tantras of Secret Mantra. If one does not understand such a principle, and speaks of those who hold two minds and purity in the sectarianism of self-mind, then it is the clear manifestation of the realization of those who have not completely realized the way of being of the nature by the wisdom that transcends consciousness. If one is afraid of directly showing the way of being of the nature, then in the Hevajra it is said: There is no recitation of mantra, no asceticism, and no fire offering. There is no one with a mandala, and there is no mandala. That is the recitation of mantra, that is asceticism and fire offering, that is the mandala.
