In oneself and in the natural state, from the appearances of objects and consciousness, one is liberated from the basis of individual distinctions. So it is said. Furthermore, if trekchö reaches its limit, the elements within become clear, and the body may turn into atoms, but if it does not become a light body, one will not attain the vajra body. Therefore, in order for this basis to remain until samsara is emptied, and to accomplish the benefit of others, there is the difference between clearing into atoms and becoming a light body. Whether or not one performs the benefit of others through great transference, and the miraculous abilities, have differences in magnitude. For example, like Padmasambhava and others who have equal qualities of abandonment and realization, there are differences in the blessing and continuity of their activities. How do they differ? Even if we only look at the land of Tibet (bho Ta'i yul), those who act rudely and do not promote the Buddha's teachings cause the aspirations and activities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to be wasted. This alone is enough to show that even virtuous ones cover up with blue lies, and those who hold the conduct of Devadatta are places where demons who desire fame and profit reside. Furthermore, the difference between the light body and the meditative body is that the light body is the stainless self-light perceived by wisdom, and is not other than the object of the Buddha's eye. The meditative deity body, although the atoms of the four elements are clear, is still subject to the ripening karmic imprints, and the difference is that it appears to sentient beings who have divine eyes. In the Sixth Sphere it says: The mind-body grasped by delusion, in order to pacify the elements in their own place, this also disappears in its own place. The light body grasped by wisdom, is like a moon in water. This is the nature of phenomena close to exhaustion of life. So it is said. Similarly, if the emptiness of the nature of wisdom is mistaken for something invisible, one is also likely to go astray. In Tögal, by suppressing the key points, strong thoughts naturally cease, and weak thoughts disappear into emptiness, and the inner radiance of the nature of phenomena becomes manifest. From the wisdom of the vajra chain of great bliss to the deity body, the power is perfected, and the uninterrupted manifestation of the ripened clear light is used as the path, so that the three bodies are perfected in the path appearance, and the key to the natural liberation of both the outer and inner delusory appearances and delusory grasping without abandoning them is in the decisive view: it is necessary.

I have not moved from a single (state). Appearing upon appearance, like a face and a mirror, liberation is when both of those are liberated. The flow of consciousness vanishes into emptiness, the attainment of seeing and knowing is not different. That itself is liberated upon itself. Thus it is said. That omniscient one divides (this) into seven excellent methods. Among them, from the aspect of the main practice, there are three key points for settling the body, three key points for guiding the space, and three key points for the appearance of objects. The first is the three key points of the body, whichever posture is adopted, it should not be too tight or too stiff, and not bent over, but rather seeking a comfortable posture with ample room. This eliminates the faults of dislocated channels and reversed and scattered winds. Generally, in the lower completion stages, breathing through the nostrils and clearly observing, although it can temporarily stop conceptual thoughts, it cannot completely stop them. Also, filling the four chakras and so on, and drawing out the wisdom of bliss, is mostly artificial because emptiness is enhanced with bliss. All pre-existing innate conditions are closely related to the mind of the desire realm, so it is difficult to cut off the seeds of samsara, and illusions are likely to arise from the four faults of reversed, scattered, stagnant, and obscured winds. Here, instead of making increase the path, the reason for letting the wind purify naturally and stop by itself from the mouth is also: From the adorned introduction, it says: The support of the mind is the body of flesh and blood, the upper part of the torso. The place is inside the lungs. The path is a connection from the lungs to the throat, a space like a stalk of grass. From there, the upward flow of breath is the path of the mind. The containers are the gate of desire and the two nostrils, three in total. From there arises the consciousness of desire. The nature of the mind itself is this very movement of breath in and out, accompanied by conceptual thoughts. Son of lineage, all that arises from the mind and mental factors is the cause of samsara. Thus it is said. Therefore, in order to let the movement of the wind, which is the mount of the mind, stop naturally, gently draw the wind in through the mouth in a natural way, and then release it as it is. With this key point, the wind, like the mount of the mind, is released outwards, and like not looking at thoughts, it dissolves into awareness, thereby abiding in natural meditation. Than before
