Having gathered at the place of guidance, together with the unwavering wind of wisdom, bind at the crown of the head. Furthermore, according to the empowerment of karma mudra, it is said in the Prasangika: 'Desiring to show the nature of bindu, among the ultimate and the conventional, for a while relying on the conventional bindu, one desires to become a Buddha.' Likewise, the object of reliance itself, the channels, and the objects of focus complete the body. Then, the bindu itself, the conventional, is well bound, held, and reversed. Implant it in the channels and mix it with the wind. Rely on emptiness, cut off thoughts. Reverse the body and mind. By relying on the ultimate bindu, one finds the realms that praise the Dharmakaya. How to bind? By straightening the body, the channels are straightened. By straightening the channels, the wind is straightened. By straightening the wind, one sees the nature of non-thought. Therefore, the key points of the body are the seven dharmas of Vairochana, or the crown is directed straight to the sky, the back of the neck is flat, and the neck is slightly bent, thereby binding the crown, the back of the neck, and the channels of the neck. The forehead is straightened without wavering, thereby binding the channels of the forehead, the middle of the eyebrows, and the root of the nose. The gaze, turning upwards, and the arms raised high, thereby binding the channels of the eyes, mouth, and shoulders. The elbows not turned outwards, but attached to the ribs, thereby binding the channels of the armpits. The spine straightened and without bending, thereby binding the channels between the breasts, heart, navel, and genitals. The bones of the wrists placed on the bones of the hips, thereby binding the channels of the thighs. Placing a cushion on the meditation seat, sitting cross-legged on the cushion, and remaining still for a long time, thereby binding the channels of the genitals, anus, knees, buttocks, ankles, and toes. Thus, by binding the main channels, the seventy-two thousand branch channels that arise from them are also bound. By binding the wind that flows through them, the thoughts that ride on the wind are bound. If the wind and thoughts become unwavering, then bliss naturally arises. Also, in the tantra, it is said: 'Bind the three upper channels above the eight planets. Gather the three lower channels of the bad realms below the limbs. Open the door of the sky, gather power.'

, and fill it with air. These three together are the quick path of mantra. The twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths of awareness are the path of conquering through the bonds of above and below. Through meditation, without the faults of sinking, excitement, obstacles, etc., strive for the five root winds and the branch winds. Thus, with posture and so on, clearly visualize the three channels and the six chakras. Furthermore, the central channel is considered to be made up of twenty-one knots of the left and right channels, and relying on skillful means, the mind-wind becomes workable, and with the power of the increase of the two accumulations, in the three stages of death, the wind enters the central channel, and the knots are gradually untied, from the union of wind and mind, appearances arise and non-intentional, attainment, near-attainment of the four wisdoms, and the accumulation of qualities such as samadhi, clairvoyance, etc., as the tantra says: After the union of male and female, the unconscious bliss is unspeakable. Similarly, in fainting or at the time of death, the wind enters the central channel, and nothing is remembered. Therefore, the Avadhuti (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) is, the root of non-conceptual Dharmadhatu wisdom. Thus. In general, relying on the three of the wind entering, abiding, and rising, one enters the central channel, and at the time of rising, one visualizes clockwise, and at the time of entering, one visualizes counterclockwise. Thus, the function of the right channel is to generate the outward spreading of wind, existing in the wind of samsara, therefore the channel opening also faces upwards. The function of the left channel is the inward entering and gathering of wind, existing in the wind of nirvana, therefore the channel opening also hangs downwards, as the Compendium of Origins says: The wind travels above samsara, nirvana travels below. Thus. Among them, the central channel of Dharmata is existent but not substantial, it is Rahu. Outwardly, its two ends, head and tail, devour the sun and moon, inwardly, the nature of the white and red bindus, A (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) and Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), are located at the tips of the upper and lower ends of the central channel, accustomed to the meditation of burning and dripping, thereby performing the function of the wind entering the central channel, abiding, and dissolving. Meditating on the nature of the sun and moon, the white and red bindus, constantly flowing in the central channel, if one gains control over the binding, one will not be able to devour the sun and moon externally, and one will have the ability to subdue, etc. Among them, Tummo is the wheel of wisdom, and great bliss the wheel of Dharmata.
