从超越瑜伽的方面来说：向上运行和向下消除。中间智者寻找要点。如是说。此外，要精通九个要点，如箭一样发射，如弓一样弯曲，如宝瓶一样倾倒，如摩羯鱼一样捆绑，如山一样镇压，如管子一样收集，在脉轮处展开，在自身位置上摧毁，如虚空一样在法性中普遍扩展。其中，风的自性有两种：业之风和智慧之风。如是脉轮处所说：风有两种，即智慧和业风。如是说，业之风是轮回的原因。从脉的处所变化和错乱开始，变成业之风，它成为心的坐骑，由此产生各种各样的分别念，不善的转变，以及昏沉、掉举、无明等不良的风的体验产生。处所错乱导致各种错觉显现。四季的风变化也是寿命的原因。如冬天冰块一样的风变成火风，春天种子一样的风变成水风，夏天火星一样的风变成土风，秋天花朵一样的风变成风的风，由此成为寿命的原因。此外，流动量不足也是寿命的原因。成年时，三百不足则少一年，五十不足则少两年，三十二不足则少三年，二十一不足则少四年，八成不足则少七个月，六成不足则少五个月，四成不足则少一个月，十成不足则少二十九天，二十不足则少十八天，三十不足则少十天，四十不足则少七天，六十不足则少十五天。风变化也会产生疾病，白天火风状态变成水风，夜晚水风状态变成风，中午土风状态变成风的风，傍晚风的风状态变成火风，这些都会导致内部紊乱。其中，火风状态变化会导致胆病，水会导致培根病，风会导致风病，土会导致两种疾病混合，以及混合，即三种疾病混合的疾病。

From the aspect of surpassing yoga: Running upwards and eliminating downwards. In between, the wise seek the essential point. Thus it is said. Furthermore, one should be skilled in the nine essential points: shooting like an arrow, bending like a bow, pouring like a vase, binding like a makara, pressing down like a mountain, gathering like a tube, spreading out at the channel points, destroying at one's own place, and spreading out universally in the nature of reality like the sky. Among these, the nature of wind is twofold: the wind of karma and the wind of wisdom. As it is said in the Chakra Place of Channels: There are two kinds of wind, namely, wisdom and the wind of karma. As it is said, the wind of karma causes samsara. From the changing and deranged state of the channel places, it becomes the wind of karma, which becomes the mount of the mind, from which arise various kinds of conceptual thoughts, unwholesome transformations, and bad experiences of wind such as dullness, agitation, and ignorance arise. Displacement of location causes various illusions to appear. The change of the four seasons' winds also causes the duration of life. The wind like winter ice becomes fire wind, the wind like spring seeds becomes water wind, the wind like summer sparks becomes earth wind, and the wind like autumn flowers becomes wind of wind, thus causing the duration of life. Furthermore, insufficient flow rate also causes the duration of life. For those who have reached maturity, if three hundred is lacking, one year is reduced; if fifty is lacking, two years are reduced; if thirty-two is lacking, three years are reduced; if twenty-one is lacking, four years are reduced; if eight tenths are lacking, seven months are reduced; if six tenths are lacking, five months are reduced; if four tenths are lacking, one month is reduced; if ten are lacking, twenty-nine days are reduced; if twenty are lacking, eighteen days are reduced; if thirty are lacking, ten days are reduced; if forty are lacking, seven days are reduced; if sixty are lacking, fifteen days are reduced. Changes in the wind also cause diseases. When the fire wind stays in the daytime and becomes water wind, when the water wind stays at night and becomes wind, when the earth wind stays in the daytime and becomes wind of wind, and when the wind of wind stays in the evening and becomes fire wind, these cause internal disturbances. Among these, changes in the fire wind state cause bile disease, water causes phlegm disease, wind causes wind disease, earth causes a combination of two diseases, and a combination, that is, a disease combining all three diseases.
