Therefore, this explanation of not leaking semen is also easy to understand for those with excessive thoughts. Thus, from these two (heroes and yoginis), the red and white bindus that separate into different parts such as the chakra petals, reside in the main knots as the nature of heroes and yoginis, and through practicing the yoga of melting bliss, they receive the offering of bliss and emptiness. The *Two Contemplations Tantra* says, "The form of semen is the Bhagavan, and its bliss is called the Desire Mother." The *Definitive Words of the Lama* says, "The mandala is the hero and yogini, united as non-dual." Because the root of samsara is easy to leak, through the thought of binding its nature as immutable, comprehending it in the mind, increasing from the characteristic of the melting bliss of self-aware wisdom, and combining the accumulation of the three wheels completely purified, this is pleasing with the offering of the true nature, as Vajra Dakini says, "As the true wisdom equally enters, possessing the true union, the white crown of the Thus-Gone One, comprehending in the mind, one enjoys it, the supreme joy and delight, at that time one becomes pleased." Therefore, after manifestly realizing the state of the three—channels, winds, and bindus—if one strikes the key points with the effort of union without learning the path, the distinction of the qualities of dissolving the knots will not be accomplished, and therefore, in order to be far from the ultimate fruit, the way of explaining its key points and meditating. In short, the abiding channel is like a canal, the moving wind is like a coming and going helmsman, the bodhicitta is like water gathering at the place of guidance, the Rahula sphere stacked in six chakras, from the chariot drawn by life and effort, the two knots of the central channel are untied, and the essence of wind and elements are two kinds, from the first ground beginning with Rahula's swallowing, the qualities of the ten grounds increase to the crown. That is to say, the channel becoming the key point lies in the body's key point, the wind becoming the key point lies in the whirling wheel, the bindu becoming the key point lies in the importance of effort, which is generally cherished. In particular, the body's support channel is like a canal, being the path of wind flow, therefore one must rely on life-wind and effort to purify the channel path. The support of speech, the wind, is like a helmsman going back and forth in both samsara and nirvana, therefore one must be skilled in the permission to bind the actions of samsara. The

Therefore, the essential Thigle is the very essence of the supreme Bodhicitta. Relying on the key points of the winds, gather at the place of instruction and, together with the unwavering wind of wisdom, bind it to the crown of the head. Furthermore, according to the empowerment of Karma Mudra, it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: 'Wishing to show the nature of Thigle, in the ultimate and the conventional, for a while, in the conventional Thigle, relying on it, one desires to attain Buddhahood.' Likewise, the object of reliance itself, the channels, and the objects of focus, perfect the body. Then, the conventional Thigle is well-bound, held, and reversed, planted in the channels and mixed with the wind. Relying on emptiness, severing thoughts, reversing the body and mind. By relying on the ultimate Thigle, one finds the realms that praise the Dharmakaya. Thus. How to bind? Straightening the body straightens the channels, straightening the channels straightens the wind, straightening the wind allows one to see the nature of non-discrimination. Therefore, the key points of the body are the seven dharmas of Vairochana. Or, the crown is directed straight towards the sky, the back of the neck is flat, and the neck is slightly bent, thus binding the channels of the crown, the back of the neck, and the neck. The nose is straightened without being crooked, thus binding the channels of the forehead, the space between the eyebrows, and the tip of the nose. The gaze, turned upwards, and the arms raised high, thus binding the channels of the eyes, mouth, and shoulders. The elbows not turned outwards, but attached to the ribs, thus binding the channels of the armpits. The spine straightened without bending, thus binding the channels of the breasts, heart, navel, and genitals. The bones of the wrists placed on the hip bones, placed on the thighs, thus binding the channels of the thighs. On the meditation seat, placing a cushion, sitting in full lotus posture, without moving, staying for a long time, thus binding the channels of the genitals, anus, knees, buttocks, thighs, big toes, and toes. Thus, by binding the main channels, the seventy-two thousand branch channels that branch out from them are also bound. By binding the winds that flow through them, the thoughts that ride on the winds are bound. If the wind and thoughts become unwavering, then bliss naturally arises. It is also said in the Tantras: 'The three high channels, the planets surpass.'
