I, black antelope, and, precious jewel, and, excellent sword, and, vajra, and, bow, and, arrow, and, shakti, and, trident, and, plow, and, mallet, and, axe, and, lasso, and, conch, and, pearl ornament, and, cloud, and, Brahma, and, Indra, and, guardian of the wheel, and, god of water, and, noble-born, and, non-ugly eye, and, giver of wealth, and, great ascetic, and, glory, and, sun, and, moon, and, fire, and, wind, and, lotus, and, swastika, and, triangle, and, virtuous teaching, and, mirror, and, yak tail whisk, and, root of durva grass, and, putoda tree, and, boy, and, girl, and, drum, and, conch shell, and, mirage, and, bracelet, and, arm ornament, and, earring, and, finger ring, and, earring with pendants, and, good flower, and, wish-fulfilling tree, and, wheel, and, lion of the arm. These are the eighty marks following the drawing. These appear on the palms and soles of the Tathagata. If the accumulation of merit belonging to the eighty marks of Manjushri's drawing is multiplied into hundreds of thousands of billions, it will become one mark of a great being on the body of the Tathagata. Likewise, it will become each of the thirty-two marks of a great being. Thus it is said. The eighty minor marks are: the meaning of the sutras; the nails are reddish like the color of copper; the color of the nails is smooth; they are high without being crooked; they are round; they are full; they are subtle by grace; the veins of the body are invisible; they are without knots; the ankles of the feet are invisible; they are equal without being long or short; they are skilled in overwhelming others, walking like a lion; they are skilled in overwhelming nagas, walking like an elephant; they appear in the sky, walking like a swan; they are skilled in leading beings, walking like a leader of a herd; they walk turning to the right in accordance with the instructions of circumambulation; they walk beautifully and pleasingly; they walk straight without wavering; they walk with fleshiness and good posture, creating a graceful appearance; they are pure and clean, like a body that has been polished.

身体的长短和粗细等不直接混杂，次第相宜；身体的烦恼寂静，清净、柔和、极度清净、相好圆满；身体的范围广大，肢体宽广美好；步伐缓慢适中；没有污垢，双眼狭长；身体年轻，肌肉丰满；身体不萎缩，肌肉丰满；身体肌肉紧致；四肢和支分清晰；远离突发污垢，观瞻极度清净；身体的比例圆润，腰部适中，恰如其分；腰部不太长，身体不弯曲；身体的比例匀称，没有高低；肚脐深陷，向右旋转；一切行为举止都悦人心意；身语意三门行为清净；身上没有痣和胎记；手如木棉般柔软；手上的纹路光彩鲜明；从远处也能清晰看见的深刻；手上的纹路长；脸不太长；脸上显现出影像的倒影，嘴唇红润如频婆果；舌头长而柔软、薄、红；声音如雷鸣般洪亮、悦耳动听；牙齿圆润、锋利、洁白、整齐、细密；鼻梁高挺；没有污垢，清净干净；眼睛宽大；睫毛浓密；黑白分明，如莲花瓣般完美；眉毛修长、柔顺、光滑、均匀；手长而丰满；耳朵匀称；听觉器官没有损坏；发际线明显，额头开阔；宽广；头部如伞盖般宽大；头发如蜂般乌黑；没有空隙，浓密；柔顺；不干燥；不蓬乱；气味芬芳；心间有吉祥图案（室利末蹉）；手掌和脚底有方形吉祥图案；其周围，手指等下方有七道向右旋转的卍字符纹装饰。这些是根据经部和论典中广泛流传的说法而描述的，否则仅仅是比喻而已。

The length and thickness of the body are not directly mixed, but are appropriate in order; the afflictions of the body are pacified, so it is pure, gentle, extremely pure, and complete with all marks; the scope of the body is vast, so the limbs are broad and beautiful; the pace is slow and even; without any stains, the eyes are narrow; the body is young and fleshy; the body is not shrunken and the flesh is full; the body's flesh is firm; the limbs and sub-limbs are distinct; free from sudden stains, the appearance is extremely pure; the body's proportions are round and the waist is moderate, so it is appropriate; the waist is not too long, so the body is not bent; the body's proportions are even, without high or low; the navel is deep and swirls to the right; all actions are pleasing to behold; body, speech, and mind are all pure in conduct; the body has no moles or birthmarks; the hands are as soft as cotton; the lines on the hands are bright and clear; the depth is clear even from a distance; the lines on the hands are long; the face is not too long; the reflection of the image appears on the face, and the lips are red like the bimba fruit; the tongue is long and soft, thin, and red; the voice is as loud as thunder, pleasant and gentle; the teeth are round, sharp, white, even, and fine; the nose is high; without leakage, it is clean and pure; the eyes are wide; the eyelashes are thick; the black and white are distinct, perfect like the petals of a lotus; the eyebrows are long, smooth, oily, and even; the hands are long and full; the ears are even; the sensory faculties are not impaired; the hairline is distinct, so the forehead is well-defined; broad; the head is broad like an umbrella; the hair is black like a bee; without gaps, it is thick; smooth; not dry; not disheveled; the scent is fragrant; at the heart is the auspicious emblem (Śrīvatsa); on the palms of the hands and soles of the feet are square auspicious patterns; around them, below the fingers and so on, are seven swastika marks swirling to the right. These are described according to the widely circulated accounts from the sutras and treatises; otherwise, they are merely metaphors.
