Because it possesses the power and qualities to completely destroy all evil views, it is pleasant and delightful. Because liberation is certain through practice, it is worthy of being heard. Because it cannot be defeated by any external attacks, it is invincible. Because it makes all beings happy, it is pleasing. Because it is the antidote to desire and other afflictions, it is gentle. Because the method of establishing precepts is easy, it is not harsh. Because it accurately teaches the method of liberation, it is not rude. Because it teaches the discipline of all three vehicles, it is perfectly disciplined. Because it is the antidote to distraction, it is pleasing to the ear. Because it generates samadhi, it calms the body. Because it generates the supreme joy of insight, it calms the mind. Because it cuts off doubt, it gladdens the heart. Because it eliminates wrong views and uncertainty, it generates joy and happiness. Because there is no regret in practice, there is no suffering at all. Because it is the basis for the perfection arising from hearing, it should be fully understood. Because it is the basis for the perfection of wisdom arising from contemplation, it should be truly known. Because the teacher teaches the Dharma without concealing anything, it is very clear. Because it makes those who have attained their own benefit very happy, it is pleasing. Because those who have not attained their own benefit should be happy, it is extremely pleasing. Because it accurately teaches the inconceivable dharmas, it is fully understood. Because it accurately teaches the inconceivable dharmas, it should be truly known. Because it does not contradict nihilism, it is logical. Because it accurately teaches how sentient beings understand, it is related. Because it does not speak meaningless words, it is free from the fault of repetition. Because it frightens all assemblies of non-Buddhists, it has the power of a lion's roar. Because the speech is vast, it has the sound of an elephant. Because it is profound, it has the sound of a dragon. Because it is worthy of being heard, it has the sound of musical instruments. Because it is very pleasant, it has the song of a Gandharva. Because it is sharp and non-dual.

Because of speaking, like the sound of the Kalaviṅka; because of resounding far, like the sound of Brahma; because it precedes all accomplishments, like the sound of the Śaṅśaṅga bird; because it is unsurpassable, it is as pleasing as the voice of Indra; because it overcomes all demons and adversaries, preceding them, like the sound of a drum; because it is free from all afflictions through praise, it is not parched; because it is not dejected by disparagement, it is not lowly; it follows all characteristics of sound, such as well-articulated speech; because it is spoken without forgetting, it is without error; because it causes the activities of those to be tamed to always abide near, it is without incompleteness; because it does not rely on gain and respect, it is not discouraged; because it is free from timidity, it is not weak; because it is unborn, it is exceedingly joyful; because it possesses expertise in all fields of knowledge, it is pervasive; because it perfectly accomplishes all the benefit of sentient beings, it is without other means; because it is without interruption, it is continuous; because it abides in various forms, it is majestic; because it abides in many forms of speech, it perfects all sounds; because the form of understanding many meanings from one abides near, it satisfies all faculties; because it acts as promised, it is not reproached; because it is well-joined at the time of attainment, it is unchangeable; because speech is slow and connected, it is not hasty; because its speech is heard equally far and near, it is universally known; because it transforms all worldly meanings into exemplary teachings, it possesses the excellence of all forms, these are the sixty-four branches of voice. Thus, the nature of the form body, the basis of the ocean-like marks and signs, how the wisdom nature of the basis abides in all aspects, is the essence of the Buddha's Dharma body, which possesses the excellence of all forms. As it is said in the sutra: "The object of the all-knowingness is without things." Thus, the Dharma body is: the nature of the indivisibility of the realm and wisdom, the wisdom-sky free from all defilements.
