are half the size of each continent, located on the left and right sides of each. In the East Continent, there are Lus and Lus 'phags chung ngu. In the South Continent, there are Rnga yab and another Rnga yab. In the West Continent, there are Gyo ldan and Lam mchog 'gro. In the North Continent, there are Sgra mi snyan and the companions of Sgra mi snyan, each relying on Mount Sumeru in front of them. The sentient beings who rely on it also rely on the ground, forming from bottom to top. Among them, there are two types: the lower realms and the higher realms. The first hell of the lower realms, the hell, is located twenty thousand yojanas downwards from below Mount Gangs ri Ti se (Mount Kailash), which is the place of the great hell, the Avīci Hell. The iron house is twenty thousand yojanas in length and width. Above that, there are Punarjīvita (Sanskrit Devanagari: पुनर्जीवित, Sanskrit Romanization: punar jīvita, Literal meaning: Revival) and so on, in order. Those who commit great sins are first born in Avīci, and then, like the cause and effect of gradually thinning karma, they are transferred to the cold hells and Nyitsewa (Sanskrit Devanagari: ཉི་ཚེ་བ་, Sanskrit Romanization: nyitsewa, Literal meaning: Short-lived) and other places. Twenty yojanas north of Punarjīvita (Sanskrit Devanagari: पुनर्जीवित, Sanskrit Romanization: punar jīvita, Literal meaning: Revival), there is the place of the blister hell, and successively the bursting of blisters and so on exist from bottom to top. Nyitsewa (Sanskrit Devanagari: ཉི་ཚེ་བ་, Sanskrit Romanization: nyitsewa, Literal meaning: Short-lived) exists in uncertain places, and the near hells, like the surroundings of the hot hells, are surrounded by the remaining four by four, sixteen types of harm. The main pretas are located five hundred yojanas below Rajagriha in this Jambudvipa, and the branches exist in uncertain places for gods and humans. Animals mainly live in the ocean, scattered throughout the desire realm. The first of the higher realms is humans, who live in the seven continents. The Rnga yab minor continent is the abode of rakshasas, and is classified as the rakshasa type of pretas. The second aspect of the higher realms is the gods, divided into the desire realm and the form realm. The first of the six desire realm heavens is the gods of the Four Great Kings, located on the four levels of Mount Sumeru, and above the sun, moon, planets, and stars, the tops of the seven golden mountains, the peaks of the surrounding mountains, and also the gods of mountains, trees, and forests, all belonging to the god race of the Four Great Kings, so there are very many types of dwellings. Among them, the first level has those holding basins in their hands, the second has those holding flower garlands, the third is always intoxicated with honey wine, and the fourth is the residence of the commanders of the armies of the Four Great Kings. All the foundations are made of gold.

Moreover, when covered with Mandarava flowers, each side of the palace is two hundred and fifty yojanas, named Eastern Dhritarashtra, Southern Virudhaka, Western Virupaksha, and Northern Vaishravana, each with their own four great generals. The eastern one is Dhritarashtra, the southern one is Virudhaka, the western one is the Naga race, and the northern one is surrounded by the Yaksha race. Wealth, enjoyment, gardens, and so on are immeasurable. Halfway up Mount Sumeru, level with the top of the Ashvattha tree, there are the cities of the gods of the sun, moon, and stars, like containers, along with gardens. The solar disc is fifty-one yojanas, and its circumference is three times that, with the base made of fire crystal, so it is very hot and radiates light. The lunar disc is fifty yojanas, and its circumference is three times that, with the base made of water crystal, so it is cool and white in color. The height of both is six and a half yojanas and one-eighteenth of a yojana, located above. The area above the sun is well surrounded by a golden fence, and the moon by a silver fence, with four kinds of jewels and other rafters, complete with merits. Within these two, there are the sun god and the moon's city, made of four kinds of jewels, filled with gods and goddesses, making them joyful. The stars are made of water crystal, and the upper part is surrounded by a golden fence, with land and good roads, along with the city of the gods. Some stars are made of gold, copper, and so on, the large ones are six kroshas, and the small ones are one krosha. Some also believe that the size is eighteen kroshas. The second is the abode of the desire gods, above Mount Sumeru, where there is no mixture of near powers, and there are thirty-three heavens, such as the assembly place of the Dharma gods, mainly with thirty-two near powers, the king of the gods and the three root deities, so it is called the Thirty-Three Heavens. There is a city of the gods called "Joyful to Behold," entirely made of gold, surrounded by a golden fence, and in the center is a magnificent palace, each side of which is two hundred and fifty yojanas, and the height is seven yojanas, and the pillars, steps, and columns inside are all jewels.
