Considering the Supreme One, the oral instructions given as the treasure of the boundless ocean of teachings, the ultimate advice to oneself and others, called "Nectar of the Heart," includes: teachings related to the thirty verses of the four-line, seven-vow song, oral instructions given to Tarna Rinpoche, Tsultrim Gyatso, Geshe Tenzin Sangpo, and Lama O-Dro; concise instructions on generation and completion stages beneficial for beginners; inspiring virtuous deeds of some faithful practitioners, teachings on abandoning and transforming the five poisons, and understanding the three knowledges, gathering the Three Roots; the fourth part is about well-spoken instructions.
