如是。如是为利有情故，发菩提心而行之，如是于诸学处亦，次第而学之。如是三次受持发心。 今日本我生有果，善得人身之有暇，今日本生佛陀种，今成佛子是为然。今我无论如何亦，当行宜于种性业，于此无垢良善族，不令染污如是行。如是。我今于诸救护前，劝请众生至善逝，及于中间安乐处，天及非天咸欢喜。如是修喜。 菩提心宝未生者，愿速生起不退转，已生不失日日增，辗转增上恒无尽。不离菩提心及行，诸佛摄受魔业离，菩萨如意利有情，怙主所愿有情得。所有众生愿得乐，一切恶趣恒空尽，安住菩萨诸方所，彼等一切愿成就。如是发愿。 其后，皈处总集上师寿天尊，以敬礼拜供养祈请，以悲智力加持吾等身，赐予不死寿及智慧悉地。如是猛力祈请多次后，如是礼拜供养祈请力，我与无边诸有情众生，于生又生获得闲暇身，加持得遇清净善知识。安住正法闻思修之彼岸，出离菩提心二从深生，于伟大佛子行持得自在，加持自他二利得成办。特别是病魔%罪障近害等，息灭修持正法诸违缘，寿命福德财富证悟智慧，以及利乐善妙增广祈加持。那

Thus. Likewise, for the benefit of sentient beings, may I generate the mind of enlightenment and practice accordingly. Likewise, in the trainings, may I train in stages. Thus, take the vow of generating the mind three times. Today, my life has fruit. I have well obtained the state of human existence. Today, I am born into the Buddha's lineage. Now I have become a Buddha's child. Now, whatever I do, I will engage in actions that are in accordance with my lineage. In this faultless and virtuous family, I will not become defiled; I will act in this way. Thus. Today, in the presence of all protectors, I invite beings to the Sugata, and to the intermediate places of happiness. May the gods and demigods and others rejoice. Thus, meditate on joy. The precious mind of enlightenment, may it arise in those who have not yet generated it. May it not diminish once it has arisen, and may it increase more and more. May I never be separated from the mind of enlightenment and its practice. May the Buddhas embrace me, and may I abandon the works of demons. May the Bodhisattvas accomplish the welfare of beings as they intend. May sentient beings obtain whatever the protectors intend. May all sentient beings have happiness. May all the lower realms be forever empty. May the aspirations of all Bodhisattvas who dwell on the grounds be fulfilled. Thus, make aspirations. Then, to the Lama, the deity of life, the embodiment of all refuges, I prostrate with reverence, make offerings, and pray. With your wisdom, love, and power, bless my being. Grant me the deathless life and the siddhis of wisdom. Thus, after praying fervently many times, by the power of such prostrations, offerings, and prayers, may I and all limitless sentient beings obtain a free and well-favored body in birth after birth. May we be blessed to meet pure spiritual friends. May we reach the other shore of abiding by the Dharma, listening, contemplating, and meditating. May renunciation and the two minds of enlightenment arise from the depths. May we gain control over the vast practices of the Bodhisattvas, and may we be blessed to accomplish the benefit of ourselves and others. In particular, may all obstacles to practicing the sacred Dharma, such as sickness, evil spirits, % sins, obscurations, and harms, be pacified. May life, merit, wealth, realization, wisdom, and the virtues of benefit and happiness increase. Na.

With external auspicious connections like pills and medicine, and the skillful means of internal yogic power, pacify all untimely deaths, and bless the increase of the joyous feast of longevity. With pure morality, be protected by all the gods, with the mind of enlightenment, subdue the power of demons and obstacles, with the view free from elaboration, may all the illusory appearances of birth and death, be liberated into the unreal illusion, bless us. May the light of compassion of the Lama and all the deities, attract the essence of the five elements of the external world and the essence of existence and peace, and infuse them into the three gates of the inner being, bless us to become the essence of the unchanging Vajra. The radiance of youth without decay, with strength and skill, subdue the opponents, the glory of the complete attainment of merit and fortune, bless the increase of the power of the ten powers. Tightly bind the knot of immortal life, firmly establish the excellent tree of indestructible life, with unhindered intelligence and swift courage, bless us to be completely victorious in all directions. Relying on the ultimate great secret swift path, may the wisdom of the three Vajras be realized, with the sacred activity of the immortal Vidyadhara, bless us to guide all beings throughout space. Furthermore, may all the holy holders of the teachings, remain steadfast for hundreds of kalpas, turn the wheel of Dharma, and may the teachings of explanation and practice spread in all ten directions, bless the increase of goodness and happiness in the three realms. The excellence of the auspicious government and the qualities of peace, the essence of the undiminishing auspicious phenomena, the wonder of the perfect attainment of immortality, may all benefit and happiness increase together. Thus, pray for the fulfillment of wishes. Third, stimulating the deity's mind through recitation: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyur puṇye jñāna puṭṭi kuru svāhā. After reciting a little, through the power of praying with single-pointed devotion, from the heart of the Lama, the wish-fulfilling jewel, rays of light emanate, the master of the family, Amitayus, and the light of the jewel on his crown, stimulate the mindstream of the noble Namgyalma, may all the compassionate actions be even more enhanced, immeasurable rays of light pervade all the realms of the ten directions, may my life force that has been cut off and diminished be restored, and may the essence of the four elements and all of samsara and nirvana, the life, merit, and prosperity,
