May the assembly of tutelary deities and their retinues be invited and absorbed. May all refuges become the essence of unity. Manjushri Kumara, with his sons, is the father of the victorious ones. To the glorious lama, the master of wisdom and compassion, I prostrate with reverence through the three doors and make supplications. I offer my body and possessions as Samantabhadra's clouds of offerings. I confess and repent the sins and downfalls accumulated in past lives. I rejoice in the ocean of Bodhisattva's conduct. I beseech you to continuously turn the wheel of Dharma. I dedicate all virtuous deeds to the essence of enlightenment. Offer the mandala, either elaborate or concise, as appropriate, and recite whatever prayers you know. If you are inclined to recite mantras, then recite: Oṃ hīddhimme dīpaṃ mañja śīmaṃ hīprajñāvaṇhani hīdhi svāhā. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning) and Oṃ āḥ guru mañjaghoṣa dhyāna kripeṇā sarva siddhi mme prayaccha hūṃ. The light of the vajra syllables from the three places of the lama, merges into your own three places, sequentially and simultaneously, purifying obscurations and obtaining empowerments and siddhis, expanding the wisdom of individual discernment. Recite and contemplate thus. May you always reside in the lotus-like bindu of the crown of my head and heart, to which I bow with devotion, reverence, and faith, pacifying all adverse conditions, both internal and external, and blessing the increase of benefit, happiness, and excellence. By this merit, may the glorious and supreme lama, inseparable from Jetsun Manjushri, be my virtuous friend in all lifetimes, and grant the auspiciousness of accomplishing both aims as desired. Conclude with dedications, aspirations, and auspicious words, and then engage in activities. This was written spontaneously by the hermit Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo in order to fulfill the request of a faithful person who urged me earnestly. May it be meaningful. ༈. The majesty of. Six arms, the right two vajras have nine and five points. The left two hold a fire and a khatam with three points. The last two wrap Mount Meru around a phurba. The wheel increases, holding an utpala skull cup filled with blood. Father and mother in union, adorned with glory and charnel ground ornaments. Four feet on top of lotus suns and great male and female deities. Enjoying in the midst of a blazing fire of wisdom. The aggregates, the supreme sons, the sections, the ten wrathful kings. The subtle parts of the body, such as the gatekeepers. Radiating clouds of the vast three roots ocean. With the rays of light marked by the three syllables in the three places. Inviting all the refuge places, becoming inseparable. The Dharmakaya Vajra is like the center of the sky. The youthful Rupakaya dances in a web of illusion. To the Lord of the Wheel, the Great Glorious Heruka. I prostrate, take refuge, and offer with real and mental offerings. I confess all misdeeds, rejoice in virtue. I generate Bodhicitta, offer my body and possessions. I dedicate all actual merit to great perfect enlightenment. Thus, I accumulate merit through the eight branches. I offer the mandala as much as I can. A body adorned with hundreds of auspicious signs. A speech skilled at raining down the Dharma of scripture and realization. Possessing the mind that sees as it is and as it appears. I bow to the feet of the glorious elephant of the direction. Born from the ocean of listening, contemplation, and meditation. Possessing a network of a thousand lights of explanation, debate, and composition. Illuminating the three realms with wisdom, love, and power. I pray to Manjushri, the sun of speech. Through the blessings of this prayer. May the feet of the upholders of the teachings be firm, may the teachings spread in the ten directions. May the wealth of the four assemblies and the ten virtues. Increase the goodness of benefit and happiness for all beings.
