忏悔所有罪过，随喜一切善根，祈请不入涅槃，请转法轮，所有功德真实之物，回向菩提之精华。我与他众有情众，所有一切，身与智慧奇妙之薄伽梵，愿速得无死怙主之果位。供养曼扎，广略随力。祈请：皈依处三宝之自性，上师无量寿佛与妙音天女，祈请无死如意轮，加持增长寿命与智慧。如是尽力念诵，并殷重祈请。念诵之法：以一心恭敬祈请之威力，上师无量寿佛与妙音天女之，心间放射光芒，遍布虚空，供养圣众，清净众生二障，轮回涅槃之精华凝聚为甘露之形态，融入无量寿佛怙主手中之宝瓶，甘露之流降下，遍布自身内部，清净非时死与罪障，寿命与光彩、力量、福德、功德增长，对于一切所知无有障碍，智慧莲花得以极度绽放。如是念诵思维，并以无量寿佛之明咒，嗡 阿玛Ra尼 孜万帝耶 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ अमरणि जिवन्तिये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amāraṇi jīvantīye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，无死，命，活），尽力为主念诵。最后，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！如是妙音天女之明咒单字，以及阿啊等十六元音。嗡 达咧 嘟达咧 嘟咧 玛玛 阿优 布涅 嘉纳 布谛 咕噜 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་པུཎཱཛཱ་ན་པུཊྚི་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे मम आयुर्पुणे ज्ञान पुष्टि कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyurpuṇye jñāna puṣṭi kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，度母，速救度母，大救度母，我的寿命、福德、智慧、增长，成办 梭哈），如是白度母长寿七眼之明咒等也随力念诵。最后如上祈请，最后于头顶之上师无量寿佛，与妙音海之自性一同，化为无死寿命与智慧甘露，从头顶融入，充满自身一切，获得灌顶与加持、成就一切。如是念诵思维，安住于无分别之状态。从彼起座时，圆满回向善根：以此善根，愿我等一切有情，为上师无死怙主所摄受，寿命福德财富闻思修慧增长，速得一切遍知之果位。以此连接，所有行为皆以与法相应之事而安住。此乃土登多吉所著。

I confess all downfalls and rejoice in all virtues. I request you not to pass into sorrow and to turn the wheel of Dharma. I dedicate all merit and real things to the essence of enlightenment. May I and all other sentient beings, all without exception, quickly attain the state of the Victorious One, the wondrous Lord of body and wisdom, the immortal protector. I offer the mandala, elaborate or concise, as appropriate. The supplication is as follows: To the essence of the refuge, the ocean of the Three Jewels, Guru Amitayus and Saraswati, I supplicate the immortal wish-fulfilling wheel. Bless me to increase life and wisdom. Recite this as much as possible and supplicate earnestly. The practice of recitation is as follows: Through the power of supplicating with one-pointed devotion, from the hearts of Guru Amitayus and the goddess of sound, rays of light radiate throughout the sky, honoring the noble ones and purifying the two obscurations of all beings. The essence of samsara and nirvana is gathered into the form of nectar, dissolving into the vase in the hands of Amitayus, the protector. The stream of nectar descends, pervading my entire body. All untimely death and sinful obscurations are purified. Life, splendor, strength, glory, and qualities increase. Through unimpeded knowledge of all that is to be known, may the lotus of wisdom fully blossom. Recite and contemplate this, and mainly recite the mantra of Amitayus: Om Amaraṇi Jīvantīye Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ अमरणि जिवन्तिये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amāraṇi jīvantīye svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Immortal, Life, Live). Finally, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)! This is the single-syllable wisdom mantra of Saraswati, and the sixteen vowels, A Ā, etc. Om Tāre Tuttāre Ture Mama Āyurpuṇye Jñāna Puṣṭi Kuru Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་པུཎཱཛཱ་ན་པུཊྚི་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे मम आयुर्पुणे ज्ञान पुष्टि कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyurpuṇye jñāna puṣṭi kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Tara, Quick Tara, Great Tara, My life, merit, wisdom, increase, accomplish Svāhā). Also recite the mantras of White Tara with seven eyes for longevity, as appropriate. Finally, supplicate as above, and finally, the Guru Amitayus on the crown of the head, together with the nature of the ocean of sound, dissolves into the nectar of immortal life and wisdom. Entering from the crown of the head, it fills my entire body. May I obtain all empowerments, blessings, and siddhis. Recite and contemplate this, and remain in a state free from elaboration. When rising from that, dedicate the root of virtue completely: By this virtue, may I and all sentient beings be cared for by the Guru, the immortal protector, and may life, merit, wealth, learning, realization, and wisdom increase. The Essence of the Guru Manjushri Father-Mother Union Yoga. Namo Manjugoshaya. For those who wish to practice the Guru Manjushri Yoga: May I and all beings until enlightenment, Prostrate and take refuge in Guru Manjushri Youth. For the benefit of sentient beings, I will meditate on the profound yoga. In the space in front of me, within a sphere of five-colored light, In the center of a cloud of various offerings, On a lotus, sun, and moon seat, The all-pervading root guru himself, Appears as the form of Manjushri Vajra, Reddish-yellow, with one face and two arms. The two hands hold a sword and a bell. His own light is Vajra Saraswati, Red, holding a lute aloft in a dancing posture, Adorned with silk and precious ornaments, In the vajra lotus posture, Residing brilliantly in bliss and emptiness. Transformed into the essence of all refuges, The wisdom body of all conquerors with their sons, I sincerely and respectfully pray to Guru Manjushri Father and Mother. I prostrate and offer with a sea of offering clouds, I confess all sins, obscurations, faults, and downfalls, I rejoice in all merits. I pray that you continuously turn the wheel of Dharma, benefiting all beings. I dedicate all virtues to the heart of enlightenment. With wondrous wisdom and compassion, May I attain mastery over the ocean of qualities, May the wisdom of Manjushri the Hero, Bless the accomplishment of the two benefits.
