To always enjoy the festivals of a hundred million perfections, I pray with utmost devotion, offering a mandala symbolizing auspicious interdependence, including: a long white auspicious scarf; a blessed image of the venerable Manjushri as the support of body; a volume of the tantra of the Magical Net of Manjushri as the support of speech; an old Kadampa stupa as the support of mind; a rosary of the All-Perfect Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel; and a hand bell with a silver handle as an auspicious object for the fame of activity. These twenty-seven auspicious and accomplished items are offered with pure intention and respectful action by the humble renunciate Dharma Lord Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, a subject of the protector. Please accept these offerings for a moment with your sacred wisdom eye, and bless me so that all the purposes for which I have prayed may be fulfilled as desired. Auspiciousness! May you live long like the spring for the teachings and beings of the three realms, and may all the virtues of benefit and happiness increase. 6 In short, like a general who destroys the armies of demons, with the complete power of the Buddha and his retinue, utterly defeat the mind and its forces, and strike the victory drum of the Buddha's teachings at the peak of existence. 7 May we also, until the essence of enlightenment, be blessed by the strength of your pure wisdom, and may the great auspiciousness of accomplishing both purposes spontaneously always increase. 8 Thus, based on the auspicious interdependence of both the spoken and the speaker being virtuous and auspicious, with the number of auspicious goddesses, we single-mindedly pray and offer an auspicious divine garment symbolizing auspiciousness.
