Such deeds are renowned and exceedingly excellent. Those individual teachings are actually all contained within this Lamrim. This was mainly taught secretly to Dromtön. Furthermore, it was given to Naktsö, passed down through Laksorwa, and the teachings on the stages of the doctrine of Drölungpa were given to Sangpuwa. From Jowo and his sons to Geshe Gönpawa and Ne'u Zurpa, and from Dromtön to Chennga Gyayülwa and other precept holders, and from Dromtön to Pötowa, and then to Sharawa and others, it was termed the 'orthodox school.' In essence, they are the same, but the difference lies only in whether or not they engage in extensive elaboration of the scriptures. Among the Lamrims composed by the Kadampas, the most famous are the 'Blue Book' and the 'Teachings on the Dharma.' The former is a collection of Pötowa's sayings compiled by Dolpo Sherab Gyatso, with a commentary by Lha Drikangpa. The latter includes: a concise version compiled by Dranpa, an extensive version compiled by Drakkarwa, and a medium-length version that is easy to understand, compiled by Chegompa. Furthermore, the latter of the three divisions of scripture, precepts, and oral instructions is the secret Dharma 'Kadampa Compendium,' given by Father Drom and his sons Khu and Ngok at the heart of Yerpa Lhari Nyingpo. Ngok Lekshé passed it on to Ngariwa Sherab Gyaltsen, who passed it on to Puchungwa, and from there to Drom Kumaramati, it was passed down in a single lineage. After that, it was released, and it became widely spread after Lochen Thukjé Pal explained it to Gendun Drub. The practice is the five recollections: Remember the Lama, the refuge. The body is the nature of a deity. Speech is continuous recitation. Think of all beings as your parents. Examine the nature of the mind as emptiness. From the arising of these five, Purify all virtues. That is it. The essence is the sixteen bindus. By practicing them, one becomes skilled in practicing from discipline to Vajrayana on a single seat, and it is said that someone with high views and detailed analysis will arise. The deities are the four: Thupa, Chenrezig, Drolma, and Miyowa. The Dharma is the three pitakas. That is the sevenfold possession. Regarding the origin of the Kagyu school: The origin of each, The form of view and meditation, A slight analysis. First, it is so called because it holds the lineage of the Buddha's transmitted precepts. If divided, there is the lineage of Marpa and the lineage of Khy

Two lineages. Because Tilopa possessed the teachings of the four transmissions, and Kyungpo possessed the transmissions of the two wisdom dakinis, it is said that way. Mahamudra has two aspects: sutra and tantra. The first is coemergent union, mainly showing renunciation and devotion. The main practice is the introduction to shamatha and vipashyana, training strength in subsequent appearances, and in mantra, establishing the essence of innate mind and abiding in it, so that the winds enter the central channel, experiencing the three: entry, abiding, and dissolution. From this, the tummo blazes and the dripping arises as the essence of the bliss of innate mind.

Therefore, by doing so, one is made capable of engaging in yoga. In particular, "the mantra that thoroughly pacifies all suffering" means pacifying the suffering of samsara and nirvana. Classification: The transmission is divided into three periods: early, later, and intermediate. The first period is the transmission from Kashmiri Jnana Guhya to Dpang Lotsawa, including the three cycles of the Shijé Lamp, and the sadhanas of Yamantaka and other deities. The intermediate period includes the three branches of Ma, So, and Kam, along with their sub-branches. The former includes the word transmission, mind generation, empty thun, scattered oral instructions, oral transmission, nasal transmission, and the final extensive transmission. The meaning transmission includes sixteen practical instructions. The latter is divided into two: word transmission and meaning transmission. The former is further divided into: forty-five great holy beings, thirty-two medium ones, and seventeen small ones. Each of these has a complete history and method of guiding disciples. The branch transmission includes thirty-two dharma seats, such as the five meaning-related dharma categories. In terms of meaning transmission, there are forty-five biased male and female yogis, thirty-two lamas, and thirty-seven Dampas, who possess so many meaning transmissions. Those that are unbiased include one set of the hidden scripture, the Eye-Opening Treatise. Its branches include teachings given at any time and for short periods, one hundred and six introductions, unobstructed purity, and the secret path of Vajrasattva, totaling five. In terms of the Dakini's symbols, there are symbols for supreme accomplishment, four-letter symbols for common accomplishment, and Jagti symbols for accomplishing both, totaling four symbols. The core essence of these is the meaning transmission of the Lion of Speech, which conforms to the tantras and dharma language; the fourth transmission that does not conform is the unknown meaning transmission; the incomplete summary; the wisdom weighing; and the four oral transmissions.
