The second is known as the Zhamar father lineage, among which the Lamdre Pangje tradition is: Se Tön's Zhamar brother Jekhungbu Zhamar Chökyi Gyalpo, he transmitted it to Se Gom Dragkyab and Zhamar Tsindra, both of whom were asked by Pangje Nyima Dragpa and Je Marjowa. The Lamdre Manglam tradition is: from Zhamar Tsindri, Manglam Jöten Senge Zangpo, also known as Jangchub Zangpo, also known as the spiritual friend of the yogi Kye'yi Dorje, he asked for it and practiced it, attained accomplishment, and also composed many texts. The third is the mixed tradition, among which the Lamdre Kagyama or Chaggan tradition is: from the disciple of Sakya Pandita, Kunchyen Puhangpa Sangye Drag, he obtained the Sakya tradition, and from Machig Zhamar, the Shangba, Manglam, Shigpo, Nyangba, and Machig's traditions, Chagganpa Wangchuk Gyaltsen asked for them and practiced them, and realizations arose, and he composed many texts. Then, Nyamme Dragpa Gyaltsen and others asked for it and it flourished. The Jonang tradition is: Künpang Kuntu Zangpo, also known as Pal Mikyö Dorje, asked Khacharwa Rinchen Ö for both the Zhamar father and mother lineages, and practiced them. Se Tön relied on the emanation Tongwa, and mixed the Zhamar, Drom, and Sakya traditions, and composed the Vajra Verses Root Commentary. Marpa Lotsawa heard from Naropa and Yeshe Nyingpo in West Kurukshetra, considering the former to be the lineage of the accomplished Kusali and the latter to be the lineage of the learned Pandit.
