He filled the vase of his heart with the nectar of blessings, and alternately practiced hearing, contemplation, and meditation. In Sakya, he relied on the lotus feet of Jamyang Ngawang Kunga Lodro, and in the Dharma school where he heard many ripening liberations of profound meaning, Jamyang Gonpo himself gazed with joyful eyes and repeatedly said, "Yogini Rongpa," prophesying that in the future he would hold the victory banner of practice. Then, Sharchen Yeshe Wangchuk went to Dokham Dege (Seda, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province) as a chaplain. During those times, he also diligently engaged in yoga with the recitation of the two stages without negligence. Later, Sharchen returned to U-Tsang. When the master arose with the intention to diligently engage in single-pointed practice, Lama Chokyi Gyaltsen, the wheel-turner of the Sakya lineage's activities, prophesied that it would be good to reside in the secluded place of Trama Gang, so he built a new hermitage. He kept meat, alcohol, meat clothing, and other sinful deeds and livelihoods far away. He was inseparable from the three Dharma robes, a single cushion, a white whisk, and other external disciplinary conduct was extremely pure. Internally, he was inseparable from the two Bodhicitta. Secretly, through the path of glorious Hevajra, he diligently practiced the four sessions of the generation and completion stages of yoga, so the experiential insights spoken of in the tantras arose in his mindstream, and he ascended to the high level of accomplishment. The local deities who protect the white side, such as Dorje Yungdrung, and other non-humans paid homage. Harmful spirits were cut off from their life force by merely scattering them from his hand. He possessed vast clairvoyance and other inconceivable qualities. The Sakya ruler, the great Dege Chogyal, invited him to be the object of veneration at the head, but he only bestowed a Dharma connection longevity empowerment and immediately went to a secluded mountain. Hearing that he was granted the words "not affected by obstacles," he was not swayed by the thoughts of the eight worldly concerns, and he did not grant empowerments to those who requested them without examining their vessels. He guided them mainly with instructions on the importance of karma and its effects, which was in accordance with the biographies of Jowo Kadampa, and he possessed activities in which all that was seen and heard was meaningful. Tarchen Dorje Chang Jampa Namkha Öser, Sharchen Shabdrung Ngawang Tenzin Gyaltsen.

In short, all the wise and accomplished beings, starting with Vajradhara Ngawang Choekyor and others of equal stature, revered him with respect. In particular, he fully imparted all the instructions to the accomplished master Ngawang Rinchen, the incomparable Palden Trinley, and the learned Khenpo Lama Sonam Gyaltsen, making them a great benefit to the teachings. He established the auspicious connection for a special practice community to arise in that secluded place in the future. When his life and practice were completed, and he showed slight signs of illness like a disturbance of the bodily winds, he gave all his last testaments in detail to his heart-son Lama Palden Trinley. Then, on the fourteenth day of the waxing phase of the intercalary month of the Ox year, at sunrise, he straightened his body, made the teaching gesture with his right hand and the meditative gesture with his left, and demonstrated absorption into the great peace of the Dharmadhatu. He remained in the state of clear light for seven days. When he passed into the Great Akanishta, the body of union, white and red bodhicitta flowed from his two nostrils. The crown of his head clearly protruded, showing the signs of the path of attaining supreme accomplishment. At that time, even though it was the height of summer, a constant drizzle fell for seven days, placing all beings in a state of joy and happiness. There were sounds like an earthquake, and a white rainbow pierced the sky from the east like a spear. According to his testament, Sharchen Zhabdrung Rinpoche cremated his body according to the wisdom of all the Buddhas, and all the flames became one mass, burning in the shape of jewels. White and clear smoke swirled like offering clouds. The sound of the fire was as melodious as a flute, and other wondrous signs appeared. The skull bone above his crown, with a cracking sound, rose into the sky. All the relics turned into a single white color. For seven days, a fragrant scent emanated from the reliquary, which was even witnessed by ordinary disciples, causing the non-believers to develop faith, and the faithful to increase their devotion, scattering flowers of praise in all directions. His heart-sons, following the deeds of the holy Lama, based themselves on pure morality, practiced the profound path with one-pointedness, and propagated the Dharma by engaging in both teaching and practice.

His activity stream became widespread. Regarding the brief biography of this lord, there is a work called "The Sacred Utterances," written by the wise Kunga Palden. Furthermore, the heart-son of this very lord, the master of siddhis Ngawang Rinchen, was born in a place called Yilung in the northern nomadic area under the dominion of the great Tibetan Derge (Dêgê, present-day Dêgê County, Sichuan), which possessed all the auspicious characteristics of the region. His father, comparable to the hero Gesar, was known as the son of the deity Gemtso Nyenpo, named Lhami Dargye, and his mother was the son of Sogmo, born on the first day of the first summer month of the Fire Monkey year (Tibetan calendar). From a young age, he awakened with a deep interest in Dharma. At the age of fifteen, he went to Lhagyal Sangsi Sungyi Legyungdu, a Nyor tradition monastery in that area. He attended upon the incomparable Dharma Lord Lama Rinpoche, diligently studying. At the age of twenty-five, he went to Ü-Tsang. At Ngor Ewam Chöden Monastery, he received the kindness of the three vows from the great scholar and siddha Ngawang Damchö, and from then on cherished the precepts. He also practiced the unceasing yoga of the path of glorious Hevajra. In addition, he received various Dharma connections from the holy ones of Sakya and Ngor. Upon returning, he intended to immediately strive for profound practice in a secluded mountain retreat, but temporarily served the Dharma Lord Lama, and later, due to his father's authority, he had to go to Lhundrup Teng Monastery. Soon after, in the secluded place of Trama Gang, he served the feet of the great siddha Kunga Lodan with the three kinds of pleasing actions. He mastered both the beautiful ornaments of the commentary on the oral instructions, the collection of explanations, written by Jampelyang Könchok Lhundrup, and listened to many teachings on maturation and liberation, including detailed explanations. In addition, he received various empowerments, instructions, and oral teachings from Tar Tze Dorje Chang Jampa Namkha Öchi Mey, and the powerful Ngawang Chöjor, among others. Primarily in that secluded place, he initially relied on a simple tent, and later resided in the Tse Do retreat room. He long abstained from sinful foods and wrong livelihoods such as meat, alcohol, and meat clothing. He remained in the extremely pure conduct of subduing the base, mainly practicing the profound yoga of the path of glorious Hevajra.
