་སྦྱངས་དང་ལྡན་པའི་འཚོ་བྱེད་མཁས་པ་ཞིག་ལ་འབུལ་ན། གཞན་ཕན་ག་བུར་དོགས་པས་སྙིང་བརླན་ཞིང་། །རྣམ་དཔྱོད་མེ་ཏོག་དགོད་ལ་མ་རྨོངས་པས། །གྲངས་མེད་འགྲོ་བའི་དབུགས་ཆེན་འབྱིན་པ་ལ། །སྔོན་མེད་དཔལ་གྱི་དུམ་བུ་སར་པའི་དྲུང་། །ཤིན་ཏུ་གདུང་བའི་རྣམ་འགྱུར་གྱིས་ཉེན་པར། །དག་བྱེད་བདུད་རྩི་འབབས་པའི་སྤྲིན་སྔོན་ཁྱོད། །མཐོང་བའི་ མོད་ནས་དགའ་བས་བྲེལ་བའི་བུ། །མགྲིན་སྔོན་མགྲིན་པ་བཏེགས་ནས་མཆིད་འདི་གསོལ། །དུག་གསུམ་བུད་ཤིང་འབར་བ་ལས་མཆེད་པའི། །མི་ཟད་ཟུག་རྔུའི་མེ་ལྕེ་གཡོ་བའི་དབལ། །གསོ་བྱེད་ཐབས་ཚུལ་དུ་མའི་ཆུ་གཏེར་གྱིས། །རྣམ་པར་སྨད་པའི་དྲིན་དེ་སུ་ཡིས་གཟོ། །དེ་ཕྱིར་གཞུང་མང་ཨུཏྤལ་ཆུན་པོ་ནི། །རྣ་བའི་རྒྱན་དུ་མཛེས་པ་མ་རྙིངས་བཞིན། །འཚོ་གཞེས་བརྟན་པའི་སྤྲིང་ཡིག་ཐོས་ཙམ་གྱི། །བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་དགའ་བ་བསྐྱེད་དེ་རྒྱུ་ཡི་མཐུ། །འདི་ན་བསྔགས་འོས་ཡོན་ཏན་ནོར་བུ་ཡིས། ཁྱད་པར་བྱས་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་མེད་མོད་ཀྱི། །མཆོག་གསུམ་བཀའ་དྲིན་གྲིབ་མར་རྟེན་འཆའ་ལས། །གཅིག་ཏུ་འཚོ་བའི་འདུ་བྱེད་ཉམས་མ་གྱུར། །སླད་མའི་ཆར་ཡང་མགོན་མེད་ཉམ་ཐག་འགྲོར། །ཕན་པར་བྱེད་པ་གཞན་འགའ་ཡོད་མིན་ཕྱིར། །ས་ལ་འཆི་མེད་དྲང་སྲོང་གཉིས་པ་ཁྱོད། །ཡུན་དུ་བརྟན་པའི་ཐབས་ཚུལ་ལྷུར་ལེན་མཛོད། །ཞུ་མཆིད་སྙན་ཚིག་མེ་ཏོག་དོ་ཤལ་གྱིས། །རྣམ་པར་སྒེག་པའི་འཁྲི་ཤིང་གསར་པ་ནི། །རྟེན་གྱི་ལོ་འདབ་གཡོ་བའི་དཔྱིད་དང་བཅས། །འདུ་ཤེས་གསུམ་གྱི་བྲན་དུ་གྱུར་དེས་ཕུལ། །ཡང་ན། དཔལ་ལྡན་གསོ་རིག་ཚངས་དབང་རལ་པ་ལས། །ལེགས་པར་འབབས་པའི་གཞུང་བཟང་གངྒཱའི་གཏེར། །རྣམ་དཔྱོད་འཛིན་མའི་ལྟོ་བར་བཟུང་མཁས་པས། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་ཉེས་གསུམ་དྲི་ མ་སེལ་དེའི་དྲུང་། །གང་གི་གཞན་ཕན་མེ་ཏོག་དགོད་པ་ལས། །ཉེ་བར་འོང་བའི་གཏམ་གྱི་སྦྲང་རྩི་ཡིས། །ཀུན་རྨོངས་རཡིག་གཉིས་པ་བདག་ཅག་ཀྱང་། །ཡི་རངས་ལང་ཚོ་རྒྱས་པས་མཆིད་འདི་གསོལ། །དམན་ལྷག་ལོག་པའི་ཞགས་པ་རིང་བཅད་པའི། །ངོ་མཚར་འཆི་གསོས་ལམ་མཆོག་གྲུབ་པའི་གཟིས། །རྣམ་འགྱུར་གདུང་བ་སེལ་བའི་དགའ་སྟོན་ཁྱོད། །འཚོ་གཞེས་བརྟན་པས་ཡིད་ལ་སྤྲོ་དགའ་བྱིན། །འདི་ན་རིགས་གཟུགས་ཐོས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱིས། །རིང་དུ་སྤངས་པའི་གྱི་ནར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡང་། །བསླུ་མེད་སྐྱབས་གནས་གསུམ་གྱི་བཀའ་དྲིན་གྱིས། །ཉེར་འཚེའི་འདུ་བྱེད་སྐབས་བཙལ་བྲལ་བཞིན་བདོག །སླད་མར་ཚེ་རིག་བྱེ་བའི་ཆུ་བ་ཡིས། །རྣམ་པར་བསྲུངས་པའི་སྡེ་བཞིའི་པདྨོ་ནི། །འཛུམ་བཅས་རོལ་པའི་ཚུལ་འདི་དུས་རིང་མོར། །འཚོ་བའི་ཐབས་ཚུལ་ལྷོད་པ་མེད་པར་ཞུ། །དེ་སྐད་མཆེད་འོས་དཔྱིད་ཀྱི་ཀོ་ཀི་ལ། །སྙན་ཚིག་མགྲིན་པའི་གླིང་བུ་འཁྲོལ་བ་དང་། །རྟེན་གྱི་སྐྱེད་བྱེད་ཕན་ཚུན་གཡོ་བཞིན་ཏུ། །དོན་གཉིས་དགའ་བའི་ཚལ་དེར་དེངས་ལ་ཕྱོགས། །ཡང་ན། །གཞན་ལ་ཕན་འདོད་ཆུ་གཏེར་ལས། །ལེགས་འོང་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཟླ་བ་གསར། །འཆི་གསོས་བདུད་རྩིའི་སྤྲིན་སྤྲོ་བས། །ཀུན་དགའི་དགའ་སྟོན་སྦྱིན་དེའི་དྲུང་། །གང་གི་རྣམ་ཐར་དྲི་མེད་གཏམ། །འདི་ན་ཡང་ཡང་ཐོས་པ་ལས། །སྤྲོ་དགའི་མགྲིན་ པ་མཐོར་བཏེགས་ཏེ། །རྐང་པར་བཅད་ནས་ཞུ་བའི་མཆིད། །མི་ན་གནས་དང་རྣམ་འགྱུར་ཚོགས། །གསོ་བའི་ཐབས་ཚུལ་མ་རྨོངས་གང་། །ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་འཇོ་སྒེག་བཅས། །འཚོ་གཞེས་ཆོ་ག་གསལ་ལགས་གྲང་། །གཟོད་ནས་རྣམ་པར་དཀར་བ་ཡི། །རྒྱུ་འབྲས་སྤངས་པའི་དམན་བདག་ཀྱང་། །འདུ་ཤེས་གསུམ་གྱི་དམ་འོག་ཏུ། །འདའ་བར་མ་ནུས་བཞིན་དུ་མཆིས། །སླད་མར་ཕན་བདེའི་གཏེར་གྱུར་བའི། །གཟུགས་སྐུའི་ལྗོན་བཟང་མ་ཉམས་བཞིན། །འགྲོ་སྲོག་དུས་མིན་འཆི་བ་ཡིས། །རྣམ་པར་ཉེན་ལས་སྐྱོབ་པར་མཛོད། །དེ་སྐད་ཞུ་མཆིད་ཨུཏྤ་ལ། །རྟེན་དངོས་ཚོན་ཆགས་བཀྲ་བཞིན་དུ། །དྭང་བའི་ཡིད་ཀྱི་བློ་མཚོ་ནས། །མངོན་པར་ཐོན་པ་དགེ་གྱུར་ཅིག ༈ །རང་བཞིན་རྐྱེན་དང་རྣམ་འགྱུར་གྱི་གཞུང་ལུགས་དཔྱིས་ཕྱིན་པར་སྟོན་པའི་ལེགས་པར་སྦྱར་བའི་བསྟན་བཅོས་ལ་རྨོངས་པ་མེད་པའི་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཅན་སྒྲ་རིག་འཛིན་པའི་དབང་པོ་ཞིག་ལ་འབུལ་ན། །མཐའ་ཡས་སྨྲ་བའི་སྒོ་འཕར་རབ་དབྱེ་བས། །ལུང་དུ་སྟོན་པའི་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་སྲིད་རྩེའི་བར། ཁྱབ་མཛད་ས་ཡི་ཕུར་བུ་གཉིས་པ་ཞེས། །མཁས་ཀུན་དགའ་བས་སྒྲོགས་དེའི་མདུན་ས་རུ། །མིང་ཚིག་ཡི་གེའི་རིག་བྱེད་ངོ་མཚར་བའི། །རྣམ་དཔྱོད་མ་ཉམས་བཀྲ་བའི་བསིལ་ཟེར་ཅན། །གང་གི་གྲགས་དཀར་བདུད་རྩིའི་སྤུན་ཟླ་ལ། །ཡིད་རབ་ དྭང་བས་ཞུ་བའི་མཆིད་འདི་ཕུལ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱིངས་ཀྱི་གུར་གུམ་གཞོན་ནུའི་རྒྱུ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ཉིན་བྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཕྱེ་ཚེ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་མིང་དང་ཚིག་གི་མཚར་སྡུག་ཅན། །སྣ་ཚོགས་བཞད་པའི་བྱེད་པོ་ཁྱོད་ལས་སུ། །དེ་སླད་དྲི་མེད་ལེགས་པར་སྦྱར་བའི་གཏམ། །རྐང་བཞིའི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པའི་གཞུང་ལུགས་ལ། །མི་བྱེད་འདྲེས་པའི་དགེ་མཚན་སར་པ་ཡིས། །འདི་ན་གནས་པའི་ཡིད་ཀྱང་ངལ་འཚོར་གྱུར། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པའི་ཞགས་པས་དམ་བཅིངས་པའི། །ངང་ཚུལ་འདི་ལས་འདའ་བར་མ་ནུས

献给一位学识渊博、精通医术的智者： 因疑其利他如樟脑般易逝，故内心湿润； 因未迷于智慧之花绽放， 故能为无数众生提供生命之息； 于前所未有之荣耀化身面前， 以极度渴望之情靠近， 您是降下净化甘露的青云。 一见您， 便欣喜若狂的孩子， 抬起喉咙，献上这番话语： 从三毒之柴燃烧中产生的， 无尽痛苦的火焰摇曳的酷热， 以多种疗愈方法的甘露之海， 您那无与伦比的恩情，谁能报答？ 因此，愿众多经论的青莲花束， 如耳饰般美丽而不衰老。 仅听到您安康常驻的书信， 便生起百倍喜悦，这是因果的力量。 此处虽无值得赞美的功德宝珠， 但依靠三宝的恩德庇荫， 一心一意的行为未曾衰退。 未来，也定能利益无依无靠的困苦众生， 因为没有其他人能做到。 您是世间第二位不死仙人， 请务必采取长久安住的方法。 以恳切之言、优美诗句、鲜花花环， 庄严装饰的新生藤蔓， 伴随着摇曳树叶的春天， 作为三信的奴仆，我献上此礼。 又或者说， 从吉祥医学梵天发髻中， 流淌而下的优秀论典恒河之宝藏， 被智慧大地所承载，智者您能消除 一切众生的三毒污垢。 从您那利他之花绽放中， 所带来的话语甘露， 使我们这些愚昧无知的后辈， 也因喜悦而青春焕发，故献上此言。 斩断低劣、过分、邪恶之绳索的， 奇妙的起死回生之无上道已成就的您， 是消除痛苦、带来喜悦的盛宴， 您的安康常驻，能给内心带来快乐。 此处，以种姓、相貌、博学的功德， 早已远离的妓女行径， 也因不虚妄的三宝的恩德， 如避免伺机作祟的近害一般。 未来，以生命智慧百川之水， 守护四众莲花。

To a learned and skilled physician: Because of the fear that altruism is as fleeting as camphor, the heart is moistened; Because not deluded by the blooming of the flower of wisdom, He is able to provide the great breath of life to countless beings; Before the embodiment of unprecedented glory, Approaching with an expression of extreme longing, You are the blue cloud that pours down the purifying nectar. Upon seeing you, A child hurried with joy, Raising his throat, offers these words: From the burning of the firewood of the three poisons, The scorching heat of the flickering flames of endless suffering, With the ocean of various healing methods, Who can repay your unparalleled kindness? Therefore, may the clusters of blue lotuses of numerous scriptures, Be as beautiful as earrings and not fade. Just hearing the letter of your lasting well-being, Generates hundreds of joys, this is the power of cause and effect. Here, although there is no praiseworthy jewel of merit, But relying on the shade of the kindness of the Three Jewels, The actions of wholeheartedness have not declined. In the future, it will surely benefit the helpless and destitute beings, Because there is no one else who can do it. You are the second immortal sage on earth, Please be sure to take measures for lasting stability. With sincere words, beautiful verses, and garlands of flowers, The newly adorned creeper, Accompanied by the spring of swaying leaves, As a servant of the three faiths, I offer this gift. Or rather, From the auspicious medical Brahma's matted hair, The treasure of the excellent scriptural Ganges flowing down, Carried by the wisdom earth, the wise one, you can eliminate The defilements of the three poisons of all beings. From the blooming of your flower of altruism, The nectar of words that comes near, Even we ignorant descendants, Are rejuvenated by joy, so we offer these words. Cutting off the ropes of inferiority, excess, and falsehood, The wonderful path of resurrection has been accomplished by you, You are the feast of eliminating suffering and bringing joy, Your lasting well-being brings joy to the heart. Here, with the merits of lineage, appearance, and learning, The behavior of prostitutes, long abandoned, Also due to the unfailing kindness of the Three Jewels, Like avoiding the near harm that seeks opportunities to cause trouble. In the future, with the water of a hundred rivers of life wisdom, Protecting the lotus of the four assemblies.

哦尼！ 带着微笑嬉戏的姿态，长久以来， 不懈地寻求生存之道，我祈请。 如是宣说的应时春鸠鸟， 以美妙词句拨动喉咙的笛子， 依凭的生起之源互相摇曳， 趋向那二利喜悦的园林。 又或者， 从利他的水藏中， 涌出善妙的新月般的智慧， 散布起死回生的甘露之云， 在那赐予众人欢乐盛宴者前。 无论何人，其无垢的传记， 在此屡屡听闻之后， 高扬起欢喜的喉咙， 截成段落而呈上的祈请。 对于人间的处所和各种姿态， 以及疗愈之道的精通者， 具备八支的优雅， 生活仪轨清晰明了。 向来清净无染， 舍弃因果的卑微我者， 也在三种认识的誓言下， 无法逾越而存在。 愿未来成为利乐之源的， 妙好色身的树木不衰败， 救护众生生命免于非时之死。 如是祈请，如莲花， 如同依凭之物染上色彩般鲜艳， 从清净意念的智慧海中， 显现出来，愿吉祥！ 向精通展示自性、因缘和变化规律的梵文论典，且无有蒙昧的智者、声明学自在者敬献： 无限开启言说的门户， 将教证之音声传遍有顶， 如同遍布大地的第二根支柱， 在贤哲们欢喜赞颂的您面前。 以名、词、字母的奇妙知识， 以及智慧不衰、光芒四射的清凉光芒， 向您那名声洁白如甘露的兄弟， 献上我以极其纯净的心意所作的祈请。 各种花蕊的幼嫩藏红花， 在各种因缘的催动下，被太阳所绽放时， 具有各种名称和词语的美妙， 能令百花盛开者，除了您还有谁呢？ 因此，对于无垢的梵语， 以及四句组成的论典， 掺杂非为者的功德， 使居住于此的心灵也感到疲惫。 被极度愚昧的绳索紧紧束缚， 无法从中解脱出来。

Oṃ! With a smiling, playful demeanor, for a long time, I earnestly request the means of livelihood without slackening. Like the cuckoo of spring, appropriately proclaiming, And playing the flute of melodious words with the throat, As the sources of support sway back and forth, Turn towards that garden of twofold benefit and joy. Or else, From the ocean of wishing to benefit others, A new moon-like wisdom of excellence arises. By spreading the clouds of life-restoring nectar, Before the one who bestows a festival of joy for all. Whose immaculate biography, From hearing it again and again here, Raising high the throat of joy, I present this supplication in verses. To the one who is not ignorant of the places and various postures of humans, And the methods of healing, Endowed with the grace of the eight limbs, The rituals of living are clear and distinct. Even I, who am utterly pure from the beginning, And a humble self who has abandoned cause and effect, Am under the vow of the three recognitions, And exist unable to transcend it. May the beautiful tree of the form body, Which will become a treasure of benefit and happiness in the future, not decline, And protect the lives of beings from untimely death. This supplication, like a lotus, As radiant as a support adorned with colors, May it arise from the wisdom sea of a pure mind, and be auspicious! To the learned one who thoroughly demonstrates the principles of nature, conditions, and transformations, and who is a master of grammar, free from ignorance of Sanskrit treatises, I offer this: By widely opening the gateways of limitless speech, Spreading the sound of scripture to the peak of existence, Like the second pillar spreading across the earth, Before you, whom all the wise joyfully proclaim. With the wondrous knowledge of names, words, and letters, And the undiminished wisdom, the radiant cool rays, To your brother, whose fame is as white as nectar, I offer this supplication with an utterly pure mind. When the tender saffron of various flowers, Is opened by the sun through various conditions, Who other than you is the maker of the blossoming, With the beauty of various names and words? Therefore, regarding the immaculate Sanskrit, And the treatises composed of four-line verses, The merit of mixing non-doers, Causes even the mind dwelling here to feel weary. Bound tightly by the noose of extreme ignorance, I am unable to escape from this state.
