Through effort, merely adopting and abandoning can make oneself a victor, etc., acting according to the teachings in the scriptures. By doing so, one can temporarily obtain happiness, wealth, glory, and praiseworthy status in this life, and ultimately, through taking rebirth in the bodies of gods and humans, attain the supreme Bodhi, dear friend! Like this. Similarly, if one is willing to give encouraging words in accordance with the Dharma to those who have Dharma habits or are suitable to be guided by methods, then at the appropriate time, one should speak like this: Again, from the great clouds of the ocean of the Tripitaka, with the essence of the cool nectar of good fortune, giving the coolness of unsurpassed liberation, I offer this meaningful gift of good words. Transferred from the seeds of various good deeds, the excellent tree of leisure and endowment, possessing the flowers of ten perfections. Such (a human body) is difficult to find in endless cycles, so please hasten to bloom the meaningful lotus stamens. All phenomena, internal and external, stable and moving, in order to seal with the four seals, even for a moment there is no permanence, so please untie the ropes of laziness and idleness far away. From the seeds of black and white unshakeable karma, the fruits of happiness, suffering, and neutrality will not deceive, so in all circumstances, effort in adopting and abandoning good and evil is the essence of all desires. That is to say, for the suffering of the three lower realms, because of fear, abandoning their causes, and seeking the status of gods and humans in the next life, this is the path of the lesser being who seeks higher rebirth. Seeing all places of samsara as a pit of fire, seeking only one's own peace, striving to cultivate strong renunciation, this is the path of the intermediate being who seeks liberation. In particular, bearing the burden of saving all beings who have nurtured oneself with kindness in all lifetimes, striving in the conduct of a Bodhisattva, this is the path of the great being who seeks omniscience. Therefore, through cultivating the ways of the future life, relying on harmonious places and virtuous friends, grasping the four great wheels of oneself doing good, making aspirations, and accumulating merit. Relying on it, the white umbrella called the Three Jewels, which never deceives, as the supreme refuge of the three times, past, present, and future, after approaching, for the place of adopting, abandoning, and training

Strive with diligence! Moistened by the moonlight of the four immeasurables, The elegance of the six perfections blooms like white lotuses, By that power, O Kesarah (Sanskrit Devanagari: केसर, Sanskrit Romanization: kesara, Chinese literal meaning: stamen) of the ten bhumis and five paths! Please wholeheartedly embrace the state of flourishing for a long time. Furthermore, with a virtuous mind that delights in giving, Without expecting returns or ripening results, In the garden of giving Dharma, wealth, and fearlessness, May you fully bring comfort to limitless sentient beings. Completely purify all the muddy mire of misconduct through the three doors, By gathering all virtuous Dharmas, Skillfully bestowing the coolness of benefit and happiness upon others, Thoroughly moisten the heart with the water of stainless discipline. Even if others perform actions that harm me, May the power of the mind never be disturbed, Enduring hardship for the sake of Dharma, Not fearing the profound meaning, donning armor. Led by the excellent superior intention, Without relying on weariness for the sake of sentient beings, The diligence that delights in the practice of enlightenment, Is undoubtedly the sole source of all qualities. Through familiarizing oneself with the meditation of uniting calm and insight, Body and mind become supple, resting in ease, By the power of gradually perfecting wondrous qualities, One is fit to liberate others through clairvoyance. With the mountain king of stainless hearing, contemplation, and meditation, As the treasure of the water of profound and vast Dharma Principles. Relying on the sun of prajnaparamita, which cuts off the darkness of extreme views of samsara, In short, at the time of the path, represented by the two accumulations, Without clinging to anything well-practiced as real, In equipoise, abiding in emptiness that is pure like space, In post-meditation, practicing in the manner of illusion. Ultimately, dedicating all the white virtuous deeds accumulated, As the cause for supreme enlightenment, Just as a drop of water flows and merges into the ocean, Merit increases limitlessly and never diminishes. Thus, in the four stages of accumulation, preparation, seeing, and meditation, From the gradually perfected qualities of learning, According to the different faculties of the three countless eons, etc., May one attain non-abiding nirvana! Representing the order of aggregates, elements, sources, faculties, mind, and consciousness, may one skillfully benefit beings by unerringly adopting and abandoning the two systems. At the beginning of any of these, if you wish to add a verse of auspicious wishes, it is as follows: Om Svasti Praja Bhu (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་པྲ་ཛ་བྷུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वस्ति प्रज भु, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svasti praja bhu, Chinese literal meaning: Om, auspicious, born, have)!
