On top of the Five-Seed Saffron Pill, adding the Bile-Clearing Nectar Three Combination is definitely effective for phlegm-bile with a strong cold tendency. On top of the Great Twenty-Five Decoction, if you want a quick effect, to two parts of the Great Twenty-Five Decoction, add one part of a mixture of Mercury, Pearl, Alkali Soil, and Water Roots, which is effective for purpura-type diseases, but ultimately it is not good if purgation is not administered, so judge according to the situation. ༈ The Nectar Three Combination and the Thirteen Saffron, as well as the Peaceful, Increasing, Powerful, and Wrathful Six Dharmas' wheel arrangement are explained separately. The method of administering the Sixteen Nutmeg is also explained in the "Writing Treasure" text. For weakened stomach fire and indigestion, use the Five-Seed Saffron Pill with added Saffron. For abscesses, use Gurtig. For drying excess fluid in the skin and flesh, use Uusu and a decoction of Prunus tomentosa as an offering, which is a secret instruction. Also, equal parts of Leonurus cardiaca and Callicarpa macrophylla, with a decoction to turn hot edema into cold edema, is effective. ༈ The Tikta of the Eighteen Sandalwood is: for headaches, use Iron Tikta, and if there is too much bile, use Copper Tikta. It seems that for types combined with worms, add Vidanga. ༈ For any kind of poison and livestock disease, adding a mixed saffron on top of the Peaceful Six is effective and proven by experience. ༈ Oral instructions for the Horse Zi Pill: For short pain, use Gugul. For coughing, use Gangtok. For throat blockage, use Spangtsi. For drowsiness, use Bitsi. For diarrhea, offer with Huanglian decoction. In general, methods such as converting ash are explained in detail elsewhere. ༈ For simple bile fever, the Eight Tikta is good. For that and liver-related diseases, the Supreme Seven Saffron is best. If the tears are yellow, it is cold bile, so use the Five Gold. For phlegm-bile, alternate with the Nectar Three Combination. For consumption, avoid bloodletting and laxatives, and use equal parts of Three Fruits with Camphor Tikta. Berberis, Uusu, Vidanga, White Turmeric, Cinnamon, Long Pepper. Grind finely, add brown sugar, and administer with alcohol. Bile fever ultimately leads to a heavy and tired body.
