Like the lotus, with eight petals and stamens, I offer it in a peaceful and spacious manner. Please reside here comfortably. With the lotus (Tibetan: པདྨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: कमला, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kamala, literal meaning: lotus) as a seat. From Om Vajra Andham (Tibetan: ཨོ་བཛྲ་ཨནྡྷཾ་) to Shapta Pratichchha Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཤཔྟ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་), offer the near-use offerings. Seventh, with their respective hand gestures, Om Vajra Ankusha Jah (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨངྐུ་ཤ་ཛ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र अङ्कुश जः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ vajra aṅkuśa jaḥ, literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Hook, Born) summon the body of the vow-object to the crown of the head. Om Vajra Pasha Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཤ་ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र पाश हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ vajra pāśa hūṃ, literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Noose, Hum) cause it to enter the body. Om Vajra Spota Tham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྤོ་ཊ་ཐཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र स्फोट ठं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ vajra sphoṭa ṭhaṃ, literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Lock, Tham) bind it inseparably. Eighth, place their respective hand gestures on the three places of the body. On the forehead of the body to be based upon, from Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ) arises a white eight-spoked wheel, marked with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ); on the throat, from Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱ) arises a red eight-petaled lotus, marked with Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱ); on the heart, from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ) arises a blue five-pronged vajra, marked with Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ), thus sealing it. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ)! The totality of the glorious Buddhas, the indestructible three bodies of the Vajra, today, in the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas, I seal it. Touch the three places with the hand gesture of the five-pronged vajra, Om Sarva Tathagata Maha Kaya Vajra Svabhava Atmako'ham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ཡ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོཉཧཾ།, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ sarva tathāgata mahā kāya vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ, literal meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, great body, vajra, self-nature, I). Om Sarva Tathagata Maha Vaka Vajra Svabhava Atmako'ham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་མ་ཧཱ་ཝཱ་ཀ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོཉཧཾ།, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ sarva tathāgata mahā vāka vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ, literal meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, great speech, vajra, self-nature, I). O Sarva Tathagata Maha Citta Vajra Svabhava Atmako'ham (Tibetan: ཨོ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་མ་ཧཱ་ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོཉཧཾ།, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ sarva tathāgata mahā citta vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ, literal meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, great mind, vajra, self-nature, I). Ninth, again, from the seed syllable in one's heart, rays of light emanate, and with the initiation deity possessing the three seats in the sky in front, Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛ༔, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vajra samājaḥ, literal meaning: Vajra, Assembly). From Om Sarva Tathagata Arghyam (Tibetan: ཨོ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨརྒྱུ་ནས།) to Sharda Pratichchha Svaha (Tibetan: ཤརྡ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱའི་བར་), offer the offerings. Praise with the Dharmakaya, space, and so on. To the Buddha who holds the Vajra, for the sake of saving beings, initiate, how the source of qualities is bestowed, thus I pray that it be bestowed upon this. Having prayed thus, the Tathagatas conceive the intention of initiation, the Buddhas initiate with the water of the vase, the Bodhisattvas sing auspicious songs, the goddesses raise umbrellas and banners, and rain down a rain of offering substances, the wrathful ones perform the work of dispelling obstacles, and thus manifest initiation into the position of regent. The auspiciousness that dwells in the hearts of all sentient beings, the self-nature of all, the supreme lord of all lineages, accomplishing all sentient beings without exception, is great bliss, that is today your supreme initiation.

May there be auspiciousness! Holding the auspicious vase, just as at the moment of your birth, like all the Tathagatas were bathed, with the pure water of the gods, so too, I bestow empowerment. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhishincatu Mam. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཏུ་མཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत अभिषिञ्चतु मम, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣiñcatu mam, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, please empower me.) Thus empowered, the body is filled, impurities are cleansed, and the waves of water remain stable on the crown of the head, adorned with the crown of the lords of their respective families. The essence of all family empowerments, holding the crown or mudra, the great empowerment vajra, revered by the three realms, the three secrets of all Buddhas, originating from the place, is bestowed. Om Hum Hum Hum Ah Ratna Mukuta Abhishinca Mi. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃཨཱརཏྣ་མུ་ཀུ་ཊ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ हूँ हूँ हूँ आ रत्न मुकुट अभिषिञ्च मी, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ ā ratna mukuṭa abhiṣiñca mī, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Hum Hum Hum Ah, Jewel Crown, please empower me.) O To, meaning the vajra command. Om Vajra Tu Ho. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཏུ་ཧོ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र तु हो, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra tu ho, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, satisfaction.) Please with folded hands. Tenth: Om Hum Hum Hum Ah, etc., starting from the blessing of offerings, offering like the garland of offerings of the sixteen Vajra Goddesses, accompanied by the sound of the bell. The Dharmakaya is inseparable like the sky, yet the Rupakaya is distinct like the rainbow. Having attained mastery over the supreme method and wisdom, I prostrate and praise the five Sugatas. The inexpressible wisdom, the unmoving Dharmakaya, etc., recite one verse. These inexhaustible oceans of praise, with the limbs of melodious sound, the sounds of the ocean, extolling the virtues of all the Victorious Ones, I praise all the Sugatas. Thus praise. Eleventh: In a silver vessel, place melted butter, honey, sugar, and Nirmaala, etc., eye medicine, taken with a golden needle, or if not available, open the eyes in the manner of the vajra. Just as an ophthalmologist removes the cataracts of the world with a golden needle, in order to enable beings to see, respectfully open the supreme eye of wisdom. Om Caklu Caksha Samanta Caka Vishodhani Svaha. Three times. Twelfth: The master, with the vajra and folded hands, touches the object of support or the image appearing in the mirror, symbolizing with the sound of the cymbal, recites the mantra of each deity of the object of support, or generally recites the hundred-syllable mantra of Vajrasattva, the lord of all families, and Om Ah Hum Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हूँ स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Svaha.) Three times, completing the deities represented by the families.
