ང་སློབ་དཔོན་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་གཟུངས་ཚར་ལྔ་ཙམ་བཟླས་ལ། ཚེ་མདའི་སྟོང་ནས་མདེའུ་བར་ལ་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་ཕུ་བཏབ། ཚེ་གཟུངས་འདོན་བཞིན་པས་སློབ་མ་ལའང་དེ་བཞིན་བྱེད་དུ་བཅུག །དེ་ནས་སློབ་མ་རྣམས་རིམ་བཞིན་སྨྱུག་མའི་རྩ་བ་ནས་ལྟོང་གི་བར་ལ་ལག་པའི་མཐོ་འདེབས་ལ་སོ་སོའི་མཐོ་ཚད་ཇི་ཙམ་བྱུང་བ་དེ་དོན་ལ་འཛིན་དུ་བཅུག །དེ་ནས་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་མདའ་དར་བཟུང་ལ་གཡོབ་བཞིན་པ་དང་ བཅས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །ཤར་ཕྱོགས་དྲི་ཟའི་ལག་ནས་ཞེས་པ་ནས་ལས་ཀུན་འགྲུབ་པའི་ཚེ་ཁུག་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའི་བར་གོང་བཞིན་བརྗོད་ལ་ཚེ་ཁུག་ཅིག་ཅེས་པའི་ཚེ་མདའ་དར་གཡོབ། དེ་ནས་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་སྔགས་དེ་ཅི་རིགས་བཟླས་རྗེས་ཆེ་མདའ་ལ་སྔགས་ཆུ་རྡེག་ཅིང་། དེ་ནས་སློབ་མ་རྣམས་ལ། སྔ་མ་བཞིན་མདའ་ལ་མཐོ་ཚད་གཞལ་དུ་བཅུག་ལ། །སོར་གཅིག་དང་གཉིས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཆད་ན་ཅུང་ཟད་ངན་པ་ཡིན་པས་ཚེ་དབང་ཞུ་བ། ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་བྱ་བ། གསོད་པར་ངེས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་ཚེ་སྐྱབས་པ་སཱཙྪ་གདབ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཚེ་འཕེལ་བའི་ཐབས་ལ་འབད་པར་བྱའོ། །སོར་གཅིག་དང་གཉིས་ལ་སོགས་པ་འཕེལ་ན་མདའ་འཕེལ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ཚེ་འཕེལ་བ་ཡིན་པས་བཟང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་བརྗོད། དེ་ནས་དབང་གི་དངོས་གཞི་ལ་ཐོག་མར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་ལན་གསུམ་གྱི་བར་དུ་མཛད་པར་ཞུ། འཇའ་ལུས་བུམ་པའི་སོགས་ནས། རྩལ་དབང་བསྐུར་དུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་ནས། ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་རིགས་ལྔ་རྣམས་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་བྱོན་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་མོས་པ་བྱ་དགོས་པ་ལས། ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་དམིགས་པ་འདི་བཞིན་མཛོད། བླ་མ་དང་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ ཀ་ནས་བྱེ་བ་གྱུར་པའི་སྐུར་བྱེད་ནམ་མཁའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རྣམས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་དཀར་པོ་ཕྱག་ན་ཚེའི་བུམ་པ་ཐོགས་པ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་ནམ་མཁའ་གང་བར་བྱོན་ནས། དེ་རྣམས་དང་སློབ་དཔོན་ལྷན་ཅིག་པས་བུམ་པ་བདུད་རྩིས་གང་བ་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། ང་ནི་རྣམ་སྣང་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ། །ལུས་ལ་རྣམ་སྣང་ཚེ་དབང་བསྐུར། །བུ་ཁྱོད་འཆི་བདག་ལས་གྲོལ་ཏེ། །བསྐལ་བ་སྟོང་དུ་ཚེ་འཕེལ་ཞིང་། །སྲོག་གཅོད་སྒྲིབ་པ་དག་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ། ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་བུམ་པའི་ཆུ་སྦྱིན། ཞེས་གསུང་ཞིང་བུམ་པའི་ཆུས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བས་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཆ་ཤས་ཐམས་ཅད་འཆི་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི

我让上师念诵了大约五遍长寿陀罗尼，上师对着长寿箭的箭杆到箭头之间吹气。在念诵长寿陀罗尼时，也让学生这样做。然后，学生们依次用手测量竹子的根部到顶端的长度，并记住各自的长度。之后，上师拿着箭幡摇动，并念诵： “世尊怙主无量寿，从东方乐神之手……”直到“成办一切事业之长寿袋。”像之前一样念诵，念到“长寿袋”时，摇动箭幡。然后，上师念诵各种长寿修法的咒语后，向箭上洒咒水。之后，让学生们像之前一样测量箭的长度。如果减少了一指或两指等，说明不太好，所以要祈求长寿灌顶，进行长寿修法，救护必定被杀害的众生的性命，制作擦擦等，努力采取各种增长寿命的方法。如果增加了一指或两指等，就像箭增长一样，说明寿命增长了，所以是好的。说完后，在灌顶的正行中，首先要祈请，请重复念诵这个祈请文三次：从虹身宝瓶等，祈请赐予威力灌顶。祈请后，观想无量寿五部尊依次降临并赐予灌顶。你们要这样观想：从上师和面前生起之坛城本尊的 心间，化现出无数的化身，充满虚空。这些化身是白色无量寿佛，手持充满长寿甘露的宝瓶，多得不可思议，充满虚空。他们和上师一起，将充满甘露的宝瓶放在你们的头顶，并观想赐予灌顶。我是毗卢遮那无量寿，与诸佛一同，赐予身体毗卢遮那长寿灌顶。孩子们，你们从死主手中解脱，在千劫中寿命增长，断除杀生的罪障。嗡 菩提 阿比辛恰 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ बुद्धा अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，佛陀，灌顶，吽。）”念诵并布施瓶中的水。这样说着，用宝瓶的水从头顶灌顶，使身体的所有部分都变成不死智慧的

I, the teacher, recited the longevity mantra about five times. The teacher blew on the longevity arrow from the shaft to the tip. While reciting the longevity mantra, the students were also instructed to do the same. Then, the students each measured the length of the bamboo from the root to the tip with their hands, and remembered their respective measurements. After that, the teacher held the arrow banner and waved it, and recited: "Bhagavan, Protector Amitayus, from the hands of the Gandharvas of the East..." up to "The longevity bag that accomplishes all actions." Recite as before, and when saying "longevity bag," wave the arrow banner. Then, after the teacher recited various mantras for longevity practice, he sprinkled mantra water on the arrow. After that, he instructed the students: Measure the length of the arrow as before. If it decreases by one or two fingers, it is not very good, so pray for the longevity empowerment, perform longevity practices, save the lives of beings destined to be killed, make tsatsas, and strive to adopt various methods to increase lifespan. If it increases by one or two fingers, like the arrow increasing, it means that lifespan has increased, so it is good. After saying this, in the main part of the empowerment, first pray, please repeat this prayer three times: From the rainbow body vase, etc., please grant the power empowerment. After praying, visualize the five families of Amitayus descending in order and bestowing empowerment. You should visualize as follows: From the hearts of the teacher and the deities of the mandala generated in front, countless emanations appear, filling the sky. These emanations are white Amitayus, holding vases filled with the nectar of longevity, unimaginably numerous, filling the sky. Together with the teacher, they place the vases filled with nectar on the crowns of your heads, and visualize bestowing empowerment. I am Vairochana Amitayus, together with all the Buddhas, bestow the Vairochana longevity empowerment on the body. Children, may you be liberated from the Lord of Death, may your lifespan increase for a thousand kalpas, and may the obscurations of killing be purified. Om Buddha Abhishincha Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ बुद्धा अभिषिञ्च हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ buddha abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Buddha, Abhisheka, Hum.)" Recite and offer the water from the vase. Saying this, the water from the vase is poured from the crown of the head, empowering all parts of the body with immortal wisdom.
