ཧཱུྃ། རཏྣ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་གྱི་སྐུ་ལྟེ་བར་བཞག་སྟེ། ཧྲཱིཿ ངོ་བོ་རིན་འབྱུང་མཐའ་བྲལ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཚེ། །མི་འགྱུར་གཡུང་དྲུང་ཚེ་ཡི་དབང་ཐོབ་ཤོག །སྭཱ་རཏྣ་སཾ་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་པ་རི་མི་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་སྭཱ། ཀརྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་གྱི་སྐུ་གསང་གནས་སུ་བཞག་སྟེ། ཧྲཱིཿ ངོ་བོ་དོན་གྲུབ་མཐའ་བྲལ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཚེ། །མི་འགྱུར་གཡུང་དྲུང་ཚེ་ ཡི་དབང་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཧཱ་ཨ་མོ་གྷ་སིདྡྷི་ཨ་པ་རི་མི་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱ། དེ་ལྟར་སྐུ་དང་གནས་ཀྱི་ལྷས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དུག་ལྔས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་རང་སར་དག་སྟེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་པའི་ནུས་ལྡན་དུ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེས་ལྷ་དབང་གྲུབ། བཅུད་ལེན་སྨན་གྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྡུས་པའི་ཚེའི་རིལ་བུ་འདི་ཉིད་བྱིན་པས་ཚེ་བསོད་ལུས་སྟོབས་བཀྲག་མདངས་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པའི་འཆི་བ་མེད་པའི་ཚེའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། ཚེ་རིལ་ལག་གཡས་སུ་གཏད་ཅིང་མྱང་དུ་བཅུག་ལ། ཧྲཱིཿ སྨན་གྱི་སྙིང་པོ་བཅུད་ལེན་རིལ་བུ་འདི། །བྱིན་པས་ཚེ་དང་སྟོབས་བཀྲག་རྒྱས་པར་ཤོག །རྩ་སྔགས་མཇུག་ཏུ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཛ༔ ཞེས་བརྗོད། དེ་ལྟར་བུམ་པའི་དབང་ཡན་ལག་དང་བཅས་པ་ཐོབ། ལུས་ཀྱི་དྲི་མ་དག །ལམ་བསྐྱེད་རིམ་བསྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་། འབྲས་བུ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་པའི་སྐལ་བ་ཅན་དུ་བྱས་སོ། །ཞེས་དག་པ་བརྗོད། གཉིས་པ་གསང་བའི་དབང་ལ། བླ་མ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་གནས་ལྔའི་ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་སྦྱོར་བ་མཛད་པའི་བྱང་སེམས་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས་བབས། ཐོད་པར་བསྐྱིལ་བ་འདི་ཉིད་མྱངས་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་རྩ་རླུང་ཐིག་ལེ་ལས་རུང་གིས་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་འདྲེན་པ་ལ་ནུས་པ་བརྟན་པོ་ཐོབ་པའི་ མོས་པ་མཛོད། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཡས་ཀྱི་ཐོད་པའི་གསང་རྫས་སློབ་མའི་ལག་གཡོན་དུ་བླུད་ལ། ཧྲཱིཿ སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་དང་རྟག་ཏུ་མཉམ་སྦྱོར་ཞིང་། །ཡེ་ཤེས་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ་ཡིས་ནད་རྣམས་སེལ། །རྩ་ཁམས་མ་ལུས་ཡོངས་སུ་གང་བྱས་ནས། །བདེ་ཆེན་གསང་བའི་དབང་བསྐུར་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །རྩ་སྔགས་མཇུག་ཏུ། མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔ དེ་ལྟར་བདུད་རྩི་མྱངས་པས་ལུས་ཀྱི་རྩ་ནང་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་གང་བས་བདེ་བ་བཟོད་མེད་དུ་འབར་བའི་རང་ངོ་བརྗོད་བྲལ་གྱི་ངང་ལ་མཉམ་པར་འཇོག་པར་ཞུ། དེས་གསང་བའི་དབང་ཐོབ། ངག་གི་དྲི་མ་དག །ལམ་རང་ལུས་གཏུམ་མོའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བསྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་། འབྲས་བུ་ལོངས་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་པའི་སྐལ

吽。将宝生颅鬘力之身置于脐间，啥。本体宝生无边金刚寿，愿获不变金刚寿命灌顶。 梭， 宝生， 遍入， 无量， 灌顶，梭。将事业颅鬘力之身置于密处，啥。本体不空成就无边金刚寿，愿获不变金刚寿命灌顶。哈， 不空成就， 遍入， 无量， 灌顶，哈。如是依靠身与处之本尊加持，由五毒所生的五蕴于自位清净，成为具有成就智慧金刚身之能力者。由此成就本尊灌顶。以此赐予汇集所有精华的延寿丸，祈愿生起获得寿命、福德、身力、光彩一切增长，获得不死寿命成就之信心。将延寿丸置于右手中令尝食，啥。以此赐予精华延寿丸，愿寿命与力量光彩增长。根本咒语后加念：嗡 班匝 阿依喀 吽 仲 匝。如是获得具足支分的宝瓶灌顶。身之垢染清净。有权修持生起次第。成为具有成就化身果位之有缘者。如是说清净语。第二秘密灌顶。上师无量寿与五处本尊父母双运，从交合处降下菩提心，观想品尝置于颅器中之物，依此有能力稳固引生脉、气、明点能起之大乐智慧。 祈愿生起此信心。将坛城右侧颅器中的秘密物倒入弟子左手中，啥。与诸佛恒时常合，以五种智慧甘露消除诸病。脉界无余完全充满后，愿获得大乐秘密灌顶。根本咒语后加念：嘛哈 舒卡 阿 毗 辛匝 阿。如是尝食甘露，身体的脉内全部充满菩提心，请求安住于不可言说，大乐无法忍受燃烧的自性之中。由此获得秘密灌顶。语之垢染清净。有权修持自身拙火瑜伽。成为具有成就报身果位之有缘

Hūṃ. Having placed the body of Ratna Thötreng Tsal at the navel, Hrīḥ. The essence of Ratnasambhava, the indestructible vajra life without limit. May I obtain the empowerment of unchanging, eternal life. Svā Ratna Saṃbhava Aparimita Abhiṣiñca Svā. Having placed the body of Karma Thötreng Tsal in the secret place, Hrīḥ. The essence of Amoghasiddhi, the indestructible vajra life without limit. May I obtain the empowerment of unchanging, eternal life. Hā Amoghasiddhi Aparimita Abhiṣiñca Hā. Thus, relying on the blessings of the deities of body and place, the five aggregates produced by the five poisons are purified in their own place, and one is made capable of accomplishing the wisdom vajra body. By this, the deity empowerment is accomplished. By giving this life pill, which gathers all the essence of the elixir medicine, may you have the faith to obtain the accomplishment of immortality, with life, merit, physical strength, and radiance all greatly increasing. Place the life pill in the right hand and have them taste it, Hrīḥ. By giving this essence elixir pill, may life, strength, and radiance increase. At the end of the root mantra: Oṃ Vajra Āyuṣe Hūṃ Bhrūṃ Jaḥ. Thus, the vase empowerment with its limbs is obtained. The defilement of the body is purified. One has the authority to meditate on the generation stage. One is made fortunate to accomplish the Nirmanakaya. Thus, say the words of purification. Second, the secret empowerment. The lama Amitayus, together with the deities of the five places, in union as father and mother, the bodhicitta descends from the junction of union. Relying on tasting this, which is placed in the skull cup, one gains the stable ability to draw forth the wisdom of great bliss through the functioning of the channels, winds, and bindus. Generate this faith. Pour the secret substance from the skull cup on the right side of the mandala into the left hand of the disciple, Hrīḥ. Always in union with all the Buddhas, may the five wisdom nectars eliminate all diseases. Having completely filled all the channels and elements, may you obtain the empowerment of great bliss and secrecy. At the end of the root mantra: Mahā Sukha Abhiṣiñca Āḥ. Thus, by tasting the nectar, all the channels inside the body are pervaded and filled with bodhicitta, and I request you to remain in the inexpressible state of unbearable burning great bliss. By this, the secret empowerment is obtained. The defilement of speech is purified. One has the authority to meditate on the yoga of one's own body tummo. One is fortunate to accomplish the Sambhogakaya.
