Pha la hung. Likewise, in the place of O be ro tsa na. Ah Padma Dhara. Hung Akshobhya. Sva Ratna Sambhava. Hwa Amogha Siddha. Recite these as appropriate. The third is: From the root text: Especially from the father and mother at the crown of the head. White light radiates, clearing all obstacles to untimely death. Red light from the throat, with an iron hook, summons all attainments of life. Blue light from the heart radiates, filling emptiness, space, and life force. Yellow light from the navel fills the body, increasing merit like Vaishravana. Green light from the secret place pervades, accomplishing all activities. Recite and contemplate this, and do a little recitation of each specific detail. The details of these visualizations are known from the instructions and the practice texts, but generally, even just the root visualization and recitation accomplish the purpose. When beginning to rise from the session, recite the vowels, consonants, dependent arising mantra, and the hundred-syllable mantra to replenish any deficiencies in the mantra and increase its power. Invite and welcome the assembly of wisdom deities. Offer outer, inner, and secret offerings. Praise the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Confess unintentional mistakes, contradictions, and breakages. Maha Amrita Rakta Balim Ta Khahi. Also do the offering and praise of the empty syllables. If doing special vase recitation and visualization for empowerment, etc., visualize the vase as the great spontaneously arisen palace, and especially visualize Padma Amitayus with the deities of the body mandala in the upper part. Holding the mantra thread, the light rays of my life mantra entwine on the mantra thread, stimulating the mindstream of the vase deities. From their bodies, a stream of bodhicitta nectar descends, becoming one taste inseparable from the vase water. Then, with the visualization of radiating and gathering light rays and descending nectar, combining the previous root recitation and visualization with the vase deities, recite the root mantra as much as possible. For the vase of all activities, visualize red Hayagriva with a club and threatening mudra, fully adorned with wrathful ornaments and expressions, with a red HRIH in the heart, resting on a sun, surrounded by a garland of mantras, from which a stream of nectar descends, filling the vase. Recite as appropriate: Om Vajra Krodha Haya Griva Hulu Hulu Hum Phet. Finally, offer with Om Ah Hum.
