འི་སྒྲ་དང་བཅས་པ་བབས་པས་ལུས་གང་། ངག་གི་ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱང་བར་བསམ། སྙིང་གར་འདབ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་ལྟེ་བར་ཧཱུཾ། འདབ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཨཀསམཿརཿཙཤཕཊ༔ཅེས་སྔོན་པོས་མཚོན་པ་བཟླས་པའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་བདུད་རྩི་སྔོན་པོ་ཡི་གེ་བཅུ་བཞིའི་སྒྲ་དང་བཅས་པ་བབས་པས་ལུས་གང་། ཡིད་ཀྱི་ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱངས་པར་བསམ། མཐར་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ས་བོན་དང་བཅས་པ་རིམ་བཞིན་དུ་རང་གི་སྒོ་གསུམ་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་དུ་འདྲེས་པར་བསམས་ལ་འོད་གསལ་རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ངང་དུ་བཞག་གོ །འདི་ནི་ནང་གི་ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཏེ། ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་ཆགས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱོང་བ་ལ་མཆོག་ཏུ་བསྔགས་སོ། །བཞི་པ་ནི། ཁ་ཟས་བདུད་རྩིར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ལ་ཕུང་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་ མཆོད་པའི་བསམ་པས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པའམ། སྟོང་ཉིད་གསལ། བྱ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་ངང་དུ་ཚིམ་པར་རོལ་པའི་མཐར། ཟས་ཀྱི་ལྷག་མ། ཨོཾ་ཨུཥྩིཥྚ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་བྷཀྵ་སཱི་སྭཱ་ཧཱས་འབྱུང་པོ་ལྷག་མ་ལ་དབང་བ་རྣམས་ལ་སྦྱིན་ཅིང་བསྔོ་སྨོན་གྱིས་རྒྱས་གདབ། ལྔ་པ་ནི། ནུབ་མོ་ཉལ་བའི་ཚེ་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་ངམ། ཙོག་པུའམ། སེང་གེའི་ཉལ་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་འཁོད་པའི་སྙིང་གར་ཉི་ཟླ་ཁ་སྦྱོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི་རྣམ་པ་སྐྱབས་གནས་ཀུན་འདུས་སུ་གསལ་བ་ལ་ཡིད་གཏད་དེ། རིག་པ་བརྗོད་མེད་ཀྱི་ངང་དུ་ཉལ་བས་གཉིད་འོད་གསལ་དུ་འཆར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དྲུག་པ་ནི། ཐོ་རངས་ལྡང་བའི་དུས་ལ་བབ་པ་ན། ནམ་མཁའ་ནས་ཌཱ་ཀི་མ་བཞིས་ཌཱ་མ་རུའི་སྒྲ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གདངས་སུ་བསྒྲགས་པའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་འོད་གསལ་ལས་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་སྐུར་བཞེངས་པར་མོས་ཏེ་ལྷར་གསལ་བཞིན་པའི་ངང་ནས་ལྡང་། ཕྱི་ནང་གི་ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གང་རུང་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས་ཐོར་ཐུན་ལ་འཇུག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བའི་སྐབས་གེགས་སེལ་དང་བོགས་འདོན་གྱི་མཐར་ཐུག་པ་ལམ་ཟབ་བླ་མའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ་གནད་དུ་བསྣུན་ཅིང་། བསྐྱེད་རིམ་གྱི་གསལ་སྣང་དང་། དེ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་སྣང་སྟོང་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་ཉམས་མྱོང་ཅི་རིགས་པ་སྐྱེས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན། བླ་མ་ཉམས་མྱོང་ཅན་ གྱིས་ངོ་སྤྲད་ཅིང་ལམ་དུ་བསླང་བར་བྱའོ། །བསྐྱེད་རིམ་གྱི་གསལ་སྣང་རག་ཕྲ་ལ་བརྟན་པ་ཐོབ་ནས། རྫོགས་རིམ་རང་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པའི་མན་ངག་གིས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ཏེ། རླུང་དབུ་མར་ཞུགས་གནས་ཀྱི་རྩལ་རྫོགས་པས། ཡུལ་ཡུལ་ཅན་བདེ་སྟོང་དབྱེར་མེད་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ། ས་དང་ལམ་གྱི་རིམ་

以唉的聲音降臨，身體充滿。觀想語之疾病、邪魔、罪障全部淨化。於心間八瓣蓮花之中心有吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：hūṃ，梵文羅馬轉寫：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：吽）。於花瓣上，以藍色標示ཨཀསམཿརཿཙཤཕཊ༔念誦，因之藍色甘露伴隨十四字母之聲音降臨，身體充滿。觀想意之疾病、邪魔、罪障全部淨化。最終觀想咒鬘連同種子字次第融入自身三門且無有分別，安住於光明大圓滿之境界。此乃內在沐浴之特殊修法，對於淨化疾病、邪魔、罪障、誓言違犯、衰損等一切，極為稱讚。第四，將食物加持為甘露，以供養蘊界諸神之意受用，或安住於空性光明中，於廣大行持之境界中滿足享用後，食物之殘餘，以嗡 烏赤紮 巴林打 巴克薩 斯 梭哈（ཨོཾ་ཨུཥྩིཥྚ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་བྷཀྵ་སཱི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文：oṃ ucchiṣṭa balimta bhakṣa sī svāhā，梵文羅馬轉寫：oṃ ucchiṣṭa balimta bhakṣa sī svāhā，漢語字面意思：嗡，食餘，供物，食物，給予，梭哈）佈施予掌管殘食之精靈，並以迴向祈願加以增廣。第五，夜晚睡眠之時，以跏趺坐、蹲坐或獅子臥式安住，於心間日月交融之中央，觀想根本上師蓮花生父母之形象為一切皈依之總集，並信賴之。於不可言說之覺性中入睡，則睡眠將轉為光明。第六，清晨醒來之時，觀想由四位空行母以法器之聲宣告咒語之音調，因之從光明中升起雙運之身，於如是安住於明觀為本尊之狀態中起身。先行外內沐浴之瑜伽任一，而後進入早課。如是修持之時，於遣除違緣與增長功德之究竟，要點在於上師相應瑜伽，並於生起次第之明觀，以及依之而生起之空有雙運之任何體驗生起之時，由具經驗之上師給予引導並導入於道。於生起次第之明觀獲得粗細之穩定後，以圓滿次第自加持之口訣相連接，當氣融入中脈之能力圓滿時，便能現證境與有境、樂空無別之智慧，並能次第經歷地道之階位。

When the sound of "E" descends, the body is filled. Visualize that all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations of speech are purified. At the center of the eight-petaled lotus in the heart, there is Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). On the petals, marked with blue, recite ཨཀསམཿརཿཙཤཕཊ༔. As a result, blue nectar accompanied by the sound of the fourteen letters descends, filling the body. Visualize that all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations of the mind are purified. Finally, visualize the mantra garland together with the seed syllable gradually merging into your own three doors without any separation, and abide in the state of clear light great perfection. This is a special practice of inner cleansing, which is highly praised for purifying all diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, breaches of vows, and impairments. Fourth, bless the food as nectar and partake of it with the intention of offering it to the deities of the aggregates and elements, or abide in the clarity of emptiness, and after enjoying it to satisfaction in the realm of great action, offer the remnants of the food with Oṃ Ucchiṣṭa Balimta Bhakṣa Sī Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཨུཥྩིཥྚ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་བྷཀྵ་སཱི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，Sanskrit: oṃ ucchiṣṭa balimta bhakṣa sī svāhā, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ ucchiṣṭa balimta bhakṣa sī svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, leftovers, offerings, food, give, svāhā) to the spirits who have power over the remnants, and expand it with dedication and aspiration. Fifth, when sleeping at night, sit in the lotus position, squat, or lie in the lion posture, and in the center of the union of the sun and moon in the heart, visualize the root guru Padmasambhava in the form of father and mother as the embodiment of all refuges, and rely on it. By sleeping in the state of inexpressible awareness, sleep will transform into clear light. Sixth, when the time comes to wake up in the morning, visualize that the four Ḍākinīs announce the melody of the mantra with the sound of the Ḍamaru, and as a result, arise from the clear light into the form of union, and arise while abiding in the state of clear visualization as the deity. First perform either the outer or inner cleansing yoga, and then enter the morning session. When practicing in this way, the key to ultimately removing obstacles and increasing merit is guru yoga, and when any experience of the clear visualization of the generation stage and the union of emptiness and appearance arises from it, a qualified guru should give guidance and introduce it into the path. After gaining stability in the coarse and subtle aspects of the clear visualization of the generation stage, connect it with the self-blessing instructions of the completion stage, and when the ability to enter and abide in the central channel is perfected, manifest the wisdom of the inseparability of subject and object, bliss and emptiness, and be able to experience the stages of the grounds and paths in sequence.
