Then, exhale and hold the breath, pressing the single-taste breath downwards, so that it connects from the central channel to the crown, and exhale the syllable Raṃ (藏文：རྃ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：Raṃ). From Raṃ (藏文：རྃ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：Raṃ), fire blazes, and from the short A syllable and seed syllables of the navel, the fire with the inherent sound of the fourteen syllables blazes hotly and fiercely, striking the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) and syllables of the heart, and a stream of nectar like molten silver descends with the inherent sound of the eight syllables, contemplate the arising of the wisdom of bliss and emptiness. Similarly, one should also contemplate on the crown and throat, and remain in equipoise in the indivisibility of bliss and emptiness. The vase breath should be held as much as possible, which is the main part of the session. Then, from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) in your heart, rays of light emanate. All phenomena and beings dissolve into light and merge into the protective circle, the source of phenomena, and the celestial palace. They dissolve into oneself. Oneself dissolves into the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) in the heart. The Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) also dissolves upwards in stages from the hook, until only the nāda remains. Then, remain in equipoise for a long time in the Great Seal, which is beyond conceptualization and thought. Again, visualize Siṃhamukhā as a naked, unadorned body like an illusion, and then engage in dedication, aspiration, and the activities of the session break. Before the above recitation, purify the rosary. Contemplate that each small body of Siṃhamukhā arises from the recitation of one hundred and eight Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) syllables, and recite: Oṃ Rucira Maṇi Prajñā Ye Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་རུ་ཙི་ར་མ་ཎི་པྲ་བཱཛྙཱ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ रु चिर मणि प्रज्ञा ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ rucira maṇi prajñā ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, radiant, jewel, wisdom, svāhā). Recite as much as possible. Hold the rosary in your hands, blow on it between the solar and lunar nāḍīs, and empower the rosary.

以咒语加持念珠。座间的行持是：食物的焚烧供养，行走和绕圈，睡觉时，梦瑜伽和光明瑜伽，所有这些都与共同的（行持）相符。这个生起次第和圆满次第的甚深要诀笔记，也是我，名为拉嘎者所写。写此若有错误，向空行母众忏悔，愿以此善业，今生证得金刚持大位！这是大成就者桑结衮波的口诀之教授，如智者成就者噶玛恰美所记录。如此，从这些方面，从波东大成就者桑结衮波传承下来的甚深秘密狮面母耳传的珍贵经卷中，以珍爱的方式摘录了口诀之文字，简要地汇集在一处。愿由此产生的善行，如白昼的微笑之光，消除阻断三界众生的黑暗，使成就二利的莲花丛林极度繁荣，以利乐之蜜，使皆大欢喜的节日盛大！这也是曼殊高沙所说。

The rosary is blessed with mantras. The conduct during the session breaks is: food burnt offerings, walking and circumambulation, and when sleeping, all the yogas of dream and clear light are in accordance with the common ones. This forgetful note of the profound key points of generation and completion stages was also written by me, named Raga. If there are any mistakes in writing this, I confess to the assembly of Dakinis, and may I attain the great Vajradhara state in this life through this virtue! This is the instruction of the great accomplished Sangye Gonpo's oral instructions, as recorded by the learned and accomplished Karma Chakme. Thus, in this way, from the precious volumes of the profound and secret Lion-faced Dakini oral transmission lineage passed down from Bodong Great Accomplished Sangye Gonpo, the words of the oral instructions have been cherished and compiled in brief. May the virtuous deeds arising from this, like the smiling light of day, dispel the darkness that obstructs the beings of the three realms, so that the lotus forest of the two accomplishments may flourish greatly, and may the festival of joy be magnified by the honey of benefit and happiness! This was also said by Manjushrikirti.
