With one face and two hands, she holds a dragon in her right hand and a cloud in her left, residing in the midst of the great ocean. Having contemplated the stars in this way, if one recites the mantra day and night for three days, there is no doubt that rain will fall. This has a seal and an offering of one sho of gold. Through the activity of the great Dakini Simhamukha, the profound instruction called "Binding the Vow of the Naga Queen Madrosa for Rain." Homage to the queen of the Dakini water deities. Another method: Go to nine dangerous water sources, and at the confluence of all the water sources, draw an eight-petaled lotus with white paint. In the center, write the root mantra of the Dakini Simhamukha, and at the end, write: "At the end of the mantras of the Nagas, cause rain to fall, Svaha." Write this and place it in the center. 身形美好与身形极美的化身贤善的您等及其眷属，请于世间降下大雨！于东北方的莲花之上，匝克里拉！大腹便便的策里米里大者，您等及其眷属，请于世间降下大雨！如是等等，对于一切不增不减地，于前方书写龙族之形，于后方书写咒语与祈愿。彼等之周边以曼妙供品、三甜与三白围绕。陈设八个龙族朵玛。陈设沐浴宝瓶与药用宝瓶各二。彼等之物什陈设完毕后，首先如共同仪轨般施放前行朵玛。以皈依、发心为前导，自身刹那间化为尊胜母狮面空行母，息灭龙族之疾病与痛苦，乃降雨之女王，身色洁白，以云雾庄严，双手持息灭龙族疾病与痛苦之药瓶。双足以莲花跏趺坐姿，于浩瀚大海之中，安住于莲花座上。于根本咒语之后，念诵以“嗡 班扎”（藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷཀྵ་，梵文天城体：ओम् भक्ष，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhakṣa，汉语字面意思：嗡，食）为结尾之咒语三百万遍，为龙族沐浴，则雨水不久便会降临。 向龙族献上朵玛，行持后行仪轨后，令龙族返回各自之居所。此之水轮安立法与迎请龙族之法，将从口诀中得知。由大空行母狮面母之事业法门中，名为“降雨、消除龙病之轮”之甚深口诀总集。顶礼空行母水神女王！又一降雨之法，前往水泉汇聚之处。以蜂蜡制作龙族之形与蛙、蝌蚪、鱼、蛇等等无量之物，放入其中。放入诸多利益龙族之药物。将一份白朵玛施予龙族与地祗，自身如前观想为智慧空行母狮面母。于根本咒语之后，祈请“纳嘎ra匝，龙族，请立即降下所有水之成就！”念诵三百万遍左右，则雨水顷刻便会降临。

Beautiful and extremely beautiful, embodiments of virtue, may you and your retinue send down great rain upon the world! Upon the lotus in the northeast, Tsakli La! Great pot-bellied Tsi Li Mi Li, may you and your retinue send down great rain upon the world! Thus, without adding or subtracting anything, in front, write the forms of the nagas, and behind, write the mantras and prayers. Surround them with excellent offerings, the three sweets and the three whites. Arrange eight nagas tormas. Arrange two vases, one for bathing and one for medicine. Once these substances have been arranged, first send forth the preliminary torma in accordance with the common ritual. With refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminaries, instantly transform yourself into the noble Lion-faced Mother, who pacifies all the diseases and sufferings of the nagas, the queen of rainmaking, white in color, adorned with clouds and mist, holding in her two hands a vase of medicine that pacifies all the diseases and sufferings of the nagas. With her two legs in lotus posture, she sits on a lotus seat in the midst of the vast ocean. At the end of the root mantra, recite the mantra ending with "Om Bhaksha" (藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷཀྵ་，梵文天城体：ओम् भक्ष，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhakṣa，汉语字面意思：嗡，食) three hundred thousand times, and bathe the nagas, and the rain will fall without delay. Offer tormas to the nagas, perform the concluding ritual, and then let the nagas return to their respective abodes. The method of setting up this water wheel and the method of inviting the nagas will be learned from the oral instructions. From the activity section of the great dakini Lion-faced Mother, the profound instructions called "The Wheel for Rainmaking and Eliminating Naga Diseases." Homage to the queen of the dakini water deities! Another method for rainmaking: go to a place where springs converge. Make countless forms of nagas, frogs, tadpoles, fish, snakes, etc., out of beeswax and place them there. Add many medicines that benefit the nagas. Give a white torma to the nagas and local deities, and then visualize yourself as the wisdom dakini Lion-faced Mother as before. After the root mantra, pray, "Naga Rajas, nagas, please bestow all the accomplishments of water immediately!" Recite this about three hundred thousand times, and the rain will fall in an instant.
