Within the clear heart, a five-pronged iron vajra stands upright, its center marked with a purple letter(藏文:མཿ,梵文天城体:म,梵文罗马拟音:ma,汉语字面意思:Ma). The edge of the vajra is encircled counterclockwise by the special mantra. At its edge, the root mantra is encircled counterclockwise. Focus single-pointedly on this, reciting without distraction. From all the pores of the skin, countless iron kila with lion-faced heads emanate. Thus, dispel and torment all demons and obstacles that harm life, causing them to stiffen and become dazed, and accomplishing the activity of subjugation. Thinking in this way, recite the root mantra one thousand times and the special mantra one million times. Then, conclude the session and dissolve yourself into the root mantra. The root mantra dissolves into the special mantra. The special mantra dissolves into the vajra. The vajra, like breath on a mirror, gradually dissolves into emptiness from the edges. Without distraction, focus on the shimmering and oily state, and finally rest in the state of the deathless dharmakaya mahamudra. The wisdom dakini Simhamukha prays: Grant me the siddhi of longevity, pacify adverse conditions and obstacles, and may all be accomplished as desired. With this, offer prayers. Profound longevity practice, general Vajrakilaya. Namo Guru. The oral instructions for these three longevity practices are the teachings on the preparation of medicinal substances: The root for increasing bodily strength is Smilax china. The antidote for phlegm is musk. The antidote for bile is Coptis chinensis. The antidote for cold is dried ginger and the warming medicine Piper longum. The antidote for combined ailments is golden Terminalia chebula. The antidote for wind is nutmeg and mace. One method is to use Saussurea lappa in place of these. Mix these ingredients in equal parts, combine with white honey syrup, and roll into pills the size of sheep droppings. Place them inside a qualified skull cup, seal it with red silk, and surround it with torma offerings. Meditate on any generation stage of your own longevity practice, bless the pills as amrita, and recite the root mantra and the special mantra, offering and reciting without interruption for seven days. The visualization for this is: From both yourself and the amrita, rays of light emanate in the ten directions. All the blessings and power of the gurus, yidams, buddhas, bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, and protectors of the ten directions

Visualize inviting the nectar of immortal life and dissolving it into the pills. Again, radiate light, summoning the life, merit, essence of grains, power, and glory of the six types of beings in the world, and visualize them dissolving into the pills. Afterwards, upon breaking the retreat, take the pills one by one on an empty stomach without interruption. This is the essence of all the secret treasures of the Ḍākinīs, the oral instruction that grants the attainment of immortal life, and certainly averts death, like a piece of gold. If you can obtain it with peace of mind, it is like the sun and moon, without doubt or hesitation, practice this oral instruction, and you will surely be liberated from the fear of death. Keep it secret from those who are not vessels. If you can give it to a vessel, offer a fee of one sho of gold, and prepare a good feast for the Ḍākinīs. Strictly observe the prohibition against spreading it to others. This is the general outline of the profound oral instructions for longevity practice. Namo Guru Ḍāki Siṃhamukhāya. Here, the yogi, according to the needs of the disciples to be tamed, must first and foremost subdue the king. For this, there are three parts: preparation, main practice, and subsequent practice. The preparation stage is the accumulation of materials: Make a statue of the king that is no smaller than a span. The material for the statue is clay. The materials to be mixed with it are: if you can obtain fragments of the king's body dirt, hair, nails, clothes, and food, that would be best. If you cannot obtain these, mix soil from his footprints and soil touched by his shadow. Inside the statue, place the life mantra: Pāśaṃ Kuru Hūṃ King Ceke Mo Khuk Khuk Jaḥ Jaḥ. The method for constructing the mandala of this mantra is: On flawless colored Chinese paper, draw a twelve-spoked wheel, including the center, with vermilion. In the center, write in gold letters: "May the king's mind be shaken, become a servant, attract Jaḥ." Starting from the east, write on the first of the twelve spokes of the wheel Va, on the second Śaṃ, on the third Ku, on the fourth Ru, on the fifth Hūṃ, on the sixth Jemo, on the seventh Khuk, on the eighth Khuk, on the ninth Jaḥ, on the tenth Jaḥ, on the eleventh Khuk, and on the twelfth Khuk. After writing, fill a copper or earthenware basin with various foods, various grains, five precious jewels, and various silks, and then place the life wheel on top of it, smeared with ghee and other fragrances, and place the king's statue on top of it.
