Mantra substance interdependence. The all-pervading knot release that protects against planetary diseases. Weapon protection, Vajra armor, hero displaying skill. Thus, there are thirty-five categories. The first of these is that Dharma-practicing yogis need to have long lives, therefore, it should be adorned with interdependent mantras and visualizations. The meaning of the words, the first practice, is: In a rock cave facing west, one should also face west and sit on a comfortable cushion. Before the crow crows at dawn, one should perform the common refuge and bodhicitta. On a lotus and corpse seat, on a sun disc, one should instantly visualize oneself as the noble Lion-faced Mother, with a yellow body, one face and two arms, holding a vase of life filled with nectar at the heart. The body is adorned with eight charnel ground ornaments. The two feet are in a playful posture. On her forehead is Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), on her throat is Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊), and on her heart is Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) on her heart, rays of light emanate. From the east comes the white Lion-faced Mother, carrying a crystal vase filled with nectar, and it is thought that she has gathered all the essence of water. From the south comes the yellow Lion-faced Mother, carrying a golden vase filled with immortal nectar, and it is thought that she has gathered all the essence of earth. From the west comes the red Lion-faced Mother, carrying a ruby vase filled with immortal nectar, and it is thought that she has gathered all the essence of fire. From the north comes the green Lion-faced Mother, carrying an emerald vase filled with immortal nectar, and it is thought that she has gathered all the essence of wind. Finally, it is thought that these four Dakinis pour the immortal nectar of life and the essence of the four elements from the crown of one's head, which is visualized as Vajrayogini, and it enters through the Brahma aperture. The entire inside of the body is filled with immortal nectar of life. All diseases, evil spirits, and defilements are purified. All the deteriorated four elements of the body are restored, and one attains the accomplishment of immortal life equal to the sun and moon. Then, one recites the root mantra a thousand times. 祈请赐予寿命成就！愿四大调和无病，愿寿命的障碍平息！这是四大精要聚集的长寿修法总集。长寿修法轮（２）猛烈燃烧滴降是：皈依、发心等主要的现观与前相同。在自己的身体内，依次观想上行三脉四轮。三脉汇聚的框架，脐下四指处，从母所获得的红明点，本体是阿夏（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）火的自性。形象是狮面母，身色红，如烧红的铁块之色，双手持寿命宝瓶。双足以半跏趺坐的姿势坐在日轮之上。观想清晰。在中脉的上端，从父所获得的白菩提心，本体是乐空明点的自性，形象是狮面母，身色如清澈的银液之光泽，双手持寿命宝瓶，双足以半跏趺坐的姿势坐在月轮之上，观想清晰后，以气脉瑜伽一座为要点，以增息之气吹动，脐下的狮面母燃起火焰。观想火焰通过中脉，依次触及脐、心、喉、顶的狮面母，努力进行气和拙火的修习，火焰猛烈燃烧，从顶轮的狮面母降下明点，本体是乐空，形象如银液般倾泻而下，顶、喉、心、脐全部充满乐， 吸气微小而反复，并屏住，观想太阳向上推送，月亮向下压制，具有猛烈燃烧滴降乐空自性的明点，不要散乱，专心致志地修习，并将气与瑜伽结合。念诵根本咒语一千遍。特别咒语念诵一百万遍后，在收座时。祈请智慧空行狮面母赐予我无死的寿命成就，并平息恶缘障碍。如此祈愿并回向。长寿修法轮猛烈燃烧滴降总集。长寿修法金刚橛是：皈依、发心等主要现观与前相同。正行观想是：自身为狮面母空行母。

Grant the accomplishment of life! May the four elements be in balance and free from illness, and may the obstacles to life be pacified! This is a profound collection of life practices that gathers the essence of the four elements. The blazing and dripping life-accomplishment wheel (2) is: Refuge, generation of bodhicitta, etc., the main realizations are the same as before. Within one's own body, visualize the three channels and four chakras in order. The framework where the three channels converge, four fingers below the navel, the red rakta obtained from the mother, its essence is the nature of Asha (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) fire. Its form is the Lion-faced Mother, her body is red, like the color of a burning iron ball, her two hands hold the vase of life. Her two feet are in a half-lotus posture, seated on a sun disc. Visualize it clearly. At the upper end of the central channel, the white bodhicitta obtained from the father, its essence is the nature of bliss-emptiness bindu, its form is the Lion-faced Mother, her body is like the luster of clear silver liquid, her two hands hold the vase of life, her two feet are in a half-lotus posture, seated on a moon disc. After visualizing it clearly, focus on one session of wind yoga, and blow with the increasing breath, the Lion-faced Mother below the navel ignites a flame. Visualize the flame passing through the central channel, touching the Lion-faced Mothers at the navel, heart, throat, and crown, and strive to practice the wind and tummo, the flame blazes fiercely, and from the Lion-faced Mother at the crown, bindu descends, its essence is bliss-emptiness, its form is like silver liquid pouring down, the crown, throat, heart, and navel are all filled with bliss and fire. Inhale small breaths repeatedly and hold them, visualize the sun pushing upwards and the moon pressing downwards, the bindu with the nature of blazing and dripping bliss-emptiness, do not be distracted, practice with single-pointed concentration, and combine the wind with yoga. Recite the root mantra one thousand times. After reciting the special mantra one million times, at the time of closing the session.
