Taking myself and my kind parents as the main focus, all sentient beings of the three realms, as infinite as the sky, from this time until reaching the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Dharmakaya Kuntuzang father and mother and all the lineages. I take refuge in the peaceful and wrathful deities of the vast mandala. I take refuge in the Buddhas, the Bhagavan, who have gone to bliss in the three times. I take refuge in the complete Great Perfection, the two truths, the holy Dharma of the scriptures. I take refuge in the noble Sangha who do not turn back from their training. I take refuge in the Khandros, Dharma protectors, guardians who have the eye of wisdom and the Vajra eye. I take refuge in the Lama. I take refuge in the Buddha. I take refuge in the Dharma. Supreme enlightenment, Sugata, unsurpassed, all beings in the three realms, to establish them on the supreme vehicle path, I generate the sacred mind in the presence of the holy ones. Recite this three times. For the benefit of all sentient beings who are like parents, as infinite as the sky, may I attain the precious state of perfect and complete enlightenment. May I be free from suffering and quickly attain the state of a Dakini. Oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷ་རྨཿསྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷོཉ་ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वभाव शुद्धः सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धो हं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, purity of nature, all dharmas, purity of nature, I). All phenomena transform into emptiness, which is pure in its very nature. From within emptiness, in the center of a vajra fence and a circular mountain of fire, surrounded by eight great charnel grounds, is a sea of blood with swirling flames and winds, and turbulent waves. From E (藏文：ཨེ་，梵文天城体：ऐ，梵文罗马拟音：ai，汉语字面意思：E) arises a dark blue, two-tiered, triangular dharma source, with a narrow base pointing downwards and a wide top pointing upwards, upon which is a lotus and sun seat, and a seat of intertwined male and female corpses. My own mind transforms into Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), and from a blue five-pronged vajra arises Vajra Dakini Siṃhamukhā, with a lion's face, dark blue in color, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. The white lion face faces to the right, with its mouth open in a fierce roar, from which black iron hair streams downwards, with sparks of fire flashing from the gaps. She wears a human skin and an elephant hide as an upper garment, and is adorned with a tiger skin skirt and the eight charnel ground ornaments. Her right hand holds a five-pronged vajra aloft in the sky, and her left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood at her heart, embracing a khaṭvāṅga. Adorned with dry and wet human heads, her two legs are in a posture of outstretched and bent, in a dancing stance, residing in the midst of a blazing mass of wisdom fire. On her forehead is a white Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ), on her throat is a red Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ), and on her heart is a blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) on her heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the wisdom being who is inseparable from the visualized deity from its natural abode. Oṃ Vajra Samājaḥ Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र समा जः जः हुं बं होः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samā jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, come, come, Hum, Bam, Hoh) merge into one, inseparable. Again, from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) on her heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the initiation deities, bestowing initiation, filling the body, purifying obscurations, and the remaining water overflows upwards, adorning the head as Akṣobhya. Offer arghaṃ, padyaṃ, puṣpe, dhūpe, dīpe, gandhe, naividya, śapta. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). Hūṃ Bhyoḥ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོཿ，梵文天城体：हुं भ्योः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ bhyoḥ，汉语字面意思：Hum Bhyoh). From the beginning, pure, all obscurations are definitely liberated. She manifests various forms that transcend the world. She is the mother of all victors, the all-good mother. I prostrate to the venerable Siṃhamukhā! Thus, offer and praise. With flower-filled palms joined at the heart, may Vajra Dakini Siṃhamukhā pacify all obstacles for us, the teachers and students, and may the activities for swiftly accomplishing all favorable conditions
