May the Buddha's teachings flourish, and may all obstacles and hindrances to the Dharma practice of us, the master, disciples, and retinue, be pacified. May all pure activities and benefit for beings constantly increase, and may you grant great assistance. Having said this, the third torma was also blessed. Again, rays of light emanated from the heart, summoning all the earth lords, local deities, wealth deities, and original inhabitants residing in the general Jambudvipa and this particular region, reciting "Ā ka ya ja (藏文,梵文天城体:आकयज,梵文罗马拟音:ākaya ja,汉语字面意思:Ā kaya ja)" and making the iron hook mudra. Homage to all tathagatas)" and so on. This offering torma is offered to the earth lords, local deities, wealth deities, and original inhabitants. May you abandon all intentions of harming and injuring us, the master, disciples, and retinue, and may all our wishes be fulfilled without obstruction. Please grant us noble assistance. All lords of the earth, please return)", visualize them returning to their respective abodes. Then, the disciples, having bathed and prostrated, sat down with handfuls of flowers. The master, motivated by pure love and compassion wishing to liberate them from samsara, with the intention of attaining the state of perfect and complete enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings, please listen to the profound permission for this purpose, and practice its meaning. Generate the supreme bodhicitta, make it clear, and listen attentively. The permission to be heard here is: the great panditas of the noble land, who became the illuminators of the precious teachings of the Sage in this snowy region (referring to Tibet), the emanations of the wisdom and magical network of Amitabha Buddha, the sporadic instructions on the permission of the manifestation of the yidam deities transmitted from the great Lord Atisha, relying on the fact that Khenchen Chim Namkha Drak of Narthang Monastery compiled them together. From the special yidam deities arising from the great treatises known as the Hundred Dharmas of Narthang, the principal deity of the bird lineage Vajra family, the Dharani called "Noble One Who Completely Purifies All Karmic Obscurations," if constantly recited, all transmissions from one karma to another will become completely purified. Reciting in the three times

Then even the five inexpiable sins can be purified. Reciting it once will eliminate inauspicious omens and bad luck. Wearing it on the body, or writing it in a book and wearing it around the neck, will prevent untimely death from occurring. If someone, with a compassionate heart, recites it in the ear of a dying person, whether it be a wild animal, a bird, a human, or a non-human, that person will not fall into the lower realms. And so on. Even if one has committed the five inexpiable sins, abandoned the sacred Dharma, or slandered the noble ones, if one sees this dharani mantra written on a wall at the time of death, all of that person's karmic obscurations will be exhausted, what need is there to mention reciting and chanting it? Therefore, merely reciting or seeing it completely purifies all sins and obscurations, and liberates one from the suffering of samsara and the lower realms, symbolizing the great treasure of blessings and compassion, the empowerment of the Bhagavan Vajra Akshobhya as the main deity, for the practice, everything that the master should do has been completed. Now, it is your turn, please offer the mandala with the devotion of considering the master inseparable from the yidam deity, as an offering to receive the profound empowerment. After offering the mandala in this way, please join your palms and hold flowers, and repeat the following prayer after me: Birth, old age, sickness, and death, Terrifying things like crocodiles, Save me from the ocean of existence, The only teacher of great bliss, Showing the way to great enlightenment, Great Protector, I beseech you, Please grant me that samaya, Also please grant me the mind of bodhi, The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, Please grant us these three refuges as well, In the supreme city of great liberation, I pray that the Protector will lead me. Recite three times. In order to receive the vows, please visualize as follows: This place is not an ordinary place, but a pure land that is inseparable from purity and clarity, the lama is the actual yidam deity, and the mandala in front is as if it has already been accomplished, on top of the lotus and moon disc, the Bhagavan Vajra Akshobhya and others are abiding in the vajra posture, recite up to "abiding in the vajra posture."
