祈愿证悟甚深明晰，赐予清净身之体性。法名之树，空性中亦有名。法名空性无别乃上师之语，祈请上师之语，祈愿证悟语之甚深明晰，赐予清净语之体性。法乐且空，空性中亦有乐。法乐空性无别乃上师之意，祈请上师之意，祈愿证悟意之甚深明晰，赐予清净意之体性。轮回自性本无有，如是涅槃之法亦为空性。轮涅无别，广大遍布为一体，自解脱能所执，愿获金刚持果位。此甚深明晰祈请文乃莲花舞自在所著。之后接受灌顶：具德上师仁波切，祈请赐予四种灌顶，祈愿成熟解脱，祈请上师之身，祈愿身受加持，乐暖炽盛。如是自心骨髓深处祈请，上师额间白色嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）中放射出无量白色光芒，融入自身及一切众生额间。身亦放射出不可思议之身，融入身体，自此生至一切生世，身门所积一切罪障过患垢染之众，皆从根本清净。获得宝瓶身灌顶，身成金刚自性，有权修持生起次第，具足获得化身果位之缘分。具德上师仁波切，祈请赐予四种灌顶，祈愿成熟解脱，祈请上师之语，祈愿语具能力，如是自心骨髓深处祈请，上师喉间红色阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）中放射出无量红色光芒，融入自身及一切众生喉间。口中亦放射出阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）里嘎（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）里等咒语之鬘，不可思议，融入语中，自此生至一切生世，语门所积一切罪障过患垢染之众，皆从根本清净。获得语秘密灌顶，语成金刚自性，有权修持拙火，具足获得报身果位之缘分。

May I realize profound clarity, may I be given the essence of pure body. Dharma is famous, even emptiness is famous. The words of the Lama are inseparable from Dharma, fame, and emptiness. I pray to the words of the Lama, may I realize the profound clarity of speech, may I be given the essence of pure speech. Dharma is bliss and emptiness, even emptiness is bliss. The mind of the Lama is inseparable from Dharma, bliss, and emptiness. I pray to the mind of the Lama, may I realize the profound clarity of mind, may I be given the essence of pure mind. The nature of samsara has never existed from the beginning. Likewise, the Dharma of Nirvana is also emptiness. Samsara and Nirvana are inseparable, vast and pervasive as one taste. May I be liberated from grasping and attachment and attain the state of Vajradhara. This profound and clear prayer was composed by Padma Garwang. Then, at the end, receiving the empowerment: Glorious and precious Lama, please grant the four empowerments. Bless me to ripen and liberate. I pray to the Lama's body. Bless my body to burn with bliss and warmth. As I pray from the depths of my heart and bones, immeasurable white light radiates from the white Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) on the Lama's forehead. It dissolves into the foreheads of myself and all sentient beings. The body also radiates an inconceivable body. As it dissolves into the body, all the accumulations of sins, obscurations, faults, and stains accumulated through the body from birth to all lifetimes are purified from the root. I receive the empowerment of the vase of the body. The body becomes the nature of Vajra. I have the power to practice the generation stage of the path. I become fortunate to attain the Nirmanakaya. Glorious and precious Lama, please grant the four empowerments. Bless me to ripen and liberate. I pray to the Lama's speech. Bless my speech to have power. As I pray from the depths of my heart and bones, immeasurable red light radiates from the red Ah (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿) on the Lama's throat. It dissolves into the throats of myself and all sentient beings. From the mouth also radiates an inconceivable garland of mantras such as Ali Kali. As it dissolves into the speech, all the accumulations of sins, obscurations, faults, and stains accumulated through the speech from birth to all lifetimes are purified from the root. I receive the secret empowerment of speech. The speech becomes the nature of Vajra. I have the power to practice Tummo. I become fortunate to attain the Sambhogakaya.

May it be transformed. Glorious and precious Lama, please grant the four empowerments. Bless us to ripen and be liberated. I pray to the Lama's mind. Bless my mind to give rise to realization. Thus, I prayed from the depths of my heart and bones. From the blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the heart of the Lama, countless blue rays of light emanated. They dissolved into the hearts of myself and all sentient beings. Furthermore, countless hand implements such as the vajra, bell, ḍamaru, curved knife, skull cup, khaṭaṃga, etc., emanated. As they dissolved into my mind, all the accumulations of sins, obscurations, faults, and stains accumulated through the gate of the mind from birth to all lifetimes were completely purified and cleansed. I obtained the empowerment of the wisdom of the mind. My mind became the nature of vajra. I gained power over meditating on the path of messengers. I became fortunate to obtain the result, the Dharmakāya. Glorious and precious Lama, please grant the four empowerments. Bless us to ripen and be liberated. I pray to the Lama's body, speech, and mind. Bless us to realize the indivisibility of the three kāyas. Thus, I prayed from the depths of my heart and bones. The Lama father and mother dissolved into light. As everything dissolved into myself, I also vanished into light. I obtained the fourth precious word empowerment. The traces and habitual patterns of body, speech, and mind were purified. They became the nature of primordial wisdom vajra. I gained power over meditating on the path of Mahāmudrā. I became fortunate to obtain the result, the Svabhāvikakāya. The dedication and aspiration are as follows: By the power of the glorious Lama, the lord of the four kāyas, having requested the supreme four empowerments in the fourfold mandala, may the four stains be purified and the four streams ripen. Bless us to obtain the result, the four kāyas. By the great power of whatever merit I have accumulated, and by the blessings of the clear light Mahāmudrā, may all these four empowerments that I have received be accomplished as desired. By this merit, may I quickly attain the root and lineage Lama, and may I establish each and every being on that ground. Glorious Lama, whatever your body is like, your retinue, lifespan, deeds, and pure land, etc., whatever your supreme and excellent name is like, may I and others become exactly like that.
