I take refuge in the Buddha! I take refuge in the Dharma! I take refuge in the Sangha! Seven or twenty-one times. To the supreme Lama, Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, until I attain enlightenment, I take refuge. With the merit I have accumulated through meditation and recitation, may I quickly attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings! Three times. For the sake of all sentient beings, I will accomplish the siddhi through the yoga of the Noble Tara, thus generating refuge and bodhicitta. May all sentient beings, as infinite as the extent of space, be endowed with happiness and the causes of happiness. May they be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. May they never be separated from the bliss free from suffering. May they be free from all causes of happiness and suffering, attachment, hatred, closeness, and distance, and may their minds be equanimous in the absence of attachment and hatred. Thus, by meditating on the four immeasurables, accumulate the collection of merit. Om, emptiness, wisdom, vajra, nature, I am.) By this mantra, contemplate all phenomena of grasping and being grasped as emptiness, thereby accumulating the collection of wisdom. Meditate on the self-nature result of the two accumulations, the illusory deity body: From within emptiness, from the syllable "PAM" arises a lotus, and from the syllable "RAM" arises a sun disc, upon which is the letter "DZA" of lunar color. This completely transforms into an উৎপala flower, or marked with a hearth DZA. From this, light radiates, accomplishing the two benefits. It then gathers back and completely transforms into the Noble Tara, called the one who burns all suffering. Her body is white, with one face and two arms, holding a hearth at her heart with both hands. She sits in the vajra posture on a white lotus and sun disc. Adorned with silk and jewel ornaments, and decorated with garlands of various rays of light. Generate the deity with immeasurable splendor. From the hand symbols and seed syllables marked at her heart, light radiates. From the state of self-nature, invite the wisdom being Noble Tara, inseparable from oneself, surrounded by the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, in the sky in front, with "Om Vajra Samaja" (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ,梵文天城体:ॐ वज्रसमाजाः,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajrasamājaḥ,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra, come!) invite. Om, all Tathagatas, Noble Tara, and her retinue, with flowers, etc., offer a cloud-sea of nectar, at the time of manifestation, Hum!) offer with the five offerings. Dza Hum Bam Hoh!) hook, settle, bind, and please, and become inseparable from oneself.
