Likewise, golden light radiates, Whatever activity increases life, merit, and wisdom, Radiating outwards, filled with a yellow tent, All enriching activities are accomplished. Radiating light with the brilliance of a padmaraga, Filling the body, subduing the three realms, Radiating outwards, filled with a red tent, All magnetizing activities are accomplished. Radiating light with a dark blue brilliance, Filling the body, cutting off disharmony, Radiating outwards, filled with a blue tent, All wrathful activities are accomplished. Radiating light with the brilliance of an emerald, Filling the body, accomplishing all activities, Radiating outwards, filled with a green light tent, All supreme and common activities are accomplished. Radiating immeasurable liver-colored light, Filling the body, stabilizing activities, Radiating outwards, filled with a liver-colored tent, Blessing activities to be stable. All six light tents, Just like the shape of an egg, Becoming one single piece, The spaces in between are blue utpala flowers, Filled with fresh and soft shoots, Becoming the indestructible vajra nature. By this virtue, may I quickly, Achieve the wish-fulfilling wheel, May all sentient beings without exception, Be placed on that ground. Thus, dedication, aspiration, auspicious words, etc. Gradually enter the conduct between sessions. Thus, through the sequence of four sessions, Meditate single-pointedly for six months. Pacify all fears, Especially avert untimely death. Certainly attain the state of immortality, Also, may life, merit, and wealth increase, May intelligence be sharp and wisdom become stainless. In short, the eight attainments as well as, The four activities and all that is desired, Arise from diligence in this method, Therefore, those with good fortune should rely on it. Regarding this, the gods and great sages of the world have proclaimed many methods for longevity, but the only supreme teacher, the Sugata, who is crowned by all these sages, in the Sutras and Tantras, through the conduct of discipline, the door of samadhi, the development of profound wisdom, as well as mantras, medicine, jewels, dependent arising, and truly focusing solely on illness
