Being moved by the wind, garlands of flowers, and hanging yak-tail fans with jeweled handles, with arrow feathers hanging downwards from bird wings on top of them, and a jeweled mesh standing above, surrounded by lion's fluff. Outside the walls, sixteen offering goddesses make offerings on red silk cloths of desirable qualities. The junctions of the doors and door frames, and the four corners, are marked with vajras resting on crescent moons. Inside, there are eight pillars, on top of which is a round vajra beam, and on top of that, four vajra beams are arranged in a beautiful mesh pattern. The central, bulging apex is adorned with a half-vajra and a jeweled crest. Above the four doors, the lintels are supported by four pillars each, and at the top of the four-tiered steps, there is a Dharma wheel on a lotus, an umbrella, and male and female deer on the right and left. Each silk cloth is adorned with victory banners and all kinds of ornaments such as flags, the divine banners of the palace are: white in the east, blue in the south, red in the west, green in the north, and yellow in the center. In the center and four directions, there is a circle each. In the center, there is a moon mandala transformed from the syllable ཨ་（Tibetan, Devanagari, a, no meaning）. In the north, there is a sun mandala transformed from the syllable རཾ་（Tibetan, Devanagari, ram, fire）. In the other directions, there is a moon mandala transformed from the syllable ཨ་（Tibetan, Devanagari, a, no meaning） each. On the central cushion, the essence of one's own mind is the syllable དྷཱི（Tibetan, Devanagari, dhīḥ, wisdom）, from which a sword marked with དྷཱི（Tibetan, Devanagari, dhīḥ, wisdom） radiates light. Offering to the noble ones, benefiting sentient beings, gathering back, and completely transforming into oneself, the Bhagavan, the noble Manjushri, with a reddish-yellow body, one face, and two arms. The right hand raises the sword of wisdom in the sky, and the left hand holds the stem of an utpala flower at the heart, with the petals blooming near the ear, on which rests the Prajnaparamita scripture. Appearing as a sixteen-year-old youth, extremely beautiful and with a smiling face. Five tufts of hair hang to the left. Adorned with eight precious ornaments, wearing various silk upper garments and skirts. Adorned with marks and signs. Seated in the vajra posture. To the south, there is the syllable ཧྲཱི（Tibetan, Devanagari, hrīḥ, great compassion）, from which a lotus and auspicious symbols transformed from the syllable ཧྲཱི（Tibetan, Devanagari, hrīḥ, great compassion） manifest the noble Avalokiteshvara, with a white body, one face, and two arms, the right hand bestowing boons.
